Here's John Legend Casually Performing "All of Me" in a London Train Station
Imagine just strolling through a train station, getting ready to hop on a car and maybe fall asleep or have a Bloody Mary, when all of a sudden you hear the sweet, sweet sounds of John Legend crooning the song you probably danced to at your wedding or at least cried to after a breakup. That's what happened to passengers at London's St. Pancras Station on Wednesday, when they stumbled upon the singer at a randomly placed piano, belting out his hit songs "Ordinary People," "Surefire," and "All of Me."
Live Nation UK shared a video of the performance to Facebook to help promote the UK leg of John's Darkness and Light tour, which starts in September. John first walked through the station like a boss, then casually flipped his camel coat over his seat like the ghost of Liberace and kept his sunglasses on like the ghost of Ray Charles. After that, it was all chaos, camera phones, and tears. Watch the video above now.
Jessie James and Eric Decker Serve a Serious Dose of Sexy at the ACMs
Jessie James Decker and her husband, Eric, nearly set the red carpet on fire when they arrived at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday. The couple - who will be celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary in June - dressed to the nines and stayed close as they posed for photographers. The Gold singer isn't up for any awards this year, but she's been making the most of her time in Vegas. On Saturday, Jessie checked out Britney Spears's show with a bunch of her friends, and shared photos from the fun on Instagram. "Great show @britneyspears !!!!," she captioned one of the snaps.

George and Amal Clooney Hold Hands During a Stroll Through the English Countryside
George and Amal Clooney enjoyed a quiet stroll through the countryside near their home in the Sonning village of Berkshire, England, on Saturday. The couple, who is currently expecting twins, bundled up again the chilly weather and held hands while chatting with friends and walking along the river Thames. It was in this same neighborhood that George recently visited a senior care facility and surprised one of his biggest fans, resident Pat Adams, on her 87th birthday. And earlier this week, Amal traveled to nearby London to deliver a speech on international crimes in Iraq and Syria at the Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs. After the esteemed human rights attorney participated in the meeting, she met up with her mom, Baria Alamuddin, for a low-key dinner.
Amal is reportedly due this June, and news broke by way of George's mom, Nina, that the couple would be welcoming a boy and a girl. Since then, we've gotten sweet snippets about George's impending fatherhood, including that he's "really happy and really excited," and that thankfully, Amal nixed the name suggestions of "Casa" and "Amigos," inspired by George's tequila brand.

Big Little Lies: Let's Theorize Who's Dead and Whodunnit
Big Little Lies is HBO's latest buzzy series, and it deserves the attention: it is based on the bestselling novel by Liane Moriarty and has a star-studded cast, including Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Zoë Kravitz, and Laura Dern. Not only is the production quality predictably excellent (this is HBO, after all), but another reason we're obsessed is the show's murder mystery.
So obviously, there's only one thing to do while we wait for the finale: theorize on who did it and who's dead. Of course, the book Big Little Lies has been out since 2014, so book readers already know the answer, but for those of us who are only watching the show, let's break down some theories! We're keeping in mind the ominous words of the detective in the pilot: "Nobody has been ruled out."

If You Love Snacking, Follow These 3 Tips and Still Lose Weight
Snack time isn't just for 3-year-olds! Because it can satiate hunger between meals to prevent overeating and help you lose weight, it's great for adults, too! But if you snack the wrong way, it could make you gain weight, so follow these three rules.
- It's not a mini-meal: Aim to eat a snack that's around 150 calories or less. This should be a little something to tide you over until your next meal and shouldn't leave you feeling full. Here are 150-calorie snack ideas from savory to sweet, whatever you're craving.
- Two is the magic number: What you eat is just as important as how much. Obviously candy bars, cookies, and chips aren't the healthiest options, but when choosing a nutritious snack, think about it as an opportunity to fill holes you might be missing from meals alone. Certified dietitian Leslie Langevin, MS, RD, CD, of Whole Health Nutrition says that snacks should contain at least two of the following to help you feel fuller longer: protein (six to 10 grams), fiber (at least 3 grams), and healthy fats (six to 10 grams). Three of these chocolate coconut protein balls are 159 calories, 2.7 grams of fiber, 7.8 grams of protein, and 7.2 grams of fat. And they taste like a Tootsie Roll!
- Go for high-fiber carbs: Carbs are a great choice since they'll offer fuel until your next meal. But you want to skip out on the refined carbs and sugars, like brownies and pretzels, and go for high-fiber carbs such as fruit, whole grains and whole grain breads, and starchy veggies like peas, corn, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and Winter squash. Small servings of fruity protein smoothies and sweet potato toast make delicious, filling snacks.

Why Your Kids Need to Be Able to Do This by Their 5th Birthday
There's a new deadline on getting your kid to sleep well.
A study conducted at Queensland University of Technology in Australia has found that children who are able to soothe themselves back to sleep by the time they are 5 years old tend to have an easier time adjusting to school compared to kids with issues sleeping.
The large-scale study, which followed nearly 3,000 children from birth to age 6 or 7, found that one-third of kids have sleep problems that led to emotional and behavioral issues in the classroom, including a greater risk of developing attention deficit disorder.
As one of the first studies to use such a large sample size to examine long-term effects, parents were asked to report their child's sleep while teachers then reported on the child's ability to adjust in a school setting. Those problematic sleep issues - the inability to self-regulate their attention or to soothe themselves back to sleep without the aid of a parent - were clearly associated with hyperactivity, poorer classroom self-regulation, and emotional outbursts.
"We now know 70 percent of children are regulating their own sleep by 5 years, but for the remaining third it may be detrimental to them developmentally over time," said Dr. Kate Williams from the university's Faculty of Education, School of Early Childhood. "The overwhelming finding is it's vital to get children's sleep behaviors right by the time they turn 5."
What can a parent do to get their kids on the right track before they reach that crucial age?
Williams recommends parents refrain from bad habits, like "lying with children over and over" and "letting them into their bed." She added that treating bedtime as a skill for kids to learn is equally important.
"Sleep problems can be sorted out long before a child reaches school age, provided parents and childcare workers are aware and supported," she said. "Prevention is the key."
Karlie Kloss Predicted the White Pantsuit Trend Way Before It Started
Karlie Kloss smiled knowingly as I asked her the question she'd clearly heard before: was the white pantsuit she designed for Express inspired by Hillary Clinton? The supermodel teamed up with the brand on a line of 17 essentials to be worn 100 different ways and debuted the full range this week in her hometown of St. Louis. She enlisted her models on Instagram, choosing women who uploaded inspiring videos about how they live their "best life."
When I talked to her before the show, Karlie confirmed that she lives her own best life in a pantsuit - it's her power outfit, after all. But in her mind, the look had reached "boss-lady status" even before Hillary Clinton paid homage to the women suffragists' uniform on stage, inspiring #PantSuitNation shortly after.
"We started designing this collection a year ago, so everything was already in production long before [Hillary Clinton] wore [that Ralph Lauren suit]," Karlie said. "But she rocks a pantsuit. Power to her. I just feel more powerful when I wear clothes that flatter my body and that I feel extra confident in. You feel like you can conquer the world. This white power pantsuit is a boss-lady look. I love a high-waisted trouser that's flattering and gives you a nice little nipped waist but is also long and well-tailored. There's something about pants that I just feel like, 'I'm not messing around.' I can move fast in these things. I love a power pant."
Rest assured, when a handful of Karlie's models took the catwalk in the sleek trouser and Hannah Bronfman performed her DJ set in the same pair, everyone looked good, every model standing at a different height with a different figure. The editors I was with came together to agree: this is the must-have item from the collaboration, but it's not the only one worth shopping.
Scroll for a look at Karlie's gorgeous new Express campaign, then scoop up some of our favorite key items online at Express or in select stores today, ranging in price from $25 to $168.

What Ed Sheeran Did For a Young Boy in Liberia Will Bring You to Tears
Ed Sheeran is one of many celebrities to participate in this year's annual Red Nose Day initiative from British charity organization Comic Relief, and a video from his recent journey to Liberia is going viral for all the right reasons. While visiting the African country on behalf of Comic Relief's fundraising efforts, Ed met a young boy named JD, whose only wish is to attend school and "become the president." JD's mother and grandfather died of Ebola, and after his father deserted him, he was left to fend for himself on the streets, where he's been for six months. "I've never felt so on edge anywhere that I've been in my entire life," Ed said about the slum, where JD and his young friends sleep in an old canoe.
"My natural instinct is to just put them in a car and just take them and just put them in a hotel until we can get them sorted," Ed said to the camera crew. He then asked if he could pay to move JD and the other boys from danger until they can put them into school: "It doesn't matter how much it costs," he said. "Can we just get him and his five mates in a house with an older person to look after them? I don't think we can go until that's sorted." After the show aired on Friday in the UK, Comic Relief confirmed via Twitter: "JD & his friends, who @EdSheeran met, are now safe but many more children still live in danger." Watch the heartbreaking video above now, then find out more about Comic Relief and how you can donate to the cause.
I Gave Up Sugar For an Entire Month, and Here's What Happened
My last name is Sugar, and all my friends call me Sugar, so it came as a surprise to them that I decided to give it up for my New Year's resolution. I know I have a pretty intense sugar addiction, so I've had spells where I've cut down on sugar. But this time was different.
It all started last year. I had just started CrossFit and was unnaturally nervous about it. My stomach started acting up and I attributed it to either anxiety or a crazy stomach bug from the gym. But three weeks passed and I didn't feel any better.
I went to the doctor and told her I felt fine when I woke up, but as soon as I started eating, my symptoms would flare up again. And by the evening, I was keeled over on the couch, with crazy stomach pains and bloating, convinced it was a three-foot tapeworm. She performed tons of blood tests, stool tests, and I even had my first rectal exam (a good time made even better by the fact that I had to bring my 4- and 6-year-olds along!). I got tested for gluten intolerance and parasites, but she came back with acid reflux. WTH! My symptoms were down low, not up high. But to appease her, I took meds for a week, just to tell her that they didn't work. She was flabbergasted. I asked, "Could it be something I'm eating?" She showed little interest, leaving me by saying, "I don't know; maybe experiment with your diet."
It wasn't until right before Christmas that I figured out what was causing me this nauseating pain. For my husband's birthday, I made him an outrageous three-layer cake. I then went on to eat a lot of that cake, you know, because we had to celebrate - it was the right thing to do! I felt so horrible after that and vowed not to eat any sugary crap until Christmas came five days later.
It was a Christmas miracle! I felt amazing, totally pain-free, until I made vegan sugar cookies and ate probably 17 over the course of two days. I felt worse than I had ever felt, and then I realized - it was the sugar. Well, f*ck! I was happy to figure out what was causing my unbearable symptoms, but man, how could I live without sugar? It was time to find out.
Since my 40th birthday was on Jan. 2 and giving up cake was not an option, I decided to quit the white stuff the next day. So I gave it up for a month. We're talking no maple syrup, no honey, no agave, no white sugar or brown sugar, no corn syrup, or brown rice syrup. Nada. No chocolate, no alcohol, no cereal, no bread if it was sweetened or made with sugar, no sweetened soy milk, and no after-dinner ice cream. I did eat fresh, frozen, and dried fruit, but the worst was no baking unless I made cookies sweetened with dates or banana.
I'm not gonna lie. It pretty much sucked. Especially the first week. But I got my mom to do it with me, so whenever we craved sugar, we called each other up and complained. But after the second week, I felt amazing! Aside from curing my extreme belly bloat and other digestive issues, the acne I've had on my chin since I was 12 went away, I slept better, and I felt more energized. But one of the best things that happened was that my cravings for sugar went away. I also noticed that I wasn't as hungry. I think eating so much sugar made me hungry for it, but whenever I ate it, I never felt satisfied and always wanted more.
I was only going to do this no-sugar thing for a month, but I feel compelled to keep going. I'll definitely splurge on the occasional piece of dark chocolate, spoonful of dairy-free ice cream, homemade baked goods, and glass of wine, but it seems like my stomach is super sensitive and trying to tell me to something, so I'm going to listen.

Mayim Bialik's Clapback to Her Sons' First-World Complaint Is Too Good
Mayim Bialik makes America laugh on the regular as her character on The Big Bang Theory, Amy Farrah Fowler, but as it turns out, the actress and neuroscientist is actually pretty hilarious off-screen too, especially when it comes to her kids. The funny mom took to Facebook with a candid selfie featuring her toilet brush in response to her sons' first-world complaint: that they didn't have Spotify Premium.
"This is the moment my sons chose to complain that I don't have Spotify Premium, but their dad does," Bialik captioned her photo. "Think I gave a good gosh darn?" The mom's clapback to her sons is so perfect, as not only did they choose the most inopportune moment to complain - while their mom was cleaning the toilet - but because it's completely relatable, especially for other divorced parents, to have to deal with a "the grass is always greener" scenario.
Commenters on the post are praising Bialik for her realness, many agreeing that they, too, constantly field complaints from their kids about things their friends' or other parent's houses have. One commenter in particular has us nodding our heads with his thoughts on the matter: "At that moment I would have told him, you want Spotify Premium, I'm going to show you how to operate a toilet brush. Guess who is now the toilet cleaner so he can have Spotify Premium?"
Ah, sweet revenge.
47 Trends Every '80s and '90s Girl Remembers
Between listening to new wave and boy bands and staring at our posters of Rob Lowe, Leonardo DiCaprio, and JTT, we somehow managed to style ourselves up in acid-washed jeans, biker shorts, jellies, and other semihorrific pieces way back when. Even though we shudder to think of some of the things we wore, many of those styles have come back with a vengeance (chokers and slip dresses are everywhere, and we all remember where we were the day American Apparel started selling scrunchies). Since there's nothing we love more than a fashion flashback, we've rounded up 47 of the biggest and best trends to come out of the '80s and '90s. Look through now to relive your fashion past.
4 Ways Jon Snow Might Find Out Who His Parents Are in Season 7
Jon Snow iconically knows nothing, but perhaps the most important piece of information he doesn't know is who his parents are. Jon Snow's mother is revealed at the end of Game of Thrones' season six in a vision from Bran, and HBO then independently confirmed his dad - and that would be Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.
So, we know, but again, Jon does not know. It seems clear, then, with only two shorter seasons to go before the series wraps up for all time, that Jon Snow must find out his true parentage in season seven. The season is being set up to be all about Jon and Daenerys, and the subtext there is that they're related as two Targaryens. So now the question is, how will he find out? There have been multiple theories floated around out there, so we're going over all the ways Jon might learn about who his parents are next season.
What This Sweet Dad Is Doing For His Son Who Loves Makeup
Makeup is a form of artistic self-expression, and like art, there are no boundaries for who can participate, be it a girl or boy.
If you love something, do it.
At least that's the motto for one family. In a heartwarming blog post, "Real Dads Let Their Sons Do Their Makeup," one father opened up about his youngest son C.J.'s passion for makeup and even lets C.J. practice his skills on him.
"A couple of years ago, C.J. asked if I would allow him to do my makeup. Of course I said yes," wrote the dad. "Why wouldn't I? Why wouldn't I want to be a part of something that brings joy to my son's life?"
The rock-star father even shared photos from their playtime when C.J. had all his eye shadows and lipsticks out, ready to give his father a glamorous makeover. Apparently, C.J. knows exactly what shadows will bring out his dad's baby-blue eyes. Though the dad admits he personally has no interest in beauty or fashion, if that's what his son loves, he will participate because it's about respecting his child's interests. And instead of discouraging C.J.'s feminine side, the whole family has chosen to embrace it, with the mom even writing a book on raising a non-gender-conforming child.
"My son doing my makeup is the same as a dad throwing a football with his son. It's not about what you are doing together; it's about doing it together," he said. "It's about encouraging your children to engage with you. It's about spending time with your child doing something they enjoy doing."
The dad acknowledged that one day C.J. may have a career as a makeup artist . . . or, as we're hoping, his very own beauty vlog.

13 Ways to Refresh Your Florals For Spring
Remember the scene in The Devil Wears Prada where Miranda Priestly deadpans, "Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking"? While we don't necessarily agree with that statement 100 percent (hey, when better to wear colorful floral prints?), they can get a little repetitive and feel worn out. A great alternative to this dilemma? Vacation prints - think palm tree leaves, beachy stripes, and fun prints like flamingos.
Since vacations are meant to put you in a relaxed state of mind, we say your wardrobe should say the same thing, too. Leave the form-fitting dresses and flowery prints at home and update your wardrobe with these 13 pieces that say you're out of office, even if you're not actually lounging at a resort.

Once Upon a Time: Colin O'Donoghue Teases Hook and Emma's Happy Ending
There are plenty of heartfelt love stories on Once Upon a Time, but none of them quite compare to that of Captain Hook and Emma Swan. They may be in a predicament at the moment, but not even Gideon can come between true love. While the future of the show is still uncertain, we have hope that these two will find their way back to each other in the end. POPSUGAR had the opportunity to talk with Colin O'Donoghue, who was promoting his new film Carrie Pilby, and he reflected on how far his fan-favorite character has come over the years, what it's like working with Jennifer Morrison, and what he thinks Hook's happy ending might look like.
POPSUGAR: Hook has changed a lot over the past few seasons. What do you think is his most admirable quality?
Colin O'Donoghue: I mean, he's a different character now. It's probably that he's redeemed himself and is trying to be the best person that he can be, which is a difficult thing to do, to overcome those demons for the better of not just himself, but for the better of the woman he loves and her family. However, I did love playing the villainous Hook. It's always fun to get to play the bad guy.
PS: Hook and Emma are definitely one of the most beloved romances on the show. What is the best part about working with Jennifer Morrison?
CO: I'm lucky that Jen and I have got a fantastic relationship. We get on so well and it makes it easy to translate that into the characters. Jen is friendly with my family and my wife and all of that is very important. Sometimes when you come onto a show, you don't know if that's going to work or if the chemistry is going to be there, and we just have a laugh. That's the most important thing is to enjoy what you do. We're at ease working with each other, because if you have tension with someone, that translates on screen. Luckily, on Once Upon a Time, we get along so well, so it works.
PS: I know the show hasn't been renewed for another season yet, but what do you think Hook's happily ever after would look like?
CO: Hook's happily ever after would just be getting an evening or night where both he and Emma can sit down and maybe have dinner or watch TV or have a glass of wine, because in Storybrooke, they literally never get a chance to do anything. As soon as anything slows down, you guarantee Grumpy is going to come running around the corner saying that some sort of curse is coming or there's a giant snowman attacking the town. I think his happily ever after would just be a week's worth of peace and quiet where they can be normal people. Maybe we'll get to see that in the second half! That would be good.
Patricia Arquette Is Overcome With Emotion While Honoring Late Sister Alexis
Patricia Arquette couldn't help but get emotional when talking about her late sister, Alexis, at the annual GLAAD Media Awards in LA on Saturday. The actress, who was named this year's vanguard award recipient for work with the LGBTQ community, praised her sister's bravery and determination to "move the world forward." "She wanted to help move the world forward to a time and future where every trans kid could live their full potential," she said. "When it wouldn't be uncommon to have, in your everyday life, a doctor, a cop, a real estate agent or public official, who was a transgender person. That they would get jobs, that they would get hired, they would get a shot. She wanted to help move the world forward to a time when they could be seen as complete, whole and equal human beings."
Patricia Arquette Says Alexis's Oscars In Memoriam Snub Is a "Slight to the Trans Community"
She also pointed out that that "right now trans visibility really matters," revealing how Alexis lost acting roles as a result of being transgender. "But she couldn't live a life that was a lie, so whatever mark I have made in this life in activism will always pale in the light of Alexis' bravery and in the light of the bravery of every trans kid growing up in America." The actress also thanked Luke Perry (who presented her with the award alongside Jeffrey Tambor) for being "such a steadfast friend" to Alexis and always supporting "her journey to live her truth."
Alexis died from a heart attack following a bacterial infection of the heart at age 47 in September 2016. Alexis came from a family of famous actors, which includes brother David and sisters Patricia and Rosanna, and famously documented her transition into a woman in 2007's Alexis Arquette: She's My Brother.

Is Jessica Lange Ever Coming Back to American Horror Story? What We Know
American Horror Story has established its own little group of actors who keep appearing on various seasons of the anthology, but there's one original member of the group we haven't seen in a while: Jessica Lange. Lange anchored the first four seasons of American Horror Story, but after Freak Show, Lange said she was "done" with the series in 2015, and creator Ryan Murphy later explained that she took a year off of the show to do a play. Of course, it's now been two seasons and two years since Lange appeared, so what gives? With the next season, Election, in the works, we want to know more than ever whether Lange is ever coming back to the series.
Lange and Murphy have given conflicting interviews about Lange's possible return. In an interview with Charlie Rose in 2016, Lange seemed to close the door on American Horror Story. When asked if she'd ever come back, she replied, "No. I think, you know, I had four years with that, four seasons, and each year was a marvelous character. Everything changed from one year to another which made it very interesting for me. But no. I think sometimes you come to the end of something." Months earlier, Murphy had insisted that Lange would be back, saying, "She'll be back - she's not gone forever . . . She wants to come back, we just have to come up with something."

Lange is currently starring on another of Murphy's shows, Feud, so it's clear the two are still on good collaborating terms. And even if Lange doesn't want a role in the cast of the head-scratchingly-themed Election season, Lange has a lot of chances to come back - American Horror Story has been renewed until season nine.
15 Bags That Were on Every Early-'00s Girl's Wishlist
We love a good throwback, even more so if it makes us cringe a little and ask (sometimes out loud), "Did we really wear that?" Which is exactly how we feel looking back at the bags from the early 2000s in all their monogrammed, brightly colored, buckle-embellished glory.
Many ladies who lived through the aughts remember needing that heart-decorated Dooney & Bourke or lusting after a Dior Saddle bag. They were pretty much the Mansur Gavriels of their time.
But perhaps even better than the designs are the then-It girls who wore them: Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton, and even Paris Hilton were the ones who really sold them for us. Take a read through the gallery and see all the styles we had to have, some of which are actually pretty cute, but most of which are still so 2006.
Everything We Know About Game of Thrones Season 7
Season six of Game of Thrones came to a bloody end last year, and we're still having some serious withdrawal issues. If you're in the same boat, let's all remember that the end of one season just means the beginning of speculation about another! A lot has been revealed over the past few weeks, so we have a lot to talk about. Here's what we know about what's coming up from the show, the premiere date, all the trailers (there's a new one!), some telling set pictures, and quotes from the cast.
