You Need to Listen to Ed Sheeran's "Supermarket Flowers" If You've Ever Experienced Loss
Ed Sheeran released his first album in nearly three years, Divide, in early March, and we can't get enough. In addition to blessing us with hits like "Shape of You," "Galway Girl," and "Perfect," he also gave his fans an extraordinary gift with his song "Supermarket Flowers." The extremely emotional ballad is actually sung from his mother's point of view, who Ed explained lost her mother (his grandmother) while he was making the record.
The lyrics reflect the unimaginable loss he knew she must have been feeling (and still feel), and he wanted to honor his grandmother's memory by keeping it on the album. "That's the most special song on the record for me," the singer told DJ Zane Lowe during a radio interview. "My grandfather just turned to me [at the funeral], he was like you have to put that out, that has to go on the record. It's such a good memory, that's why it's ended up on there." For anyone who has experienced loss in their life, the song is beautifully therapeutic, capturing the big sadness felt by doing the smallest of things. Listen to it now above.

5 Ways to DIY a Cute Choker Necklace
It seems like everywhere you look on Instagram, style stars are wearing chokers - from day to night, at airports, and even on the red carpet. It doesn't surprise me! This accessory is easy, feminine, and versatile, complementing basically every neckline. I remember in the '90s a choker was on my neck almost every day. If only Instagram and selfies had existed at that time, I would've documented every moment.
Now that the trend is back, I'm also digging out all the tricks I had in my back pocket to create the accessory of the moment at home, with whatever I could find lying around. Here are some ideas on how to DIY your way into the trend.

Everything We Know About the Season 7 Finale of The Walking Dead
The Walking Dead is back and in full swing. In fact, it's hard to believe, but we only have two episodes until season seven is over! (We're pretty relieved actually; this season has been a slog.) While we don't know exactly what will happen, we have a few ideas based on interviews and what we know from the book. If you've been watching, you already know sh*t is going to go down very, very soon.
1. Worlds Will Collide More Than Ever
In an interview with TVLine, showrunner Scott Gimple spoke about the impending "All Out War" with Negan. Will both sides collide before the season concludes? "I wouldn't say one way or the other," Gimple teased, "but we'll definitely see aspects of some stories from the all-out war story. [The finale] is just a huge swath of tones and worlds and characters and moments."
2. We Will, at Some Point, Return to Oceanside
Gimple also hinted at more involvement with Oceanside in a future episode. "There's definitely unfinished business there," he said. "And the information that Oceanside - and what it possesses - would be a very big deal to Rick." Of course, we could return to Oceanside sooner than the finale, but this means there's a strong chance they could come into play at the end of the season as well.
3. We Will Definitely See a Big Battle or Two With Negan
If you go by the comics, you can get a pretty good idea of where we'll land. ComicBook.com notes that we average about 20 issues per season, meaning the finale will take us to about Issue #120. This issue contains a second big battle with Negan. The villain descends on Alexandria and causes great destruction with plenty of grenades. However, the troops from Hilltop show up at the last moment to come to Rick and his army's aid. They eventually drive the Saviors off . . . for the time being.
4. Negan Will Not Die
As much as we want to see Negan's horrible, painful death on the show, it's just not going to happen in season seven. We know this because we've already got some details about season eight, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan is already on board. Plus, we hate to break it to you, but Negan's still alive in the comics. So, unless they deviate, we're going to have to deal with him for a long, long time.
5. But Someone WILL Bite the Dust
Showrunner Scott Gimple admitted that there will be losses on the finale. We don't know who will die yet, but we do have a few educated guesses.
6. There's an Extremely High Chance of Victory
In January, Andrew Lincoln spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the remaining episodes of season seven. Based on the way he spoke about the finale, we can expect a change of luck for Rick and his group. "Wait till [episode] 16," he exclaimed. "I promise you, there is one beat in 16, I dropped my script and started punching the air and did a little jig."
The season seven finale airs on April 2.
What Happens in the Walking Dead Comic Books After Negan's Brutal Entrance
Negan is an unfortunate plague upon season seven of The Walking Dead. First, we watched him kill two major characters in the season premiere: Glenn and Abe. In more recent episodes, several more people fall victim to his sadistic killing streak. While we're still being gradually introduced to his world, we do know how the rest of Negan's storyline plays out in the comic book series. The Walking Dead TV series has veered from canon before, so we can't assume all of this will really go down on the show, though a lot of it already has.
At this point, you have to know that in the comic books, it's Glenn who Negan mercilessly beats to death with Lucille. So after all that ugliness, Negan and a group of the Saviors head to the Alexandria safe zone to take a bunch of stuff from Rick's people. Carl ends up hiding in the truck with Negan's men on the way back (this happens slightly differently on the show), and when he's found out, Carl uses an assault rifle to kill a bunch of the Saviors. Rather than killing him, Negan takes an interest in Carl. He shows Carl around his compound, the Sanctuary, makes a stop to torment one of his many wives, and forces Carl to remove the bandage from his eye socket. Negan even lets Carl hold Lucille while he burns the face of a man his "wife" slept with.
Days later, Negan goes by Alexandria and is approached by Spencer Monroe when Rick is gone. Spencer tells him that Rick is a bad leader and that he (Spencer) should be in charge. Negan kills him on the spot for his cowardice - RIP Spencer. Negan and Rick butt heads one last time before he leaves Alexandria, and on his way back to his compound, Negan is attacked by Rick and his crew. Negan basically laughs in his face, and Rick realizes that he's surrounded by Negan's army. There's a scuffle, but Negan ends up back at the Sanctuary to prepare for "All Out War." (This is a big deal in the comics, and it's about where we are on the show currently.)
Rick is actually the one who initiates a fight with Negan and his men. He tells Negan to clear the space of women and children, and when Negan refuses, Rick and his men open fire. Rick's army takes out a portion of the walls, allowing zombies to pour in and flood the courtyard. In the heat of battle, Negan catches one of his men about to rape a woman from Rick's side. Negan stabs him and apologizes to the woman. Despite having several wives, Negan does not approve of sexual violence. Part One of the war ends with Negan's men bombing Alexandria with grenades.
The next day, Negan comes up with a plan to cover Lucille and all of his men's weapons in zombie guts. That way, whoever they hit will be instantly infected. They attack Rick's colony, and Rick ends up getting shot with an arrow. Negan and his men temporarily retreat, and when they go to take over Rick's people, Negan is shocked to see that Rick is still alive. Rick manages to convince him that they shouldn't be fighting; they should be pooling their resources to fight the zombies - then he slashes Negan's throat. Don't freak out; Negan doesn't die.
Two years later, Carl goes to the basement in an unknown house and talks to a shadowy figure about a girl who showed him her boobs. (I'm not making this up.) The man asks Carl if he still wants to kill him, and Carl says, "Yes, Negan. You know I do." He's been living in the basement for two years! He and Rick have some loaded discussions about mercy and why Rick is really keeping Negan alive. Negan ends up escaping with a character named Brandon Rose. He's still alive in the comics, but he's missing in action.
And there you have it! That's Negan's storyline as far as we know. Let's see how closely the show sticks to the books.
7 Easy Tips For Therapeutic Relief For a Bloated Belly
The following post was originally published on Clean Living Guide.
When we're feeling gassy or bloated, it can seem like we're the only ones with this embarrassing problem. But the reality is that many people regularly experience gastro-intestinal discomfort. In fact, surveys suggest that close to 75 percent of people suffer from discomfort caused by bloating and gas.
Having lived with gluten intolerance for most of my life, I'm no stranger to these symptoms. And I'm going to arm you with some great tips to help relieve your sluggish digestion, but depending on what other symptoms may accompany bloating, it may be necessary to see a doctor and push forward with some investigative work. In particular if you're experiencing persistent diarrhea or constipation. You don't want to let those symptoms go unchecked.
The imbalanced modern diet - heavy on sugars and processed carbs - has contributed to a near epidemic of gut dysbiosis. This broad term for microbial imbalance, is commonly diagnosed as a candida overgrowth or a parasite like fungus called Blastocystis. And unfortunately people who have untreated gluten intolerance, Celiac or IBS are especially susceptible to this type of fungal overgrowth. If you suspect that this might be the reason behind your gassy constitution, you'll want to see a capable doctor with a functional medicine or naturopathic practice.
If you suspect that gluten intolerance might be at play, but aren't quite sure if your symptoms fit the bill, read "Misdiagnosis Maze: Symptoms & Causes of Gluten Intolerance." The symptoms may not be what you think.
Simple Lifestyle Changes to Lighten Your Load
1. Morning Hydration
Start each day with 16-20 oz of water, with the juice of an entire freshly squeezed lemon. Take the tonic as soon as you wake up and at least 30 minutes before eating breakfast.
This effortless habit will dramatically improve your digestion and ability to get things moving in your gut. Think of this toning solution as a combination cleaning and hydration system for your intestines and colon. Gas often builds up when hard matter has become lodged in the intestines. By thoroughly hydrating the entire digestive tract with a gently acidic solution, you will eventually soften and gently break down stool that has gotten stuck, allowing it, along with gas, to pass.
This practice takes time to take effect, so don't be disappointed if on day one you're not seeing results. Give it a solid week before expecting to see stuff moving, and month to experience a dramatic shift.
If you're consistent with it you can expect much improved elimination! This is exciting stuff, because with the stool you will be eliminating all manner of toxins and the cause of much of your bloating.
2. Fresh Ginger Root Decoction
Using about an inch (or tablespoon) of chopped ginger root per cup of water, bring the water to a boil and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes. Sip while hot, any time of day or with meals.
This powerful tea will aid in digestion and calm inflammation in the digestive tract. The pungent taste is an indicator of its purifying post-digestive effects. This makes ginger tea great to sip on when having a meal. Although you might like it as much as I do, and want to drink it all day long.
I drink fresh ginger root tea year round, much of the day. Not to settle my stomach, but because it's what my body craves. Unlike any other beverage, ginger root tea gives me the sensation of deep hydration. I simply can't get enough of it. You can take it with honey, but I prefer it plain and with the addition of turmeric – another anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial herb.
To save time, make big batch of decocted ginger tea and store it in the fridge for up to 4 days. Be sure to warm it up before drinking. Cold drinks promote stagnant digestion.
3. Abdominal Massage
Using your hands, massage your abdomen in a slow, circular motion for 2-3 minutes or about 4-5 times around.
- Lay down flat on your back.
- Start on the right side of your abdomen.
- Continue up below your rib cage, down the left side and back around again.
- Make small circular motions with your fingers, pressing them firmly as you go along.
Variations of this massage technique have been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Abdominal massage has many toning and energetic benefits, but what you'll notice immediately is that it has the power to physically move gas through the intestines and can give you great in-the-moment relief.
Be mindful not to do this right after a big meal! Preferably, wait at least two hours after eating a substantial meal.
Practicing this self-massage technique consistently for a week or so, will improve blood flow to the abdomen, bringing with it all the benefits of improved circulation, and the potential to help with symptoms of constipation. As a result of both of these factors, it may aid in the detoxification of the intestines.
If you have any of the following conditions, avoid this technique or check with a doctor before performing this self-massage: if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a hernia, intestinal or stomach ulcers; bleeding in the stomach, brains, or lungs; have inflammation of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, or bladder; have stones of the bladder, kidneys, or gallbladder.
Here's a fantastic video that'll show you exactly how to do this, and give you a little more information on the incredible benefits:
4. Colon Hydrotherapy
Splurge on a series of three colonics, 4-5 days apart.
I was a sceptic for many years, because of conflicting information on the benefits and potential cons of colonics. But after performing a series of three colonics recently I can vouch for the incredible effects of this gentle therapy. Reducing the load of old, stagnant matter can really help reduce bloating and gas.
This could be especially useful if you're experiencing mild constipation. The kind of constipation that doesn't really constitute a doctor visit, but leaves you feeling a little clogged up because you're bowels are just not moving enough. The key is to do a minimum of three treatments. Be sure to find a reputable spa that uses a three stage water filtration system.
If you can't afford a series of colonics, try self-administered enemas at home. Be sure to get a non-toxic enema kit. Many kits on Amazon have bad reviews. You might consider just walking into a pharmacy and buying one in person. Check that the bag is made of silicone or a stainless steel canister, and that the tube does not smell of petrochemicals. The tubes are seem to be the most problematic component.
5. Yoga For Digestion
Do a 10-minute session of seated yoga twist poses followed by Breath of Fire exercise. Try Bharadvja's Twist or Ardha Matsyendrasana.
Although twists are commonly associated as tonic postures for abdominal organs in addition to the spine, this advice is coming from my own personal experience. I've been doing yoga for 15 years now, and although I'm not a teacher, these are asanas that I've found to be noticeably helpful in relieving abdominal discomfort.
You can practice twists every morning, before an afternoon/evening meal, or just once in a while to treat in-the-moment discomfort, but take causation not to practice Breath of Fire close to bedtime.
Watch this video for correct Breath of Fire instruction. Even if you've practiced this breathing technique in a yoga class, chances are that you did not receive the full teaching.
6. Avoiding Processed Foods and Table Salt
Avoiding processed and preserved foods may seem like a no brainer, but the main point here is to avoid chemically processed table salt. Industrially processed foods are loaded with sodium chloride. The denatured salt used to preserve and enhance canned or pre-made meals bares no resemblance to the chemical structure of the naturally processed Celtic or Himalayan sea salts that I recommend in my recipes.
Table salt is a denatured chemical. Once it enters our bodies sodium chloride binds with water and other minerals, demineralizing and dehydrating the body. This poison cannot be metabolized by the body and as our bodies try to brake this foreign substance down, the process dramatically slows our digestion.
What's worse, table salt has been proven to cause bloating and water retention, which results in looking and feeingl fat!
7. Avoid Being Sedentary
Use a standing desk and move your body as frequently as possible. Take short walks, get up and do a few jumping jacks. Do whatever you can to give your body a brake from sitting.
Sitting causes bloating. While sitting your organs and digestive tract become compressed. The whole of your midline becomes sluggish and, again - your digestion slows. If you focus on it, you can actually feel it happening!
According to Microbial Ecology in Health and Disease:9, sitting after eating causes:
"Sluggish digestion, in turn, can lead to cramping, bloating, heartburn, and constipation, as well as dysbiosis in your gastrointestinal tract, a condition caused by microbial imbalances in your body."
If you have the option to switch to a standing desk, you can get a high end model at Focal Upright or find more affordable options on Amazon or at Ikea, but be sure to get the Focal Upright Locus Stool to accompany whatever desk you choose.
After herniating a disc I was determined to find the right computer set up. I stalked office furniture showrooms and tried EVERY model available before investing in my Locus Seat - including less expensive models from Focal Upright. None of the sit/stand stool options were anywhere close to as comfortable.
The padded standing base is essential for keeping my knees happy. For the intermittent moments that I use the seat, it could not be more comfortable. I find that when I do use the stool to give me knees even more of a brake, I tend to wiggle around on the stool, shifting my hips from side to side, or forward and back, which keeps my core and body actively engaged. I can't recommend it enough. If you spend close to 8 hours at a desk, you owe it to yourself to upgrade.

Darth Maul as Supreme Leader Snoke? It's More Likely Than You Think
Going into all the madness surrounding Star Wars: The Last Jedi, we've got quite a few mysteries to figure out. Not only are we trying to unpack the meaning of "the last Jedi" and uncover the identity of Rey's parents, but we've also got one big question to answer on the dark side: who the hell is Supreme Leader Snoke? We came up with a few theories of our own, but we couldn't help but notice the kind of fodder elsewhere on the internet. That's when we happened upon one truly crazy theory: that Snoke is actually a villain we've seen before - Darth Maul. Let's go over how it could prove true.
1. Darth Maul Is Not Dead
We all remember how Obi Wan Kenobi brutally cuts Darth Maul in half in The Phantom Menace and lets him fall to his death. It seems pretty definitive. But, well, Darth Maul goes on to appear in the TV shows The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. While many reject these TV series as official parts of the Star Wars canon, it's worth noting that Disney has begun producing them. This would mean that all creative decisions made pertaining to the TV shows are likely made with the events of the films in mind. Plus, if Darth Vader can lose half his body from lava burns and survive, there's a chance Darth Maul could too. Even his official bio on StarWars.com corroborates the fact that he did not die.
2. It Would Explain One of Snoke's Most Telling Comments
The whole reason we're attempting to trace Snoke back to a Star Wars character we've already met is because he says one very crucial thing in The Force Awakens. Snoke reveals that he witnessed the rise and fall of the Galactic Empire. Considering how the rise of the Empire happens in the first trilogy (Episode I to Episode III) and the fall happens at the end of the second trilogy (Episode IV to Episode VI), we're potentially looking for a character who's been around since the very beginning. If you accept the TV shows as canon and believe Darth Maul survived, he certainly fits in here. As for the second trilogy, just because we didn't see him doesn't mean he wasn't around. He could have been in hiding.
3. His Powerful Origins
Darth Maul was an apprentice of the evil Darth Sidious, one of the most terrifying and powerful Sith Lords on the dark side. It's also clear that he possessed great agility and combat skills. Perhaps his hatred for Obi Wan fueled him and made him hungry for more power and even revenge. With such powerful desires lighting his way, it would make sense that he would strive to rise in the ranks of the dark side. This might explain how he eventually came to be the leader of the sinister First Order.
4. They Sound the Same
If you go back and listen to the handful of lines uttered by Darth Maul and compare them to Snoke's voice in The Force Awakens, it's pretty clear that they sound quite similar. It's not just the gravelly quality of their respective voices, either. They share the same accent, tone, and basic inflection. That's pretty hard to write off.
5. But What About the Horns and the Face Tattoos?
Obviously, the biggest hole in this theory is Darth Maul's unmistakable face tattoos and skull horns. But, I mean, come on! Look at Snoke. It's clear he's been pretty badly deformed by some kind of accident. It stands to reason that Darth Maul could have endured some extensive, brutal body trauma that left his face and head permanently changed. It's also worth noting that Darth Maul's mother, Talzin, is a powerful Force witch. It's possible she found a way to transfer her son's consciousness into a vessel that could better handle him. With Darth Maul inhabiting a different body, his tattoos and horns would obviously be gone.
We're not going to take credit for this pretty out-there theory, though. If you want to get down to the nitty-gritty, it's all outlined in the video below.
Maybe it's time to put those tinfoil hats back in the closet for now.

If you're like us and feel the need to do every workout to Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You," then you're in for a real treat. We recently came across Saskia's Dansschool's routine to the massive hit, which is perfect for beginners. The pick-up choreography is easy to master but energetic enough to help you break a sweat. If that wasn't enough, there's also an adorable cameo from @pimmiethedog.

15 Chicken Finger Recipes That Will Have Kids Asking For Seconds
If there's one kid-friendly food staple (aside from milk and cookies) in the house, it's chicken fingers. And if it were solely up to children, they'd eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But like any food, recycling the same recipes usually leads to a boring meal. There are so many ways to cook, prep, and season chicken fingers that it'd be impossible not to round up (and share) the most delicious recipes out there. Prepare yourself for the mouthwatering treats ahead, because your child's favorite meal may just become yours.
Prepare to Be Obsessed With Swatches of the Jeffree Star Cosmetics x Manny MUA Collaboration
After some major anticipation, we've finally got the official scoop on the Jeffree Star x Manny MUA launch, and boy, is it good! In a video on Manny's channel, the two got together for a reveal. We knew that the collab would include some liquid lipsticks and a highlighter, but we know what the shades inside are.
As you know, the packaging (including the boxes, compact, and tube) is black, and this is a first for Jeffree's range. The accent is holographic, which is so hot right now. We're particularly enamored that both Jeffree and Manny's signature logos - a star and a moon, respectively - are on every aspect of the products, including the sticker on the back of the highlighter compact and pressed into the powder itself.
The collection officially launches at 10 a.m. PT on April 8, and you'll be able to purchase all three items in a bundle for $50. However, if you'd rather buy items one piece at a time, the liquid lipsticks will cost $18 and the Skin Frost will be $29. In another first, Jeffree is allowing the use of a discount code on his website. Enter MANNYMUA at checkout and you'll be able to get 10 percent off individual items from the collaboration.
Watch the video above to see the products in action, then keep reading to see the products themselves and swatches of each shade.

You Don't Need to Be a Magician to Pull Off the Invisible Eyeliner Trend
The latest eye makeup trend is taking its cue from Harry Houdini, David Blaine, and the like. The so-called invisible or floating eyeliner trend utilizes negative space to create the illusion of a sharp eyeliner flick, resulting in a truly mesmerizing look.
Though everyone from makeup artists to enthusiasts has started to pick up the trend, it was likely started by UK-based artist Stacey McDonald, according to Allure. Though McDonald has shared videos demonstrating her process, you can attempt this look yourself by using the classic tape hack. Simply apply a small piece of tape diagonally to line up with the corner of your eyebrow, apply your eye makeup above the tape, and remove it to reveal that negative-space illusion.

How to Get Instagram-Worthy Hair
Yours truly, before and after my transformation with Anh Co Tran and Johnny Ramirez.
Anh Co Tran is, in a word, cool. He works with women who most of us fawn over in the media - he gave Coco Rocha, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Faith Hill pixie cuts. But he's not just a short-crop aficionado. He's styled Gone Girl's Emily Ratajkowski and even social media superstars like Arielle Vandenberg, who has over one million Vine followers. "Lately, all the women who come in for a cut show me Arielle's photo," he said. And, of course, Jessica Alba recently debuted her sexier, lighter strands, thanks to Anh and his partner Johnny Ramirez. But Anh's following isn't a result of his clients - it's his work.
The thing about Anh, though, is he might be cool, but he's not above being friendly. When you meet him, it's as if you've known him for years, like a close friend. That's probably why so many of his clients feel comfortable going so bold when their hair is in his hands. If you're in need of a major transformation, Ramirez-Tran will make you the 2.0 version of yourself.
Anh is a superstar in his own right. His Instagram has 207,000 fans, a mix of people who want to learn his technique, want their hair cut by him, or simply love gorgeous hair.
We have firsthand experience working with Anh. He predicted the bob would be the haircut of 2014 - he was right - so we filmed a segment at his salon, Ramirez-Tran, to learn the dos and don'ts of the 'do. Want to know more about the man behind the trend? Keep reading! Plus, learn the key products you need to create the look.

Finally - the Best Jeans For Short Girls
The short-girls club is not a bad place to be. While there have been moments I've been frustrated by my 5'2" frame - like when I recently paid a visit to the tailor, only to find I have to return yet again thanks to a new purchase - plenty of jeans look good on me. These days, so many of our favorite retailers like J.Crew and ASOS offer petite sections, and the range of denim available feels endless. Not to mention, cropped fits are right on trend, especially when you can let your fishnet tights peek out from underneath.
If you really love a pair of pooling bell bottoms or wide-leg trousers, it's OK to buy them anyway and get them fitted to your shape. But we're here to make things easy for you. Ahead, we've rounded up styles from our favorite brands that were practically made for shorties. You can't go wrong with any of the silhouettes here, all of which will elongate your legs and flatter your bum.
6 Things You Need to Know About Netflix's 13 Reasons Why Adaptation
Jay Asher's heartbreaking novel Thirteen Reasons Why is being developed into a TV series for Netflix, retitled 13 Reasons Why. If you're excited about the adaptation or you're not familiar with the book, check out the crucial details below.
What It's About
Based on the bestselling book, the series follows a teenager named Clay Jensen who receives a series of cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker, a classmate who recently committed suicide. On the tapes, she explains to her peers how they each played a role in her death, detailing the 13 reasons she took her own life.
Who's Starring?
Dylan Minnette (Don't Breathe) and newcomer Katherine Langford will play Clay Jensen and Hannah Baker, respectively. The 13-episode series will also star Kate Walsh, Derek Luke, Brandon Flynn, Alisha Boe, Christian Navarro, Justin Prentice, Amy Hargreaves, Miles Heizer, Devin Druid, and Ross Butler.
The Production Team
This has actually been a passion project of Gomez's for quite some time now, and she's an executive producer. Spotlight's Tom McCarthy directed the first two episodes and Brian Yorkey, who won a Pulitzer Prize for his work on Broadway's Next to Normal, wrote the script for season one.

Let This Dance Video to Bruno Mars's "That's What I Like" Wash Over You Like Silk
Bruno Mars is great and all (OK, fine, he's the best), but these dancers are really giving him a run for his money. Since we can't get enough of people effortlessly moving to our favorite songs, including Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" and Alessia Cara and Zedd's "Stay," this video of dancers rocking out to Bruno's "That's What I Like" is just what the doctor ordered. The whole thing is smooth, pretty sexual, and just downright impressive. And if this isn't enough to satisfy your Bruno craving, another group of dancers equally crushed their choreography to the hit song. Lucky for us, that's what we like.

14 Actors Who've Been on Both Grey's Anatomy and Scandal
It's good to be part of the Shonda Rhimes "Shondaland" empire: not only does the megasuccessful writer and producer churn out hit show after hit show, but she often uses the same actors across her various series. There's a particular amount of overlap between Grey's Anatomy and Scandal; even though Kerry Washington and Tony Goldwyn hadn't appeared on a Shonda show before, pretty much everyone else in the cast did.

If You Own a Cast-Iron Pan, You Need to Buy This Tool Immediately
For years my colleague raved about this tool which makes cast-iron pan cleaning a breeze: The Ringer ($17). I use my cast-iron pan almost every evening for searing meat, sautéing vegetables, and stir-frying and I dread having to pull out the kosher salt and my scrubber brush to remove all the stuck-on food particles. However, why am I resisting throwing down the cash for a product that boasts a five-star rating on Amazon plus a #1 Bestseller tag? The Ringer is one of those products my co-worker mentions regularly and even included in one of our holiday gift guides as a really awesome, affordable tool to buy a loved one. So enough with my excuses that I don't need another unitasker. I've gone ahead and ordered this tool that claims it can cut through any tough grit with hot water alone. Let's go Ringer. I'm ready to use you.
This 1 Tiny Tweak Will Make Your Squats Better
Squats are one of those exercise moves that almost everyone thinks they're doing correctly, but perfecting the form is slightly more complex than you might think. Think about your squat: do you get a good lower ab workout, or is it all in the booty and hamstrings?
If you're not feeling your abs, you're not doing it right. It means you're not activating your deeps abs - or your transverse abdominis. "It is important to activate your transverse abdominis (TVA) during most movements, especially the squat," said Liz Letchford, MS, ATC, and personal trainer at Diakadi. Liz emphasized this to me during a training evaluation, in which my squats, which I had previously thought flawless, were scrutinized more carefully. I definitely was not tightening up the TVA.
How do you do it? By "bringing your navel toward your spine," she said, which is easier to feel on an exhale. Also, the TVA and the pelvic floor muscles work as a team, so you can get your deep abs to work more if you work your kegels in the squat. Think about the muscles you use when you're trying to stop yourself from peeing (graphic, but it works). Try "activating the muscles that stop the flow of urine."
Here's a method: "You can test whether yours is engaged by feeling the space just above your hip bones. When the TVA is engaged, this area should feel like a rigid, flexed sheet of muscle." Feel around. Is it active? Does it feel strong and firm? If not, you're not ready to take on more weights.
"Many people lose this engagement at the bottom of a squat, so before you grab that barbell, try to first go through the movement without weight, and test whether your TVA stays engaged throughout the entire range of motion," she said. Doing this will not only give you a better workout and help tone your abs, but keeps you safe when you start adding on weight to your routine.
Why My Husband Isn't Worried That Our Sons Will Be Gentlemen
I was getting my bimonthly highlight and haircut, relishing the two hours of near silence and enjoying plenty of guilt-free Instagram scrolling, when a teenage boy and his mom walked into the salon. I have two sons under 4, so this piqued my interest. I studied their interactions and looked for clues about what my future relationships with my boys might look like.
I noticed how he wasn't quite sure about the initial trim so he asked his mom to come over and give her opinion. I saw how he politely chatted with a woman sitting under the dryer as she, sensing his nervousness at the shorter look, assured him that her own son had recently cut inches off his hair and really liked it. And I watched as he opened the door for his mom and then held it open as he waited for an older woman to walk in before exiting himself.
That's what I hope my boys grow up to be like, I thought.
I went home and told my husband about what I'd witnessed and asked aloud how we ensure our sons become sweet, kind, gentlemen who open doors and are polite to strangers. He didn't give it a second thought - he was sure they were going to turn out that way. He quickly responded, "I'm not worried about it."
Classic dad (or just classic my husband) to not worry about the things that keep mom up at night. But I wanted to know why he was so confident, why it wasn't even something he thought about. He told me he's so sure because he is like that. Because their grandparents are like that. Because I'm like that. And they'll see the most influential people in their lives doing those things and know that it's the right way to act.
I still plan on explaining to them what it means to be a gentleman and reminding them to use their manners, but my husband was right: children learn by example. Nothing will have a bigger impact on them than what they learn from watching you: how you treat the cashier at the grocery store, how you react when you get cut off in the parking lot, how you respond when someone helps you out, whether or not you hold the door open . . .
This impacts far more than their status as gentlemen.
It's a good reminder that I should worry less about what I'm telling my boys and how I'm "parenting" them and focus more on my own actions if I want to ensure that they'll become well-behaved, respectful, kind humans in the long run. Turns out I'm already doing a pretty good job.
14 Things I Learned From My First Trip to Disneyland With 2 Kids Under 4
Taking your kids to Disneyland for the first time is the ultimate parenting rite of passage (in my book). It might be more expensive than the first day of school or prom dress shopping, but I'm here to tell you that it's totally worth it. But it's also intense and you need to be prepared. After my husband and I successfully navigated two 14-plus hour days with our 3-and-a-half-year-old and 15-month-old along with my sister's family of five (during Spring break, no less), I feel like I learned a few valuable lessons.
Let's start with the real-deal mom stuff:
You can say goodbye to your schedule.
However you structure your days back home is not how you should expect to structure them at Disneyland. In fact, remove the word "structure" from your vocabulary for the entire trip. Structure is not why you're at Disneyland. Feed your kids ice cream and drumsticks for lunch, let them pass out in the stroller, and don't bother with bedtimes. We pushed our kids to the limit over two days between Disneyland and California Adventure, and while the aftermath was rough (more on that later), it was totally worth it to maximize our time at the parks and enjoy the full experience.
Disneyland really is the happiest place on earth.
I had my reservations about taking our young kids to the parks, but I can happily confirm it was so, so worth it. If you embrace the chaos and go with the flow, Disney makes it incredibly easy for your family to have a truly magical visit (they aren't paying me to say this, I swear). I don't know if it's the vanilla scent they pump onto Main Street or the churros, but even with five kids, four adults, and 90 degree days, our trip was so amazing I may have actually shed a tear when we checked out of the hotel.
The time we spent together, the smile on my son's face when he met Mickey, the excitement of seeing Radiator Springs brought to life, the fun of saying yes to as many of the kids' requests as possible - I'm already nostalgic for it and we just got back last week. It was hands down one of the most awesome trips our family has ever taken.
Don't underestimate the aftermath.
I obviously drank the Disney kool-aid and will happily do it again (in, like, three years), but I won't lie to you: the let down was intense. The kids (and we) were exhausted, overstimulated, sugared out, and bummed that it had come to an end. In the days following, major meltdowns ensued and my patience was pushed to the breaking point. Even if your youngest doesn't vomit and your oldest actually naps on your eight-hour drive back home, you should expect some rough times in the days after your visit.
Go all in or don't go at all.
My husband was less than thrilled when I told him I was booking two-day park hopper tickets and three nights at the Grand Californian Hotel and Spa because, let's be honest, the thought of crowds, long lines, and Disney overload is daunting. Even I was a little nervous about going while they were so young, but once we arrived, we both consciously decided to get fully on board and embrace it. We stopped for the cheesy PhotoPass photos, wore the Mickey-emblazoned shirts, gave in to the expensive souvenirs, and said yes whenever we could. This trip was about the kids (even though we did manage to sneak in a few big rides ourselves), so we followed their lead as much as possible. Going in with that mindset definitely helped make it a success.
If you don't take a break, you won't make it.
If you want to make it to the Main Street Electrical Parade, you've got to escape the magical madness in the middle of the day. Resist the urge to do one more ride and head back to your hotel for naps or just to rest and recharge. If you don't, your magical day could turn into a wicked night.
Winging it is not an option.
When you're among 40,000+ people and have small children with you, you have to do some planning. Definitely don't overschedule your visit, but having an idea of your must dos and doing a little research will make it that much easier to go with the flow while you're there. Know which attractions have the longest lines (Hyperspace Mountain, Radiator Springs Racers, Indiana Jones Adventure, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, Peter Pan's Flight, and Soarin' Around the World), which run out of FastPasses early (Hyperspace Mountain and Radiator Springs Racers), and which popular rides don't offer FastPasses or Rider Switch options at all.
Make sure you also check out any attractions that might be closed. It was not pretty when I had to tell my son that his "best friend" Lightening McQueen was getting a "new paint job" and we wouldn't be able to take a picture with him like I had originally promised.
And now for the practical Disney details you'll want to know before you go:
Not all character meals are created equal.
Turns out reserving an overpriced character breakfast doesn't guarantee you a photo op with the magical mouse himself. Each location (and there are multiple) features different characters, so make sure to ask for the details before you book. Check whether seating will be inside or out and confirm what time the characters are there or you might show up to meet the princesses at Ariel's Grotto during lunch and discover that Cinderella and her pals only make the rounds during breakfast and dinner.
A stroller is absolutely necessary.
My older son hadn't sat in a stroller in at least a year, but we brought a double BOB knowing that the long days would potentially involve miles of walking and there's no way we would have survived without it! The kids got to rest (or nap) while we weaved through the crowds (strollers are excellent at people parting) and we used it to stash snacks, sweatshirts, and water bottles. My 9-year-old nephew even took advantage of the free ride more than once. Just make sure to keep one bag with valuables easily accessible so you can keep it with you when you leave your stroller to wait in lines and go on rides.
Magic hour really is magical.
Your kids are probably up at the crack of dawn anyway, so you might as well take advantage. If you stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you get early entrance to either Disneyland or California Adventure each day. This is one whole hour before the park opens to the public, and it's aptly named. Hop on the most popular rides without waiting or just enjoy strolling through the park and snapping photos before the crowds set in. It's totally worth it to spend the extra money to get this perk, especially with toddlers in tow. Pro tip: plan to get in line at least 30 minutes before the early opening time, otherwise you'll waste half the Magic Hour waiting to get in the gates.
Make reservations or risk major meltdowns.
You'd think you were at the hottest new spot in NYC with how hard it is to grab dinner for a group at Disneyland. When we showed up for our 5 p.m. slot at Carnation Cafe, they were turning people away because they were fully booked. If you want to sit down to eat a full meal, you have to plan ahead and secure reservations, otherwise you better be ready to call popcorn and Dole Whip dinner (which wouldn't be so bad if it didn't translate to total toddler meltdown mode).
The Disneyland app is genius.
I grew up going to Disneyland on the regular (I pride myself in having a general map of the place etched in my mind), so despite having not visited in nearly 10 years, I thought I knew the drill. But as I started researching and planning for our trip, it was clear that going with kids was out of my wheelhouse and I'd need all the help I could get. Enter: the Disneyland App. We booked dinner reservations, planned our days based on ride wait times, and got to meet all the characters we wanted to because of the easy-to-navigate app. You can also connect it with PhotoPass so all the pictures you take around the park are available to buy on your phone.
You can bring your own snacks.
I read different things about the snack policy, so I wasn't sure what to expect when we got there, but I packed a snack bag each day and didn't get stopped once. Load up on granola bars, Goldfish, and a few treats so you don't have to shell out $10 every time someone cries hunger. You can also bring refillable water bottles and other unopened beverages.
Not all FastPasses are created equal.
With our FastPasses, we didn't wait in any line for more than 30 minutes during the whole visit - and it was Spring break! - which is crucial with little ones. Use them to your advantage and your whole day becomes that much more enjoyable. We found out you can have FastPasses for both Disneyland and California Adventure at the same time even though you can't hold more than one at a time within the same park.
You can also get a FastPass for the World of Color light show (absolutely worth staying up past bedtime for, by the way) at California Adventure, which doesn't interfere with any other passes. Just send one member of your group to grab FastPasses for everyone while the rest of you wait in line. Finally, when you're in Disneyland during Magic Hour, you have to wait until the park opens to get FastPasses, but that's not the case in California Adventure - you can pick up a FastPass as soon as you get in during Magic Hour, and if you want to ride Radiator Springs Racers, that's exactly what you should do.
Having a baby with you won't ruin your trip.
I can't say this for certain since your baby might be a bit of a terror, but when it comes to rides they don't meet the height requirements for, Disney's got you covered. They offer Rider Switch cards so one adult can ride with the older child while the other hangs back with the baby. Then the adult who waited with the baby can ride without waiting in line again - this also means the older kid can ride the same ride twice! The passes are good for up to three people and don't have to be used at a certain time (only on the same day) so they are actually even more awesome than FastPasses. Not all rides offer the option, but if you wanted to game the system a bit, you could take your whole crew to get in line for the more popular rides during Magic Hour and save your Rider Switch cards for later in the day when the lines are long.

What I Did to Get (Permanent) Eyebrows on Fleek
It's a beauty woe that's all too familiar. It started in middle school, when I couldn't stand to look at the tiny feather boas sprouting above my eyes. Gwen Stefani was rocking pink parentheses, and I looked like Harrison Ford. I had to tweeze them. Because, you know, when you're in middle school you make responsible and wise decisions. Little did I know that tweezing was a gateway to overtweezing. I ended up looking like Clara Bow when all I wanted was a clean Audrey Hepburn.
Eventually I stared at my superskinny arches and realized that (believe me, I tried) there was little waxing or threading could do to help my already barely there brows. I watched YouTube videos of women filling in theirs like they'd been doing it since the dawn of man. But I wasn't exactly a makeup connoisseur. Probably more like a festival face-painter . . .
But I turned to makeup nonetheless - pencils for sketching my misaligned arches, powders for filling in those sexy bald spots, gels to keep unruly hairs in line, and waxes for building up color. Do you know how much time that takes? If I'm being honest, it takes up most of my morning routine. I could shave my entire body faster than it takes to create one perfectly arched brow.
After all that time each morning, I still found myself catching reflections of them in the rearview mirror. I looked like I'd passed out at a party too early and got attacked by a Sharpie. I had to switch up my morning eyebrow-creating routine. "Eyebrows" and "trial and error" are now so synonymous to me that I fear the bad brow days and cherish the good like loved ones.
While, naturally, perusing #eyebrowsonfleek on Instagram, I discovered microblading. The clouds opened above me, and light poured down on my thirsty arches. My brow-brush-wielding hands prayed for a paid vacation. So I decided to look into the technique.
This alternative tattooing method produces semipermanent results. However, unlike the block-like and harsh traditional eyebrow tats, microblading creates subtle, natural-looking brows by mimicking the strokes of eyebrow hairs.
Microblading requires a manual tool featuring several tiny needles in a row to deposit dye into the dermal second layer of the skin. The pen-like device yields amazingly natural-looking arches because the needles etch hyperprecise strokes that actually look like your brow hairs. Or, in my case, my would-be hairs.
Needless to say, I was intrigued, so when I got the opportunity to visit brow specialist Piret Aava for microblading, I decided to take the plunge and get my eyebrows tattooed. What? Tiny tattoos are in style. It's 2016. And I needed some fly eyebrows, stat.

Should organ donor consent be assumed? N.L health minister not convinced
Newfoundland and Labrador is looking at reforming how organ donation is done but the health minister says it's unlikely the province will adopt a system that assumes everyone is a donor unless they choose to opt out.

Mom Asked Her 5-Year-Old For Help Packing Lunch - and Hilarity Ensued

During the school year, it can feel like you're a lunch-packing machine who's always in motion making endless meals. However, no matter what you pack, it seems like someone is going to have an opinion, and moms are sometimes shamed for what they send to school. Whether you think adding chocolate to your child's lunch is outrageous or tend to grab whatever you can just so your kiddos can make it out the door on time, you'll likely agree that this mom's "inappropriate" mix-up was a major - and hysterical - fail.
Luckily, this anonymous mom has a great sense of humor and shared online how her kiddo accidentally ended up with vodka in her lunchbox instead of an age-appropriate drink. "EPIC lunchbox fail . . . when you tell your 5-year-old Preppie to put a frozen juice pouch in her lunchbox and you forget about the other pouches that were in the freezer!" the anonymous Australian mom shared online. "Made for a very interesting phone call from the teacher."
Luckily, her child's school recognized that this was an accident and didn't make the mom feel even worse about the mix-up than she already did. "They were very good about it. I made light of it (it was obviously innocent on my daughter's behalf)," she told Kidspot. "I apologized for not sending enough for the teachers and they just laughed, thankfully."
