Season Finale Schedule: Find Out When Your Favorite Show Is Ending
Spring can mean an influx of new shows, but it also signals the end of some of our favorites - for a few months, anyway. CBS, The CW, Fox, NBC, and FX have already announced when a few of their series will be wrapping up before Summer. Some shows won't be returning at all; we've already had to say goodbye to The Vampire Diaries, Bones, and Grimm. They're only a few titles among the shows ending in 2017. Take a look to find out when their final episodes will air, plus see the season finales for a handful of other shows as well.

5 Things Every Barre Beginner Should Know
I used to watch the spectacle on weekend mornings: legging-clad women, hair high atop their heads, bounding out of the barre studio and heading, presumably, for brunch. I was confident I was more hardcore than they were as I wrapped up my run, mopping sweat from my forehead.
Sure, I had tried a few one-off barre classes at different studios, ever the curious fitness enthusiast. But I hadn't noticed any real changes in muscle definition or strength, even despite complementing the classes with my usual workouts. So what made these people keep coming back?
To find out, I decided I need to do just that: start coming back.
I bought a one-month membership at a local studio and filled my calendar with a barre class most days of the week - for the whole month. A month later and 18 classes in, my skepticism is fading fast. My glutes are tight like WHOA, and I can hold a plank for over a minute and not immediately collapse afterward. Granted, I started with a decent fitness base, but I've still noticed definition in areas I'd neglected, such as the obliques and triceps. These are a few lessons I learned and am still learning - and why you should give barre a chance.
Don't Underestimate Those Tiny Movements
Think you can handle two-pound weights for a few minutes? Yeah, so did I. Start slow, even without weights. Trust me, you will notice definition in your arms even without lifting heavy weights.
Keep Correcting Form
At first, I was slightly annoyed when instructors came over because I thought I was doing exactly what they demonstrated. But a slight bend one way or a lift in a certain direction makes a big difference. Be glad when instructors help you do the moves correctly - you'll notice a difference immediately (and the next day) in the muscle you're working. And you'll minimize your risk of injury.
Try the More Difficult Option
Work with what your body can handle, but before modifying, consider trying a more difficult move or attempting a more challenging position. Even if you can't master it right away, it will remind you what you might accomplish next.
Be the Teacher's Pet
Standing on the wrong foot? Not sure whether to flex your foot or point your toe? Try to get a spot near the instructor so you spend less time confused and more time toning your muscles.
Do It Again
Learning barre moves, positions, and even stretches can be intimidating since classes often move quickly. But having taken nearly 20 classes, I can say confidently that even though barre keeps your muscles guessing, the instructions become more familiar.
Now, as I leave the barre studio in my leggings, I have noticeably stronger muscles that not only help me look great in said leggings but also make my legs stronger when I'm running, still one of my go-to activities.
I can safely say I'm a barre-liever. And you better bet I'm stronger for it.

13 Reasons Why: Where You've Already Seen Dylan Minnette
After an incredibly long wait, the popular book 13 Reasons Why came to life when it premiered on Netflix last Friday. The series follows a teen (Minnette) who is grappling with the death of a classmate when he suddenly receives a box of tapes that explain why she took her own life. While most of the stars are relative newcomers, you might recognize the show's leading man, Dylan Minnette. Before playing Clay Jensen, the actor has been in a slew of popular movies and shows including Prison Break, as young Michael. Here's where you may have seen him before.
13 Reasons Why: This Is the Only Reason Justin Would Look Familiar to You

If you're as obsessed with 13 Reasons Why as we are, you've probably already binge-Googled the entire cast. We've learned that breakout star Katherine Langford is Australian (you can totally hear her accent at times), the guy who plays Jeff is a regular on another Netflix show, and the girl who plays Skye is Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick's daughter. We've also learned that unlike Dylan Minnette, Brandon Flynn (aka Justin Foley) is a relative newcomer to Hollywood. Literally the only reason he would look familiar to you is if you watched the short-lived CBS zombie comedy BrainDead. He appeared on the seventh episode, "The Power of Euphemism: How Torture Became a Matter of Debate in American Politics" as an intern:

While he plays a morally questionable character in 13 Reasons Why, you shouldn't feel guilty about wanting to stalk Flynn on social media. He has an active Instagram account (@flynnagin11) and he has posted a lot of pictures with the cast - particularly Miles Heizer. We'll let you know if he signs on for any new roles in the wake of the hit Netflix series!

Is Emma Watson Really Singing in Beauty and the Beast?
Even before Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast hit theaters, we were spoiled with every trailer, poster, and song under the sun. We've been treated to plenty of chill-inducing trailers, plus gorgeous pictures galore and a treasure trove of details. Months before the release, we got our first listen to Emma Watson's singing voice. In situations like this, we know people will still ask whether or not Watson is actually singing. So, well, is she? We did a little digging and we have exciting news.
The short answer is yes, that really is Emma Watson singing. The actress opened up about the "terrifying" experience during a print interview with Total Film. "I sing, so that's really unexpected," she said. "I've never had to do that for a film role before, and I think people will be interested to see me do something very different like that . . . It gives me a different challenge, really." Disney corroborated the fact when it tweeted the aforementioned clip, a snippet from "Something There," saying explicitly that she's singing.

But wait, there's more! Not only is Watson using her voice for the movie, but her live vocals are used in several of the various numbers. In a separate interview with Collider, Luke Evans shared a fun tidbit about the musical process. "We pre-recorded every [song], but some of us sang live on set as well, during the takes," he revealed. "We were mic'd, and they recorded that, and I think afterwards, in sound, they'll be able to chose whether the live version is better than the pre-recorded version." So there you have it. In addition to all her other magical skills, Emma Watson sings. You can even hear her on the soundtrack!
13 Reasons Why: The Cast Is Talking Like Season 2 Is Coming
We're on the edge of our seats waiting for Netflix to tell us if season two of 13 Reasons Why is in the works, but nothing official has been announced. It usually takes the streaming service a few weeks after a premiere to renew a series, but 13 Reasons Why is somewhat of a special case. The show is based on a book by Jay Asher and was conceived as a miniseries. If Netflix opts for a second season, they would be going far beyond what was in the book. Of course, the writers already expanded on a number of characters (Hannah's parents aren't even in the book) and the season ends with several cliffhangers, so it kind of feels like they're already setting up season two. Until we know for sure, let's take our cues from what the cast and production team have said about the possibility of continuing the story.
- Producer Selena Gomez is being coy, but her comments sound hopeful. "I would get in trouble for saying something, but I hope so," she told Entertainment Tonight at the premiere. "I hope people enjoy the first season." After the show became available on Netflix, Gomez spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the possibility of more episodes: "We don't know what is going to go beyond it, but we know there are so many stories that lie beneath each character. That's why it became a series in the first place. So we'll see."
- Katherine Langford (aka Hannah) thinks "there's more stories to tell." She also spoke to ET at the premiere, saying, "We definitely have a lot more dialogue that we continue from the story we've already told. I'd love to do it, but we'll see." Langford also spoke to THR about what may come next: "It would be cool to continue the dialogue of this story. There are so many cliffhangers at the end of the season. At the end of the season, I had to sit back. I didn't think about what happens next. It's more of this feeling like, 'Oh my God, that's the story that needed to be told.'"
- Dylan Minnette (Clay) definitely wants to do another season. "I think that everyone would love to do another one, if we're given the opportunity," he told ET. "I think when people see where it leaves off, people are going to want to know more about these characters and what's next for them. There is a possibility."
- Creator Brian Yorkey is open to the idea. "I think we'd very much like to have that opportunity," he told ET. "We're not done with these characters. We love them and I want to know what happens next. . . . We absolutely talked about what could happen next . . . I would love to learn more about who these kids are, why they did what they did and also, Hannah made 13 tapes and told us 13 very specific stories, but there's a lot she didn't and I want to know more about that. I want to know what her secrets are."
People Are a Bit Puzzled by the FBI's Tweet Honoring MLK
The FBI and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. were not, by any understanding of the word, friendly. So when the agency decided to commemorate King's assassination, which happened 49 years ago on April 4, by posting one of the activist's quotes on Twitter, people reacted accordingly: puzzled and prepared with clapbacks.
Today, on the anniversary of his assassination, the FBI honors the life, work, & commitment of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to justice. http://pic.twitter.com/WZInYKQx2g
— FBI (@FBI) April 4, 2017
Social media users reminded the FBI that the bureau relentlessly spied on King, dedicated sparing resources to discrediting him, and even went so far as to encourage him toward suicide. Perhaps most egregiously, the FBI was also accused of being complicit in King's murder, and a jury agreed in a 1999 civil suit brought by Dr. King's family to recognize the existence of a conspiracy to murder the civil rights icon.
A few highlights of the best FBI burns are below.
why are you doing this, we all know how to access wikipedia https://t.co/FQwZF0Mtka

King might be 88 today if FBI had cared more about stopping white terrorists than telling a civil rights leader to kill himself. https://t.co/copCFFBdk9
- Tim Murphy (@timothypmurphy) April 4, 2017
um @FBI you literally spied on him, encouraged him to commit suicide, and were found in court to be involved in his assassination... https://t.co/Bi2F2bQ5qv
- hangry hangry hebrew (@SweetCuppinJake) April 4, 2017
The @FBI trying to honor MLK is like Trump trying to honor women. It's just weird and doesn't really match up.
- Metro Bloomin (@Federal_flashes) April 4, 2017
Hilariously, one Twitter user even pointed out that the quote attributed to Dr. King by the FBI was not even originally spoken him.
5 Reasons I Will Gladly Wake Up at Dawn to Run
At some point during a training cycle, a runner is inevitably asked the question, "You ran 10 miles on a Saturday morning for fun?" The question is obvious and simple. The answer may be not as simple. Is running really that fun?
Yes, if your idea of fun is setting your alarm clock at the crack of dawn to beat the Summer sun. It may sound ridiculous, but if you've ever finished a long run, you know that running, sometimes, is the greatest fun you've had when alone.
- If you like spending hours of alone time with nothing but your favorite podcast, an audiobook, or a killer playlist, then yes, running is fun. Whatever's weighing on your mind can be resolved with just an hour or two of alone time with your endorphins. Worried about a looming project at work or a difficult relationship? At some point during the course of your long run, the answer reveals itself. Always. Even if the answer is that you're too tired to spend any more effort worrying about the problem.
- If you like quality sleep, running is fun. Yes, runners set their alarm clocks on Saturday mornings to avoid whatever weather is coming in the afternoon, but those precious hours that they spend in bed are pure bliss. Their bodies and minds are better at soaking up quality shut-eye, and they know they need to prioritize getting seven to nine hours of sleep because their bodies need that time to repair whatever damage they've done to it in the predawn hours.
- If you love the chemical burst of endorphins hitting your blood stream, then yes, running is fun. Endorphins are better than any prescription antidepressant. If a runner is being honest, she'll probably admit that the first three miles of a long run aren't much fun. Getting acclimated to the route, getting your feet underneath you, and setting your pace can be challenging first thing in the morning. But once those endorphons kick in? That's why problems are easier to solve and running in the rain doesn't seem to be a big deal. When the endorphins hit, you feel unstoppable. That's fun.
- If you like eating half a pizza on a Saturday night, then yes, running is fun. Runners know that they can't afford to eat whatever they want most of the time. In fact, most of the time, their diets are pretty restrictive and a complex combination of what the experts say they should eat and what they know works best for their bodies. They know they can't overdo it on grease, fiber, or vegetables the night before their long run, but the night after the long run is pure freedom. If they've properly fueled all week long, then they can engage in one perfectly delicious post-long-run cheat dinner and still breathe easy when they look at their calories-in-to-calories-out ratio for the day.
- If you're into social media self-promotion, then running is great fun. Uploading after-run (or during-run, if that's your thing) selfies to Instagram complete with your mileage and pace for the day is shameless self-promotion, but it's hard earned and worth the "likes" that will start to flood your feed. Crossing a finish line and celebrating with your friends and family is the ultimate reward for the miles that you logged while everyone else was asleep. At some point during the training cycle, you actually even start to feel some sympathy for the nonrunners when you notice how many people tell you they wish they could run that far. That's fun.
So, is running fun? Maybe it's not fun when you're hunkered over your bathroom sink popping a blister or watching the clock come to a complete stop when you're sitting in your post-long-run ice bath. Maybe it's not fun when you order lean protein and whole-wheat bread while your friends load up on happy-hour treats the night before your long run. Or when the alarm clock goes off on a dark, Summer morning before dawn. But all things considered, running can be the most fun part of your life.

5 Things You Should Do to Avoid Burning Bridges When Leaving a Job
Perhaps you've fantasized about quitting your job in a blaze of glory, shouting out what you really think of everyone as you overturn desks on your path to the door. Needless to say, this is not the best tactic. If you can transition gracefully out of your job and keep it together until you have safely exited the building, you'll be far better off in the future. After all, you may end up crossing paths with these people again someday.
For tips on how to take control of your exit from a job and actually make it a career-building opportunity, we asked SoFi career strategist Rachel Kim for her recommendations.
1. Give proper notice.
If possible, give the appropriate amount of heads-up to your manager. For most jobs and companies two-weeks notice is standard but depending on your role and responsibilities, it may result in a smoother transition if you give them even longer. You definitely want to tell your manager in person (no sticky notes, emails, or texts) and then you should follow up with a formal resignation letter that outlines your last date with the company. You'll also want to discuss with your manager what the communication to the rest of the company, your teams, and clients will look like and when it will be shared.
2. Keep it gracious and professional.
Start off with gratitude - talk about the positive experiences and skills you gained in the current job and company. When you talk about your departure, focus on the opportunities at your new job/company you're excited about, not about difficult personalities or any gripes you might have at the place you're leaving. Stay away from gossip or negativity.
3. Don't leave the job before you leave the job.
Keep up your responsibilities. Do what you can to support the transition. You want to leave on a positive note, pitching in as well as you can. And these days, it's not unheard of for people to go back to their previous companies - it's called boomeranging. I've done it and so have my friends and clients! And companies acknowledge that while you may be leaving to grow new skills and experiences and networks, they can benefit from your move in the future by hiring you back.
4. Thank people.
Take folks for a walk or coffee one-on-one, especially those peers and mentors who helped you excel and stay motivated at work. Let them know the positive impact they've had on your job, career, happiness (and I bet they'll share the same with you)!
5. Keep in touch.
Develop a plan to keep in touch with these soon-to-be-former colleagues and build them into your professional network. Remember that these are colleagues, managers, and clients you may be working with again in some capacity or another, and/or you may need referrals or references from them.
The Walking Dead: Everything We Know About Season 8
Before the seventh season of The Walking Dead was even halfway over, AMC renewed the show for season eight. This means we've got plenty of apocalyptic zombie horror to look forward to, all the way through mid-2018. So, if you were feeling bored by the recent season's single storyline pacing, or find yourself looking far, far ahead to a time when Glenn's tragic, graphic death is a distant memory, season eight is the place to go. Let's go over what we know so far.
The Season Will Kick Off With the Show's 100th Episode
Typically, it's a huge deal when any TV show hits this triple-digit benchmark. It must be especially true for TWD, seeing as pretty much every season has been only 16 episodes in length. Considering this accomplishment is also a season premiere, chances are the show could pull out all the stops in a way they might never have before.
Negan Will Play a Big Part
During an interview with Howard Stern, actor and Negan portrayer Jeffrey Dean Morgan confirmed that Negan will still be a big deal, even after season seven concludes. "I know I will be on board for season eight," Morgan said. "We've finished [season seven] a week ago. The next two, I'm really big in. I'm f*cking heavy in those." It makes sense, now that war is officially on. Especially if you know what happens to Negan in the comic books.
We Can Venture a Guess at What Might Happen
Based on what happens in the comics, there's a very strong possibility that season eight will entirely consist of the huge war against the Saviors. If that wraps up in the first half of the season, however, there are more dangers are lurking on the horizon. In the comic books, the next evil group is called the Whisperers. And they're just as terrible as Negan and the Saviors, if not more so.
Whatever Happens Will Be "Intense"
During Talking Dead, AMC's aftershow, showrunner Scott Gimple said, "The first four episodes will melt people's minds and break their televisions."
It Will Be Back This Fall
AMC confirmed that it will be back in the Fall, and seeing as every single season of The Walking Dead has premiered in mid to late October, it's safe to assume we'll get season eight then as well.

This Couple Bought a 1-Way Ticket to Hawaii 2 Years Ago - See Their Engagement Photos Now
A few years ago, Amanda was a nurse working in the Cardiac ICU while Ben was in his final year of internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado. They bonded during late-night call shifts and Amanda finally asked Ben out on a date one day, which ended up being the perfect afternoon of biking, drinking, talking, and their first kiss. Only a month after dating, Amanda had to move to Los Angeles for her nurse contract with the UCLA Medical Center. She didn't think a long distance relationship would work between them, especially due to their demanding schedules. But Ben put in an impressive amount of effort, calling, texting, and visiting Amanda whenever he could.
By the end of her six-month contract, Ben asked Amanda to move in with him and promised her a puppy and a walk-in closet. She, of course, said yes. The couple packed up and moved to Seattle for travel medicine assignments and six months later, they sold all their belongings for a one-way ticket to Hawaii. After living at the Aloha State for two years, Ben planned an incredible proposal and gave Amanda a photo package from Love and Water Photography in Maui for her birthday. They shot couples photos underwater and on land all day - something Ben would've normally hated - and at sunset, he got down on one knee and asked if the pictures could be their "engagement photos." Fast forward to their engagement session on Hukilau Beach, when the two couldn't have looked any more in love. Amanda wore a stunning bright yellow dress that flowed in the wind and a matching flower crown that really completed the look.

As the new year has begun, we've been looking forward to a fresh new year of films. And, like any other year, many of the big releases will be based on books. To start thinking about what should be on your reading list - or to see books you've already read up on the big screen - take a look at all the adaptations coming in 2017!
It's Not Selena Gomez's Outfit That'll Catch Your Eye - It's Her Alice in Wonderland Bag
When Selena Gomez took her family to Disneyland, she was casually dressed down in a navy Adidas pullover and matching sweats. The athleisure ensemble was cute and cozy, but it didn't exactly scream "I'm at Disneyland!" That is, until we saw a glimpse of the grooviest Alice in Wonderland bag. The '70s-style graphics, printed on the front of her shoulder bag, referenced several characters and important items (the potion bottle!) from the animated film, and it was this accessory that completely changed the direction of Selena's theme-park look.
She may not have worn Mickey Mouse ears like some other celebs who have gone to Disneyland, but the whimsical bag proved she's truly a Disney girl at heart. Not a bad choice as a carryall to one of the happiest places on Earth. Selena then topped off her comfy look with her trusted Converse x Jack Purcell low tops. Scroll on to have a closer look at the Alice in Wonderland piece yourself.
Jared Padalecki's Wife Was in Her Underwear When They First Met
Jared Padalecki and Genevieve Cortese have been married since February 2010 and recently expanded their family of four to include daughter Odette, who was born on St. Patrick's Day. As any Supernatural fan knows, the couple - who are also parents to sons Shepherd and Thomas - first met on the set of the hit show. Genevieve joined the cast as a demon named Ruby in 2009, and Jared was instantly attracted to her. "I was a single dude, and she was a pretty girl in her underwear on her first day on set," he explained during a Supernatural panel back in 2012. "I was very excited to meet her. Meanwhile, I think she was like, 'Who is this long-haired A-hole who thinks he can come talk to me while I'm reading a book?' . . . I interrupted her while she was reading a book and I think she got kind of fussy about it."
After getting to know each other, Jared finally made his move. "I was very attracted to her, and as I got to know her, I was very excited to take her out to lunch." As for why their relationship worked, Jared explained, "What made it work is that we got to know each other for about four months before we went on a date." By 2010, the couple had taken their love off screen, and they "never looked back."
13 Reasons Why: Selena Gomez's Haunting Cover Will Break Your Heart
Selena Gomez is back and better than ever (not that you had any doubts). After entering rehab and spending time out of the spotlight for a few months, the pop star recently returned with a ridiculously catchy single, "It Ain't Me," that had fans champing at the bit for more new music. Thankfully Gomez has just gifted us with another track: a cover of Yazoo's 1982 hit "Only You" for the 13 Reasons Why soundtrack. She serves as executive producer on the Netflix drama - which follows high school student Clay, who receives a series of cassette tapes recorded by Hannah, a classmate who recently committed suicide - and said on Twitter that the song was "inspired by Hannah and Clay's story." It's haunting, beautiful, and quite possibly her most emotional song yet.

Or you can strategically position it, covering half of your digits and only the tips. Overall, it's pearly, it's sexy - and you need to try it! Keep reading to see 15 interpretations of the fad.
Here's Why Weightlifting Is the Key to Weight Loss
Contrary to what you might think, lifting weights doesn't lead to gained weight (generally speaking). In fact, strength and resistance training will most definitely help you slim down and change the shape of your body.
Many women are scared to grab heavy dumbbells in class or at the gym for fear of looking bulky or muscular, but the truth is, over time, weight training can seriously impact weight loss - just as much if not more so than cardio can. In fact, there are weight-loss benefits beyond the scale. Here are some reasons to start lifting heavy - stat.
- It boosts your metabolism. When you lift weights or strength train, you gain more muscle. "Muscle uses more energy and thus burns more calories than fat," said Nicole Aurigemma, physiologist at the Penn State Muscle Biology Lab. This also means you'll have "a slightly higher resting metabolic rate, meaning that your metabolism is increasing with training."
- You'll lose fat. Long-term resistance training "can lead to the decreases in adipose tissue (fat), which can also contribute to weight loss," Aurigemma said.
- It'll help you slim down. Trying to get that long, lean look? Weights can help. Have you ever seen a pound of muscle compared to a pound of fat? (Go on, google it.) It's MUCH leaner. Check out how Adrienne Osuna transformed her entire body and slimmed down with power lifting.
- It can change your shape. Trainer Tia Falcone, who helped Miss America 2013 lose over 50 pounds, said, "You're not going to change the shape of your body [with cardio], you're just going to be exactly like you are but you'll be a smaller version. All your flaws will be the same, everything will just be smaller." Want to change your shape? Lift weights.
- You'll burn more calories. Especially if you're using your legs - those muscle groups are calorie-burning powerhouses! Aurigemma said to "remember that protein synthesis is ramped up significantly four hours after your resistance exercise, and it's maintained up to 24 hours," meaning "you will continue to burn calories even after exercise."
Keep in mind that "weight loss" might not necessarily correlate to a number on a scale; you might look leaner and slimmer (like Adrienne), but the scale won't budge. That's OK! Judge your progress by how you look and feel (and how your clothes fit) vs. the scale to have a better indicator.

The Striking Transformation of Victoria Beckham's Little Black Dress
In recent history, Victoria Beckham has been inclined to wear color. Perhaps the playful vibe of her new Target collaboration is swaying her in that direction, or maybe Victoria is just open to change. Change she has, since the days of Posh and the iconic "little Gucci dress" she slipped into in everybody's favorite movie Spice World.
But despite Victoria's more modern fashion sense, she has not forgotten her roots nor the power of a simple black sheath. These days, she might be sporting the look with her signature glove pumps instead of sky-high platform boots, but year after year - and as seasons change - Victoria's LBDs mean business. Scroll to track their transformation over the past decade.
Sip On Layers of Delicious Cherry Pie With Starbucks’s Newest Frappuccino

Drum roll, please . . . the American Cherry Pie Frappuccino is here to make all our drinkable dessert dreams come true. The Frappuccino is vanilla flavored, mixed with layers of cherry compote and whipped cream, but instead of a measly plastic lid, the drink is covered with a hard pie crust.
Starbucks Japan announced the new drink in a press release, sharing that it will be available from April 13 through May 16. The company also announced a "Starbucks Summer Festival 2017," an event which will celebrate the release of the drinkable dessert. It's unknown whether or not the new American Cherry Pie Frappuccino will make its way to the United States, but given the name of the drink, we think it should be mandatory!

3 Surprisingly False Myths About the Female Body During Sex
The female body is absolutely fascinating - especially when it comes to the reproductive system. Did you know that vaginas and sharks both contain the same natural lubricant? We spoke with sex educator Jacq Jones to learn more interesting facts about our sexual health and debunk some myths that will surprise you.
Myth #1: Females aren't as capable of ejaculating as males are.
"Well, first of all, people who have clitorises and vaginas have the ability to ejaculate just as all people who have penises and scrotums do, which makes perfect sense because our bodies are more similar than they are different," said Jones.
Shockingly, the amount vaginas are able to discharge can vary from an eighth of a teaspoon to over a cup, according to Jones. If you're on the lesser end, you may not even know that you're ejaculating and assume that your body isn't capable of doing it.
Myth #2: Female ejaculation reduces friction during sex.
While we might assume that female ejaculation would be a great lubricant during intercourse, it can actually cause friction. "All of a sudden you notice that you were really wet but it wasn't slick anymore," Jones said. "And because ejaculation has a texture like water, and what does water do if you've ever tried to have sex in the shower?" There's friction. When your vagina ejaculates, it can wash away the natural or purchased lubricants. So if you experience less glide in the middle of sex but notice that you're not dry, she said it can be a good indication of ejaculation.
Myth #3: Vaginal orgasms and clitoral orgasms are completely different.
Lastly, Jones cleared up the most common misconception of treating these two orgasms as separate things. In fact, they're much more connected than we think. Before you worry that something's wrong with you, understand that about 70 percent of women are unable to achieve an orgasm just by penetration, according to Jones. Sex in general involves the whole system, not just stimulation in certain areas.
"The clitoris is not just like a little knob that's on the outside of the body. It extends into the body and splits into two little clitoral legs that go on either side of the vagina," Jones said. "So when you're having vaginal penetration, you are receiving some indirect clitoral stimulation." Why that alone isn't enough for many people may simply be due to anatomical differences. Jones said that some researchers think the reason some are able to have orgasms through vaginal stimulation is because the external part of their clitoris is closer to the opening to their vagina. As a result, it's receiving more stimulation.
"Whether or not somebody's having an orgasm just from vaginal penetration doesn't mean that their partner's penis is magic or not magic," Jones said. "It might be about how their body is structured and what level of stimulation they need in order to have an orgasm, which is super useful information."
Neither one is better than the other and everyone's bodies are different. If you need more clitoral stimulation, Jones suggests incorporating sex toys during play with products ranging from a pocket rocket, like the Crave Rechargeable Bullet, to the Mini Magic Blue Vibrator by Vibratex.
Whatever your body needs is what your body needs, and you should never feel embarrassed about it.

Kate Middleton Shares a Heartwarming Moment With a Young Boy at a Charity Event
Following her stylish night out at the Portrait Gala last week, Kate Middleton made yet another glamorous appearance at the opening night of 42nd Street at the Theatre Royal in London on Tuesday. The duchess was on hand to support the East Anglia Children's Hospice, of which she is a patron, and looked radiant in a red Marchesa dress complete with a matching clutch. Before making her way inside the event, Kate greeted a group of guests, including a 12-year-old boy named Ollie Duell, who lives with a complex medical condition that affects his bowel and stomach. His mom, Claire, delivered a speech about how much the organization means to her family, saying, "Having a safe place for Ollie to be cared for is the most valuable gift we could ever have been given . . . EACH makes a really hard time just that little easier to deal with."
Even though Kate attended the event solo, she and Prince William were photographed having dinner with Pippa's future in-laws, David Matthews and Jane Parker, last Thursday. While the royal couple will be in attendance for Pippa's upcoming wedding, it's been reported that Kate will not act as maid of honor, but her kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will be involved as a page boy and a flower girl.
Riverdale: How Does Cole Sprouse Feel About Bughead? "Aroused," Obviously
When POPSUGAR and a group of reporters caught up with Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart at WonderCon, we had to get the unavoidable topic out of the way right from the get-go: "Bughead." And can you blame us? We've been shipping Betty and Jughead since the start of our Riverdale obsession, and there's no better source to discuss the fan-favorite pairing than the character-actors themselves!
When POPSUGAR asked Sprouse and Reinhart how they felt about the passionate fan reaction to Bughead, Cole's response was immediate. "Aroused!" he joked, adding a more serious response: "Uh yeah, it's flattering that people like it as much as they do."
"They're both kind of on the outside a little bit, and I think that's what brings them together."
Reinhart chimed in with a thoughtful reply, alluding to the pairing's comic origins: "I think because it's a little bit unexpected in a way, you know, because Jughead is kinda doing his own thing in the comics, so to see him relate to a girl is - you know, people are excited about that."
Sprouse agreed. "In multiple iterations he's asexual, in some iterations he's aromantic, and I think because this is a new universe this is definitely a different iteration," he explained of Jughead and the decision to cast him as Betty's suitor. "This is something that was kind of uncharted territory, and we didn't really know if it was gonna take. But it did, and people really love it. It got a huge response." And "huge response" is an understatement - the Bughead tags on Twitter and Tumblr are full of everything from fan fiction to dramatic memes.
When it comes to the reason why their characters make so much sense together, Reinhart feels passionately that it is actually Betty and Jughead's mutual alienation that draws them together. "Betty was always rejected by Archie, and he [Jughead] was always there to be the shoulder to cry on," she explained, continuing: "I think from our show's perspective, they're both so opposite on the outside in their appearances, but they're very similar on the inside; they're both kinda these tortured souls in a way, don't you think? So I mean, they're both kind of on the outside a little bit, and I think that's what brings them together."
Later, Sprouse shared his own take on why Betty and Jughead work so well together, both as a crime investigation team and as a romantic pairing:
"I think both of them have a great appreciation and nostalgia and fondness for a more pure, more better version of Riverdale . . . a more wholesome version of Riverdale. And so I think that yearning to sort of prove that it can still be a place that is good and not some sort of place of darkness is what drove them both to really, truly see it take that iteration once again: a more childlike, a more beautiful, flowery kind of iteration. And I think that similar passion is also the thing that sort of brought them close at the end of the day, and I think there's truth in that."
Hear that? It's the sound of the entire Bughead fandom sighing at once, us included. We can't wait to see what's in store for the couple; nothing could possibly go wrong with a couple whose foundation is murder mystery, right? And luckily for the show's fandom, it sounds like there's even more in store for Jughead and Betty in future seasons.
The producers of Riverdale later informed reporters that the plan for a Jughead/Betty pairing was already in motion by the time Jughead's asexuality was first mentioned in the comics, which explains the decision to include a romantic storyline for Sprouse's character. However, they also noted that they aren't opposed to exploring the concept of Jughead as asexual within the confines of a romantic relationship.
This idea begs the question: does that mean there are more Bughead-focused episodes on the horizon? Only time will tell.
