May You 1 Day Have a Friendship Like Eva Longoria and Mario Lopez's
Eva Longoria and Mario Lopez have been friends for well over a decade. And we don't mean they are "friends" like people are in Hollywood, the two are so close that Eva is actually the godmother to Mario's daughter, Gia. The best friends, who haven't revealed how they met, consider each other family - Eva has publicly referred to Mario as her "brother."
The two have been there for each other professionally and personally through the years. Eva has been on Mario's show Extra a bunch of times and had Mario by her side at her wedding to José Antonio Bastón, while Mario supported Eva through her divorce from Tony Parker. It's the real thing! Keep scrolling to see the cutest moments between these friends for life . . .
Gwyneth Relocated Goop's Office to a Santa Monica Chicken Coop – And It's Gorgeous
A year and a half ago, the Goop team moved their headquarters from a barn on the property of founder Gwyneth Paltrow's LA home to an unlikely location: a former chicken coop in Santa Monica. "We wanted to preserve the spirit of our first office-raw and energetic, filled with natural light, very California," Gwyneth told Architectural Digest. With design spearheaded by RH, the space is as gorgeous and gooptastic as you're expecting. Think industrial meets the 1970s meets the well-bred sophistication Gwyneth has honed into a lucrative art form. The star confessed to the magazine, "I don't have a very broad aesthetic...I like beautiful materials and nice textures, simple gestures that elevate your experience of a room." Take a look inside Goop's creative workspace ahead, and then visit Architectural Digest for all the design details.
Texas Could Enact One of the Harshest Immigration Laws in the Country
Texas is about to join Arizona on the list of states with sweeping anti-immigrant laws. On April 30, Texas's House of Representatives approved Senate Bill 4, which had already passed through the Senate. Governor Greg Abbott, a Republican anti-immigrant stalwart, is expected to sign the bill following a committee hearing.
Senate Bill 4 (SB4) echoes the tenants of Arizona's notorious "Show Me Your Papers" legislation that passed in 2010 but was later amended and stripped of its strength. Texas's proposed law would allow police officer to question the immigration status of anyone detained with "reasonable suspicion" of breaking any law. What's dangerous about this is it affords police the power to potentially incriminate detainees as opposed to arrestees.
In addition to emboldening police to detain civilians who might be undocumented immigrants, the bill also prohibits cities in the state from passing bills that would curtail SB4's provisions. Police would be required to comply with federal requests to detain suspected undocumented immigrants, making officers pseudo immigration agents. At its core, SB4 targets "sanctuary city" and preys upon people whose only crime is existing as an immigrant. Even if an undocumented immigrant has not broken a law, SB4 permits police with the power to question anyone's immigration status.
Critics and demonstrators have appealed to the governor since the SB4 passed through the Senate in February. One state lawmaker, Victoria Neave, protested the bill's House vote with a four-day fast. Other activists challenged Governor Abbott at his office in Austin on May 1: after the building closed 24 activists (including one Austin City Council Member) were arrested according to the Texas Tribune.
It seems unlikely that Abbott will veto SB4 given his past statements about defunding sanctuary cities. Abbott went after Travis County police department when the sheriff, Sally Hernandez, announced that her county's jail would not detain immigrants for federal authorities. Abbott sent the county, which encompasses most of Austin, TX, a letter demanding it reverse the policy or face defunding.

This Photo of a Girl Scout Protesting a Neo-Nazi Is Incredibly Powerful

A new hero inspiring the internet is a young woman who also happens to be a girl scout. In the viral photo, a girl scout appears to be standing up to a Neo-Nazi at a protest.
The photo was taken at a far-right rally on May 1, in Brno, Czech Republic, reports HuffPost, and posted to Facebook by user Vladimír Čičmanec. The girl's pose and face, is calm and strong, unafraid of a Neo-Nazi in her face. It's certainly resonating with people across the internet, considering the original Facebook post has more than 5,000 reactions, 1,000 shares, and 46 comments.
It was also posted to the World Organization of the Scout Movement's (WOSM) Facebook page, where it has more than 4,000 reactions, 1,000 shares, and 74 comments. There, WOSM names the girl scout as Lucie, and that scouts were protesting the far-right rally "to express their support for values of diversity, peace, and understanding." The photo has also found its way to Reddit and Imgur.
Perhaps this photo of Lucie and other protesters who continue to stand up for what they believe in might finally send the message to the far right: they won't go anywhere anytime soon and aren't afraid.
Girls Who Code Founder Tells Ivanka Trump "Don't Use My Story"
Reshma Saujani is the founder and CEO of Girls Who Code, an empowering nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching woman how to code, and she's making it clear that she does not want Ivanka Trump using her story. Trump is currently promoting her new book, Women Who Work: Rewriting the Rules for Success, which is essentially a self-care book directed at helping women lead their most fulfilling lives, professionally and socially.
In her book, Trump has a section dedicated to Saujani, explaining how she switched from a career in politics to provide more opportunities for women. "It was during a run for Congress that Saujani became inspired to create the organization," Trump wrote. "In visiting local schools, she personally witnessed the gender gap in computing classes and set out to do something about it."
But Saujani does not want to be a part of Trump's narrative, and she's not holding back. On the day the book was released, Saujani wrote to Trump on Twitter, "@ivankatrump don't use my story in #WomenWhoWork unless you are going to stop being #complicit #askivanka," seen below.

- Reshma Saujani (@reshmasaujani) May 2, 2017
Since Donald Trump became president, the first daughter has been largely criticized for being "complicit" on her father's policies and remaining silent, and Saujani is definitely not the first person to bring this up. In an interview with Gayle King of CBS This Morning last month, Trump confronted the notion of being silent on social media regarding political issues, explaining that just because she does not publicly speak out does not mean she doesn't have an opinion.
"I would say not to conflate lack of public denouncement with silence," Trump said. "In some case it's through protest and it's through going on the nightly news and talking about or denouncing every issue in which you disagree with. Other times it is quietly, and directly, and candidly."
Read on to see some of the responses Saujani has received on social media after speaking out against Trump's new book.

Selena Gomez's Met Gala Purse Came With a Message That Shouldn't Be Missed
At the 2017 Met Gala, Selena Gomez made her first red carpet appearance with The Weeknd. While the new couple showed each other affection throughout the evening, Selena's pint-size handbag boasted a big message about individuality and self-love that should not be missed.
Following the event, Coach shared a picture of the bottom of Selena's bag, which read, "Love yourself first." Only Selena's biggest fans might know this, but the multi-hyphenate has that same exact phrase tattooed on her side in Arabic script. Ahead, see pictures of the statement-making bag.
25 Mother's Day Gifts She'll Actually Use
Let's be real, Mother's Day gifts often end up sitting in the trash (eventually) or collecting dust in the closet. It's not like Mom doesn't love you or like your gift; she just doesn't quite know what the hell to do with it. So that's why this year, you should skip the cookie jar for something a little more practical. Think about what she uses every day, what she can't live without, and what she's obsessed with. You do know her best; be realistic about what she'll love and what she'll use. Here's 25 gift ideas to help you get started.

3 Reasons "Polite Persistence" Will Get You Hired
When your interview ends, the process is NOT over yet. How you follow up afterward can have an impact on whether or not you get the job. There's a way to be assertive without being pushy, and Fred Goff, CEO of job-seeking website Jobcase, says the key to following up (and getting the job!) is "polite persistence." Here's how to be a successful job seeker without being a job stalker.
1. Follow up on the résumé you sent in.
When you send in an application or résumé, follow up the next day to make sure it was received. Many employers ask that you don't call, so a follow-up email is often your best bet. However, if the hiring manager/company does accept calls, then following up with a brief call after sending in your application can also be a good way to get remembered. "Somewhere between one day and one week later," Goff said, "call to ask if you are being considered for the role and, if so, when you might expect to come in to meet the hiring manager."
2. Say thank you (a lot)!
If you get an in-person interview, make sure to follow up with a thank you! Don't overdo it - it can come off as fake flattery or kissing up. But a genuine show of appreciation for someone's time can go a long way. "Send a thank-you note for their time and consideration," Goff said. "Include something from the meeting that convinced you that you will be right for the role (this shows you listened, and reminds them who you are - if they are interviewing a lot of people this could be important!). Don't leave anyone out - thank EVERYONE you meet! It can't hurt."
3. Follow up again if you don't hear back after your interview.
Follow up after your interview, and if you still don't hear back, follow up again. Be assertive, but polite! "Oftentimes the persistence becomes a key factor in getting the job," Goff said. "Polite persistence wins the day! If you are rejected, be sure to still thank the employer for their time. Why thank the rejection? Because chances are they will hire again, and you just put yourself back in consideration!"

How 1 Clever Mom Taught Her 7-Year-Old a Serious Lesson in Online Safety
Despite only being 7 years old, Sue Samad's little girl had a serious confession to make. After her iPad time was over and she was tucked into bed, the child came downstairs crying that she needed to tell the truth: she broke the house rules and had been chatting with gaming people online.
The little girl knew that she broke the family's "no chat" policy and begged her mom to punish her because she deserved to be grounded for her actions. Instead, her mom came up with an even better way to ensure that her child learned the magnitude of her mistake.
Every Parent Should Use This Dad's "X-Plan" to Give Their Teens a Way Out of Pressure Situations
"It got me thinking, OK . . . I ground her, confiscate the iPad, but really no lesson is learned," she wrote on Facebook. "My absolute manic mind came up with this faux letter with letter head and all. I put it in our mailbox this afternoon addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Taher. The letter is just reminder, deterrence, and will possibly freak the crap out of her for a few years (I hope)."
The fake letter was signed from Security Intelligence for Children Cyber Safety and informed Sue that her child had breached the cyber internet safety contract for kids. It explained that her daughter's WiFi had been disconnected and can only be reinstated when the child proves to her parents that she is "responsible and understands the immediate dangers she has put herself an her sibling in."
According to Sue, the response she got when she showed her children the letter was exactly what she was hoping for and it was a tool to help them discuss the importance of online safety. "The letter doesn't replace continuous education about cyber danger, stranger danger, and keeping the open dialogue and honesty with your children," she wrote. "If they make a mistake, pull them up, watch what they are doing, let them make mistakes with you and be OK to discuss those awkward subjects that make your stomach squirm."
Sue explained that she doesn't believe in denying her children access to the internet since it's such a big part of this generation's daily life, but she does hope parents learn from both her daughter's mistake and her reaction to it. "A reminder to all of us to watch what our children do online, be the helicopter parent, observe their behavior, be open with discussion even if it's so uncomfortable and beyond their years of understanding," she wrote. "My hope is to raise resilient and socially-conscious children who God willing will grow up sensible children. And to add some humor to this very disturbing topic . . . it'll be a great piece to present at her 18th birthday."

What Women Going Through IVF Need on Mother's Day - According to Molly Sims
Molly Sims knows that as families across the country gear up to celebrate Mother's Day, there are also women struggling more than ever on this particular day. Although the actress and mom-of-three has a lot to be grateful for this year, she is all too familiar with the other side: trying to get pregnant and enduring infertility treatments in the hopes of becoming a parent.
Before eventually conceiving naturally three different times, Molly froze her eggs and went through two rounds of IVF. Now that she has her hands full with three kids under 5 years old, Molly is a pro when it comes to what busy moms actually need for Mother's Day - as well as those who are still struggling to conceive.
For those who have infants and toddlers at home, Molly curated a collection of her favorite gifts in partnership with eBay, and proceeds benefit Baby2Baby, a nonprofit charity that provides essentials for low-income little ones. But as you shop for the amazing mom in your life, Molly doesn't want you to forget about those who are hurting in silence on this particular day.
"It's tough because it's a really hard pill to swallow," Molly told POPSUGAR. "You just have to be supportive of the mom, check in with her, and not be afraid to say anything or acknowledge it because it might hurt her feelings - nine times out of 10, it won't."
Another thing to keep in mind is that these ladies are constantly reminded of what they don't have, even if you don't say anything at all. "It's very difficult to want something, and with Facebook, it's like Big Brother, because once you start googling, all of a sudden your feed becomes baby and you're not even pregnant yet," Molly explained. "It's weird how everything in your face is about baby, especially during a sensitive time like Mother's Day when everything else is about Mom, babies, kids, and family."
In addition to surprising a hopeful mom-to-be with a soothing item, like a candle, this Mother's Day, there's another priceless gift that can help during her journey. "I think the one thing about going through infertility is that it's a very anxious time, so anything that can bring down her stress is really good," Molly said. "Getting involved in different charities, like Baby2Baby, which I did before becoming a mom, is so great even for women who don't have children but want them, because they're helping babies and families in need who have absolutely nothing. Volunteering also takes the focus off of you and what you want and puts it on something else. Sometimes you need that because instead of thinking about [infertility], you just want to try to get through it."
But the most important thing to remember, especially on Mother's Day, is that not having kids isn't always a choice that childless couples make and your words are more powerful than any gift you could give. "When someone says that they don't have kids, it doesn't always mean that they don't want kids or aren't trying," Molly added. "Infertility is like this little hidden secret and sometimes you don't know what others are going through."

Everything We Know About the Balmain x L'Oréal Lipstick Collection So Far
Try not to scream (or faint) with excitement, dear makeup addicts. Word around town is that L'Oréal Paris is teaming up with French fashion house Balmain for the capsule lipstick collection we've been waiting for. If it's anywhere near as fabulous as the Balmain x H&M clothing line from a few years ago, this upcoming collab is sure to be the source of our newest lipstick addiction. After all, couture + affordable cosmetics = a literal dream come true.
The highly anticipated line will include 12 new shades that fit into three different color themes, according to WWD. Although we don't have many details on exactly what shades will be included, it seems like Olivier Rousteing, Balmain's creative director, has had a say in the color-making process. Considering the fact that Rousteing is the fashionable genius behind some of Kim Kardashian's and Kendall Jenner's signature looks, our expectations are pretty high.
A L'Oréal Paris representative told POPSUGAR that the collection will be available in select US retailers starting in September 2017, so mark your calendars and start a countdown now! Other than that, both brands are being very mum on the whole thing so far, but the teasers ahead have us itching for more intel. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.

Neon Lips Are Here to Make You Look Like an Intergalactic Space Diva
The latest out-of-this-world makeup trend that's about to take over Instagram? Neon lip art! We've already seen (and swooned over) the edgy 3D effects of neon eyeliner, but now the blinding, '80s-esque trend is making its way to our pouts. We hate to indulge the overused term, but it's pretty darn lit, if we do say so ourselves.
We first came across the neon lip look via talented makeup artist Genevieve Jauquet, who regularly stuns us with her impressively artistic beauty skills. To achieve the one-of-a-kind pout above, Genevieve dabbed on a black lip cream in the center of her lips, followed by a matte pink one to fill in the outer edges. Then, to get that glowing effect, she followed up by using a thin brush to swipe on white lip cream near (but not touching) the edges of her top and bottom lips. Her personal finishing touch? Glitter! The results are a lightsaber-like look that both Jedis and space divas would approve of.
Ahead, see how Genevieve and other committed beauty mavens put their lips in the spotlight with this luminous, hypnotizing trend.
12 Things You Never Knew About Orange Is the New Black
We're just over a month away from June 9, when the much-anticipated fifth season of Orange Is the New Black magically appears on Netflix, and we couldn't be more excited for the new episodes to drop. You still have tons of time to catch up on where your favorite characters leave off (or, if you'd rather, read exactly how things go down in the finale), but while we can only speculate at this point on what's to come, there are a few things we know for sure about one of the most loved Netflix series of all time. So, to hold you over until the new season: here are 12 things you never knew about OITNB.
- Jodie Foster has directed two episodes of the series. The legendary actress directed the third episode of season one (where Crazy Eyes falls for Piper) and the first episode of season two (when Piper is moved from Litchfield.)
- Katie Holmes almost played the role of Piper Chapman. But she was too busy. Creator Jenji Kohan said at the time that Holmes "had other things to do." But to be fair, she also added that "in the beginning, no one knew what this was." Oh, and Laura Prepon was almost Piper too.
- The actress who plays Yoga Jones is the voice of Patti Mayonnaise. If you close your eyes, you can almost pretend that she's the legendary love interest in the classic cartoon Doug.
- In the episode where Piper first meets Larry, he's watching Weeds - another show created by Jenji Kohan - and you can see it on the TV in the background. Seriously, go back and look for it. It's there.
- The real-life Larry actually did write a Modern Love column in the New York Times. And you can read it here.
- Nicky's scar from her post-overdose surgery is the real deal. Actress Natasha Lyonne suffered from the same issues with addiction as her character in the show.
- Laverne Cox's twin brother played Sophia in her pre-transition flashbacks in season one. Cox wanted to play the role herself, but "Jodie Foster, who directed the episode in which Sophia's backstory is explored, didn't think it would work." Cox's brother, M. Lamar, is a musician who described himself to The New York Times as being of the "gothic-devil-worshiping-free-black-man-blues tradition."
- The real-life Piper made a blog in 2003 about her time in prison. It's called The Pipe Bomb. Kerman ended up writing a memoir (also titled Orange Is the New Black) that inspired the show.
- All of the women in the opening credits were formerly incarcerated. There isn't a single actress in the entire sequence - and if you look really closely, you can see Piper Kerman in there too.
- Flaca has kissed Kourtney Kardashian. Yes, Jackie Cruz was on Keeping Up with the Kardashians in 2009.
- The same inmate is always crying behind Piper when she's on the phone. You didn't imagine it - Gerrman is always there, and most of the time she's weeping over her wrestler son.
- We still have no idea what the meaning of the eggplant joke really is . . . And we're still holding out hope that we'll find out in the future. But in the meantime, here's a pretty solid theory.

The Hardcore Hike Leading to This Secret Water Slide in Hawaii Is a Wild Adventure
Hidden in Waipio Valley, HI, is a 35-foot water slide that looks like something straight out of a story book. Why is this incredible slide so secret? Well, the hike to get there, known as the White Road Hike, is difficult and dangerous. In fact, state officials would prefer that you didn't take the trail. You have to make your way through dim tunnels and winding jungle paths to make it to this epic location.
Despite the potential risks, many people still journey to the secret slide so they can experience it for themselves. It's made out of an irrigation flume that transported sugar cane over a century ago. In order to get to the top of the slide, you have to hang onto a rope as you climb up a steep hill. Since you're technically not supposed to go to this wildly thrilling location, you can just enjoy the pictures and videos of other adventurous visitors.

5 Reasons I No Longer Hate Mother's Day as a Single Mom
As you can imagine, getting divorced with a 1-year-old was not in my original life plan. Unfortunately, being a single mom became my challenging reality. Those early days were extremely difficult for us. I traveled for work, I didn't have family where I lived, and stress levels were at an all time high. When I think back to that first Mother's Day after divorce, I remember it as a very sad and lonely time. After my first single Mother's Day passed, though, I slowly began to gain some perspective.
As with anything, the further you get away from hurt and upset, the more objectively you can view things. After a couple years, my perspective has changed entirely and I'm able to really appreciate my situation, my son, and my new life. In the hope that the insight I've gained can be helpful to others, I've detailed five reasons I no longer hate Mother's Day.
The Perks of Being a Single Mom
- I learned to plan. After finding myself a single mother to a 1-year-old, I hadn't prepared myself for how hard Mother's Day would be. When you let a holiday sneak up on you and you don't have plans, you may find yourself feeling very alone. What I do now is make plans with other single moms to do something together with our kids so we all can have a great day.
- I ask for what I want. I used to feel as though I was putting someone out by asking for what I wanted out of Mother's Day, but I have changed this situation. Now I ask for exactly what I want. If that means I want my son to draw me a picture and make me a card, I ask for that. If it means that I want to go to a fancy brunch with my son and friends, I let it be known. Asking for what I want has made me feel good.
- I have dropped the guilt. There was a time I would feel guilty for being divorced or for doing things for myself. I have since decided that guilt doesn't benefit me and instead I am going to feel good about my decisions and putting myself first. For Mother's Day, if I want to get a massage, I ask my ex to take my son for half the day so I can have some me time. Dropping guilt from my life has been freeing.
- I have let go of perfection. Growing up, I had always envisioned a "perfect" life where I was happily married and had a few kids. Today, I am divorced with one amazing child, and letting go of this "perfect" fantasy that never existed has allowed me to appreciate the amazing and unique life that I have created. Having one son and being a single mom means I get to spend a lot of one-on-one time with the most amazing little boy, and that makes me happy.
- I have decided to focus on me. When you are feeling upset or disappointed it is easy to focus on what everyone else has or does, which can be problematic. Comparing yourself to others is a recipe for disaster. Deciding to focus on myself and look inside instead of outside has allowed me to get to know myself better and feel empowered about my situation. Keeping the focus on me has brought me more happiness and gratitude.

Do Yourself a Favor and Watch Chris Pratt Demonstrate His Ideal "Humpin' Tempo"
If you're curious about the tempo at which Chris Pratt prefers to hump, you're in luck, because he talked about just that when he sat down with Stephen Colbert on Monday. During his appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Chris talked about his mix-tape-making abilities - or lack thereof. After creating an awesome mix for his brother, he felt confident in his song-curating skills, but when he tried to make a love-making mix for his wife, Anna Faris, things didn't go as planned. Please, please take some time to watch Chris Pratt describe why the mix didn't work, because (spoiler alert) he does an absolutely hilarious demonstration of his ideal "humpin' tempo." File under: yet another reason to love him.

13 Reasons Why: Will Selena Gomez Appear in Season 2?
13 Reasons Why was originally planned to be adapted into a feature movie starring Selena Gomez as Hannah, but as production delays came up, Gomez decided she was too old to play the high schooler. Eventually the project moved to Netflix, taking on a miniseries format and completely blowing all expectations out of the water. Now that season two is on the table (but not officially confirmed), we're wondering if there's a possibility that Gomez could appear in new episodes.
While Gomez has publicly spoken about why she chose to be an executive producer rather than a star, she hasn't commented on whether she would consider appearing in future episodes. She has spoken out about the blacklash that the show has been facing due to its graphic portrayal of teen suicide, but until we get official word from Netflix that season two is on the way, I doubt she'll chime in about acting.
Obviously Hannah is now played by Katherine Langford - and who knows if there will even be an opportunity for Hannah to appear in season two - but perhaps Gomez could star in another role. We have a few ideas for how the show could expand beyond the story in Jay Asher's book, including prequel or sequel episodes, and we're even wondering if the series would take on a format like Skins and feature an entirely new cast and storyline. The latter route would make it easy for Gomez to slide in as a new character!

The Snatched Cast Reveals What Amy Schumer Is Like on Set
When a movie like Snatched features the likes of Goldie Hawn and Amy Schumer, you know you have to assemble a supporting cast that can hold their own alongside these two leading ladies. POPSUGAR was lucky enough to sit down with Christopher Meloni, Ike Barinholtz, and Wanda Sykes - the seasoned comedians that help Snatched shine.
Ike dished on some of the best improvised scenes in the movie, while Chris talked about his notorious ability to keep a straight face during the most ridiculous scenes. When the cast gets into a game of "Who's More Likely?" about Amy and Goldie, we find out just how hilarious it is to work behind the scenes with these two incredible women.

Katy Perry Compares Obama to "Old Black Hair," Sh*tstorm of Backlash Ensues
When Katy Perry dyed and chopped her hair a few months back, many fans started comparing her new look to Miley Cyrus, and to be honest, the resemblance was rather uncanny. But now the singer is comparing her fresh 'do to an unlikely public figure - Barack Obama - and the internet is pretty damn pissed about it.
During a recent Instagram live session, the singer addressed a series of fan questions, one of which referred to missing her old hairstyle. When Katy read the comment aloud to the camera, she replied, "Oh, really? Do you miss Barack Obama as well? Oh, OK. Times change. Bye! See you guys later."
I'm sure we can all do without @katyperry right ??? #Loser http://pic.twitter.com/r9bQcuaCBi
- DJ SCREAM (@DJSCREAM) April 30, 2017
So essentially Katy compared dying her black hair blond to Donald Trump taking over Obama's spot in the White House. Aaaand cue the facepalm. As soon as she uttered the remark, she looked around at her surrounding friends and awkwardly said, "I should leave now," after which someone off the camera said, "OK, you're cut off." Talk about awkward.
When the internet caught wind of this contentious comment, it erupted in a multitude of tweets criticizing how insensitive it was. Read on to see a few candid reactions to the controversy.
Good morning! Barack Obama will always have more Grammys than Katy Perry. Have a great day!
- Rob Summerville (@robsummer) April 30, 2017
Katy Perry really fucking tried it with that white ass joke. What does Barack Obama have to do with your dry ass white hair?

It Took Gwyneth Paltrow Less Than 1 Second to Name Her Favorite Designer Bag
When we spoke to Gwyneth Paltrow on the red carpet in NYC, the only accessory she had on was her Frederique Constant smartwatch. Fitting, since the actress and businesswoman was promoting her new collaboration with the brand. "It's the first time I'm wearing it!" she said excitedly, showing off her sleek timepiece. Gwyneth told us she'd use it to jazz up any LBD, describing its special details: "I think this is a black face with some diamonds on it, so that's a nice evening look."
Though she's a natural when it comes to mastering outfits at fancy events, we had to ask about her laid-back yet sophisticated street style - and that's when another major accessory came into play: her handbags."I tend to have Céline bags a lot. I carry them a lot," she said quickly. After a little digging, we discovered that Gwyneth's go-to design is a cobalt-blue luggage tote, but she's got some neutral options too. Read on to see shots of Gwyneth with her Céline, which just might convince you to invest in one (or a similar silhouette).

Yes, the Baby Is Gripping an IUD in This "Mirena Fail" Birth Announcement
Upon giving birth to a nine-pound baby on April 27, a new mom was surprised to find her chosen birth control method hiding among her placenta. In a hysterical birth announcement that has since gone viral, she shared a staged shot of her newborn gripping her IUD. She captioned the photo, "Mirena fail!"
Although intrauterine devices - or IUDs, as they're commonly called - are 99 percent effective at preventing pregnancies, Lucy seems to have been a part of that rare 1 percent group. As she noted in one of her hashtags, "The Force was strong with this one."
Lucy's post has since received thousands of shares on Facebook. In a comment, Lucy clarified that her obstetrician was aware of the IUD and had planned on searching for it soon after she gave birth. Thankfully, the obstetrician was able to find it and ultimately contribute to this incredible shot.
