Here's Exactly What Led to Cassie's Huge Decision on The Bachelor
It's hard to believe, but Colton's fence jump wasn't the most surprising part of Monday's The Bachelor episode. Not only did Colton reveal that Cassie was his top choice among the three remaining contestants, but she also ended up leaving the show entirely.
If that seems like a big leap from where things were at hometowns last week, well, it is. In last week's episode, Colton expressed disappointment that Cassie didn't tell him she was falling in love with him. He was clear that he was falling for her, but it seemed like she just wasn't there yet. That hesitance followed her to Portugal this week, and it ended up being the reason Cassie decided to go home.
To make things even more confusing, Cassie's dad showed up in Portugal this week, too. After stopping short of giving Colton his blessing to marry Cassie during their hometown date, he apparently didn't get to say everything he wanted to during his conversation with his daughter. He explained to Cassie that it would have been one thing if she'd seemed over the moon for Colton. But evidently, the Randolphs picked up on the doubts that Cassie's been feeling about The Bachelor's timeline.
Cassie was honest about her feelings with Colton, telling him she wished that she had more time and that she didn't know if she'd be ready for an engagement at the end of the show's filming. Colton has said numerous times that he wants to get engaged on The Bachelor - but all of that went out the window when he told Cassie he'd still choose her at the end, even without an engagement.
That's right: Colton revealed that his feelings for Cassie were the strongest, way ahead of the finale. He told her that he couldn't stop thinking about her and that he would still fight for her, even if they weren't on the same page at that moment. But when Colton told Cassie he was thinking of her while he was with some of the other contestants, she looked stressed. And it looks like the pressure of the show (and Colton's words) got to her, because she didn't think that staying on The Bachelor was the best decision for where her feelings were in that moment.
Cassie's decision to go home was, evidently, the reason Colton jumped the fence. He laid all his cards on the table, only to be, essentially, stranded. The episode ended with a dramatic "To be continued" message, so fans will have to wait until next week to see how Colton's Bachelor journey ends.
Everything You Should Know About the OTHER Michael Jackson Documentary

HBO's long-awaited documentary Leaving Neverland has been the subject of plenty of buzz and plenty of controversy since it debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in January. During his life, Jackson was famously reclusive, so footage of him outside of major studio interviews was rare. But there was one documentary, aired in 2003, that looked inside Jackson's home, his life, and his habits. Living With Michael Jackson, a documentary special by British journalist Martin Bashir, was the Leaving Neverland of its day: a documentary that noted some of the unsettling aspects of Jackson's reported behavior, to loud and controversial receptions.
Bashir's documentary first aired in the UK before airing on ABC as a 90-minute special in the US. The documentary promised to be an inside look at Jackson's life, which fascinated the public, but it spends a large portion of its runtime digging into more gossipy topics. Most notably, the question of Jackson's physical appearance gets a significant amount of attention; Bashir attempts to dig up new details on Jackson's history of plastic surgery and the long-running question of whether or not he chemically lightened his skin.
For the most part, Bashir tags along with Jackson on a tour of Neverland Ranch, where Jackson shows the journalist different spots around the ranch and even goes on an antique-shopping excursion. The film did, however, include an interview with Gavin Arvizo, who would later be at the center of Jackson's child molestation trial.
At the time, Jackson saturation was high in American media, which eagerly covered his increasingly bizarre behavior, and around 27 million viewers watched the documentary, which aired as a special 20/20 episode. The documentary was permitted by Jackson and his team, who allowed Bashir to interview Jackson and bring a camera team behind the gates of Neverland Ranch. A 2003 article in The Guardian claims that Jackson gave access to Bashir because of the journalist's famous 1995 interview with Princess Diana, which garnered sympathy for the soon-to-be-divorced princess. Instead, Jackson was so furious over Bashir's portrayal of him that he released a statement calling the documentary a "betrayal" and reiterating his assertion that he never harmed a child:
"Martin Bashir persuaded me to trust him that his would be an honest and fair portrayal of my life and told me he was 'the man that turned Diana's life around.' Today I feel more betrayed than perhaps ever before - that someone, who had got to know my children, my staff, and me, whom I let into my heart and told the truth, could then sacrifice the trust I placed in him and produce this terrible and unfair program. Everyone who knows me will know the truth, which is that my children come first in my life and that I would never harm any child."
Jackson also released his own version of the documentary, Take Two: The Footage You Were Never Meant to See, which included additional interviews and footage that Bashir had left on the editing-room floor.

Some of the most controversial aspects of the documentary came when Arvizo was interviewed, sitting next to Jackson. Bashir presses Jackson on his admissions of having sleepovers with young boys.
"Why can't you share your bed? That's the most loving thing to do, to share your bed with someone. You say, 'You can have my bed if you want it. Sleep in it. I'll sleep on the floor. It's yours. I always give the beds to the company," he said. "It's not sexual; we're going to sleep. I tuck them in. . . . It's very charming; it's very sweet. Kids want to be loved, they want to be touched, they want to be held."
Bashir's interviews also included footage of Jackson remembering his own childhood - one dominated, he said, by an abusive father who insisted on perfection and could be cruel.
"He would tear you up [with a belt] if you missed," Jackson said in a discussion of his childhood fame and rehearsing the Jackson 5. He expressed a frustration with his adult fame as well, particularly with the mocking monikers that tabloids concocted to refer to his odd behavior.
"Wacko Jacko - where'd that come from? Some English tabloid. I have a heart, and I have feelings. I feel that when you do that to me. It's not nice. Don't do it. I'm not a 'wacko.'"
Most of all, Living With Michael Jackson revealed the pop star's own fixation on the Peter Pan story as a symbol of eternal youth and wonder, something which Jackson spoke about often.
"Youth, childhood, never growing up, magic, flying, everything that I think children in wonderment and magic is what it's all about. To me, I've never grown out of loving that; it's very special. I totally identity with Peter Pan. I am Peter Pan. I'm Peter Pan in my heart."

Colton Finally Jumped That Freakin' Fence on The Bachelor, So We Can All Die Happy
Well, it finally happened, Bachelor Nation: Colton Underwood jumped that freakin' fence on The Bachelor. As expected, the whole situation was pretty dramatic. Let's dive in (or should I say jump in), shall we?
Spoilers for The Bachelor ahead!
Chris Harrison has been teasing one of "the most dramatic moments in Bachelor history" ever since Colton's season premiered in early January. Thanks to a video preview featuring footage from throughout his time as the reality show's leading man, which was released on the night of season 23's premiere, we've known that at some point near the end of the season, the 27-year-old former NFL player would make a break for it. During the March 4 episode, we got to see it all go down.
Given the high-pressure environment of the show, we can't blame Colton for his heightened emotions (and hypersensitivity) in this episode, which saw him needing to make a big decision about the final three women left in the competition following their hometown dates and his elimination of Caelynn in the previous episode. Things were even more complicated considering the fathers of all of Colton's contestants were openly skeptical of his motives in the last episode, which had Colton feeling confused about front-runner Cassie Randolph. All of this made for one seriously potent combination of drama, confessions of love, and a fence vault that would make any dog at Westminster proud.
After a surprise visit from her father in her hotel room, Cassie felt more confused than ever about her feelings for Colton. Although he tried to help her see more clearly, all her father really did was muddy the waters for Cassie, which we know since she repeats "I don't know" about 6 trillion times over the course of the episode. But by the end of their visit, which was just before she was supposed to go on her overnight date with Colton, she came to a decision, telling the camera, "I have to send myself home tonight."
Meanwhile, Colton was busy telling the camera, "Cassie is the one. . . . My heart is complete when I'm with Cassie." So, uh, yeah - once Cassie arrived at his villa, things got very cringey, very fast.
"He talked to me about how I was feeling, and how big this whole thing is," Cassie explains of her dad's visit, as Colton looks on, shell-shocked. "He told me about my mom and him and their kind of love, and how he never had any kind of doubts about it. She never had any doubts about it, either. I don't know, I just . . . I would hate to see you leave here without what you came here for."
Colton, realizing he was about to lose the woman he's in love with, said, "If it's not with the person who has the most potential, it's not worth it." That swayed Cassie for all of one second, which Colton took as a sign to push on, telling her, "I care for you. I love you. I want it to be you at the end of this." Whoa. Unfortunately Cassie still wasn't feeling it, which she attempted to make clear with a rambling response:
"I want you to have what you want, too, you know? I love you so much. So much. But I couldn't, after today . . . I'm not in love, you know what I mean? I don't know why today I'm not . . . I feel like I'm having doubts about it."
At this point, Colton asks her point blank if she came to the date with the intention of voluntarily leaving the competition. "Mhmm. Not because I don't care about you so much. But because I don't know if I can get there," she says. "I wonder if I would've been sure by now. I don't know. I don't understand."
She then gets up and leaves to go cry a few feet off the villa's porch - side note: did you notice all the fedoras hanging on the wall of the villa?! There were, like, at least 10?! - after saying "I don't know" about a million more times (as well as "I can't" and "I'm so confused"). The pair hug it out, and Cassie tells him she wants him to find someone who is "insanely in love with" him and that she needs to go. Colton responds by saying that he's going to continue fighting for her. And then Cassie zooms off into the night in the usual black SUV, sobbing about her choice.
And what does Colton do? HE JUMPS THAT FENCE, PEOPLE.
Distraught, crying, and not in the mood to talk to the cameras, Colton gets the hell out of there, saying, "I'm f*cking done." It's understandable, given the situation, but now Bachelor Nation is obviously desperate to know more since the episode ends on that cliffhanger.
When Entertainment Tonight asked Colton how long he was gone after jumping the fence back in January, he said, "I was gone for a while. In that moment, and the feelings I was feeling, I left the show. I just needed time to myself."
No matter what ends up happening, Colton's fence jump will go down as one of The Bachelor's most dramatic moments ever. (Yes, Chris Harrison, I'm stealing your line.) See how fans are reacting to it all, ahead.
This 19-Year-Old's Chilling Cover of "One Night Only" Had EVERY American Idol Judge in Awe
World, meet Myra Tran: a 19-year-old Vietnamese singer with a serious set of pipes. During the season 17 premiere of American Idol, the young woman belted out Jennifer Hudson's "One Night Only" in front of judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan, and not one of them could believe their ears. If you blindfolded us, we would easily say this was a clip from the 2006 remake of Dreamgirls, but nope, just a 19-year-old with a palpable dream.
It was no question that Tran was getting a ticket to Hollywood, but the advice the judges gave brought her to tears. "You're up there with the Kelly Clarksons of the world," Bryan said, leaving Tran shaking. Perry added, "You just need to keep singing, because if you keep singing, you're really going to connect with people. I think we can really feel who you are through the music. Music transcends language barriers, and you just showed us that."
Watch her audition above, but be warned: you're guaranteed to get chills.
Leaving Neverland: Alleged Jackson Victim James Safechuck Leads a Quiet Life Now
The controversial documentary Leaving Neverland focuses on the stories of two men - Wade Robson and James Safechuck - who allege that Michael Jackson molested them when they were young boys in his inner circle. One of the men, Robson, has had a higher-profile career in show business, working as a choreographer for big names such as Britney Spears and *NSYNC. But his counterpart, Safechuck, has been almost a complete unknown until this point.
Throughout the documentary, which aired on HBO, Safechuck and Robson recount the abuse they allege they suffered at the hands of Jackson, mostly while they were prepubescent boys. Both initially met Jackson at very young ages: Safechuck was a child actor who landed a coveted commercial alongside the singer, while Robson won an Australian dance contest and won concert tickets and a meet-and-greet with Jackson.
Safechuck did defend Jackson when he was accused of molestation for the first time in 1993 (although he declined to testify at Jackson's 2005 trial). After years of struggling to cope with his past, Safechuck finally decided to come forward with his allegations, joining a previously begun lawsuit of Robson's.

The Jonas Brothers' Partners Are Front and Center For Their "Sucker" Music Video
The Jonas Brothers are officially back! On Thursday, the real-life brothers revealed they are reuniting with the announcement of their new single, "Sucker." In addition to the brand-new track, they also released an accompanying music video at midnight! As the brothers sing about being suckers in love, they can be seen dancing around and singing in a huge mansion. Fittingly, the video also features special cameos from Kevin's, Joe's, and Nick's real-life partners - Danielle Jonas, Sophie Turner, and Priyanka Chopra, respectively - as their love interests.
The group first sparked reunion rumors last year when they suddenly reactivated their social media accounts, but they didn't officially confirm the news until just recently. In addition to their new single, the band is also set to make a week-long appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden. They're even participating in their very own "Carpool Karaoke" session. Cue the nostalgia!

The Bachelor: Here Are the Women Who Colton Has Eliminated So Far
Are you ready for a whole lot of Colton? Because the 23rd season of The Bachelor is reaching its last few episodes, and the former NFL player has already taken some serious steps toward finding true love. The man of the hour, who was dumped by Becca Kufrin on the last season of The Bachelorette and also linked up with on-again, off-again flame Tia Booth on Bachelor in Paradise, is searching for his soulmate, and he certainly has some interesting women trying to woo him.
But sadly - for the ladies, anyway - not everyone has made it through with a rose. In fact, most of the contestants have already been sent packing, and a few decided to leave of their own accord. (Actually, a LOT of them did that.) Now, only two contestants remain. Check out the status of all the women on the show ahead, and keep checking back each week to see who is still in the running for Colton's heart!
Now That Cassie Is No Longer Starring on The Bachelor, Here's What Keeps Her Busy
Warning: spoilers for the most recent episode of The Bachelor below!
The Bachelor's March 4 episode was not only an emotional roller coaster, but it also essentially narrowed down leading man Colton Underwood's final choice: Cassie Randolph. He repeatedly told Cassie - who's been a front runner for quite some time now - that he's all in, saying, "I care for you, I love you, I want it to be you at the end of this."
If you've seen the episode, you know that Cassie chooses to leave the show anyway, making us wonder if Colton will continue to fight for her, or choose another contestant. But regardless of who Colton ends up with, what will Cassie be up to offscreen? (Assuming she turns down all those Fit Tea and waist trainer sponsorships that are likely pouring in as we speak, of course.)
Seeing as she's just 23-years-old, the Young Once star (yep, she was on ANOTHER reality show) is in the process of kicking off her career as a speech pathologist. Cassie is a California girl, having grown up on the Golden Coast. She still resides in the state, having put down roots in Huntington Beach, where she's an avid surfer. But when she's not in the water, she's in school completing her graduate degree so she can become a licensed speech pathologist.
If you find it odd that someone would be competing to find a forever partner at such a young age, also keep in mind that Colton is one of the youngest Bachelors in the show's history (he's now 27). Although his future with Cassie is still very much up in the air, Colton was clearly smitten with her from the very beginning.
It will be interesting to see where Cassie ends up now that she's decided to ride away from the show in the usual black SUV - will she stay in grad school or end up on Bachelor in Paradise? Or will she have a change of heart and return to Colton? We have a feeling we'll be getting an update soon.
The Act Trailer: The Chilling True-Crime Story of Gypsy and Dee Dee Blanchard Comes to Hulu
The stranger-than-fiction true crime story of mother-daughter pair Dee Dee Blanchard and Gypsy Blanchard is coming to the small screen courtesy of Hulu, and the first trailer, above, is downright chilling.
In The Act, which is being billed as "a seasonal anthology series that tells startling true crime stories," we meet the onscreen version of Dee Dee (Escape at Dannemora's Patricia Arquette), who initially appears to be a dedicated mother caring for her extremely ill daughter, Gypsy Rose (The Kissing Booth's Joey King). Over time the truth about their troubled bond is revealed, as people begin to wonder if Gypsy is indeed as sick as her mom says, or if it's a devastating case of Munchausen syndrome by proxy. Eventually - as we see in the trailer when a seemingly healthy Gypsy is asked in the courtroom if she killed her mom - their relationship ends in murder.
The Blanchard case was most recently explored in HBO's 2017 documentary Mommy Dead and Dearest, as well as Michelle Dean's investigative piece about the ordeal for BuzzFeed News (Dean is serving as coshowrunner alongside Channel Zero's Nick Antosca). AnnaSophia Robb and Chloë Sevigny also costar in the series, which is set to premiere on March 20.

Cardi B's Ultrasharp Cat Eye For Her "Please Me" Music Video Was Created With This Eyeliner
Name a music video that is sexier than Cardi B and Bruno Mars's "Please Me." We'll wait.
"I wanted to feed off of that," said makeup artist Erika La' Pearl, who quickly recognized how sultry the video would be. To create Cardi's hot-pink eye-makeup look, she whipped out tools from her arsenal from one beauty brand: Pat McGrath Labs. Across Cardi's lids, La' Pearl blended shades Gold Nectar and Euphoria from Mothership III La Vie En Rose Subversive Palette ($55) onto the inner corners, before sweeping a mix of Rose Risqué (from the same palette) and Night Creature (from the Mothership III Eyeshadow Palette ($125)) across the rest of the lid. She finished the look with a stark black winged liner created with the fine-tipped Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner ($28).
Ahead, see Cardi dial up the heat with her graphic eye look in "Please Me."
The Key to Losing Weight Isn't Diet or How Much Time You Spend in the Gym, It's NEAT
While losing weight is more about nutrition than exercise (anyone ever tell you "you can't out-exercise a bad diet?"), activity definitely plays a role in burning fat and changing your body composition. But when most people think about activity for weight loss, they assume they need to spend hours in the gym or sign up for the most intense cycling class. In reality, there's other activity that can help you lose weight - and it's so easy to do.
Eric Bowling, a NASM-certified personal trainer at Ultimate Performance who helps clients lose weight, emphasizes the need to incorporate nonexercise activity thermogenesis, or NEAT, into any weight-loss program. "NEAT is a huge part of the weight-loss puzzle that many people overlook," he told POPSUGAR. "Your hour in the gym will only contribute so much to your daily energy expenditure; it's what you do in the other 23 hours of your day that have a much bigger impact on your overall energy expenditure."
If you're trying to lose weight and still aren't seeing the scale budge, you could be missing NEAT. Eric breaks down what exactly NEAT is, how it can help you lose weight, and how it incorporate it into your daily life.
What Is Nonexercise Activity Thermogenesis?
Nonexercise activity thermogenesis is a fancy term that sounds intense, but the principle behind it is simple: NEAT refers to any activity that you do throughout the day outside of formal exercise and sleeping. "NEAT includes any daily activity outside of the gym, from walking the dog or carrying the groceries home, to gardening or playing with your children," Eric explained.
For people who live mostly sedentary lives where you drive to work, sit at a desk for eight or so hours a day, drive home, then spend the evening on the couch watching TV, your energy expenditure is bound to be pretty low, which can lead to weight gain. "The difference in energy expenditure between someone who is active all day and someone who is sedentary can run into hundreds and hundreds of calories," Eric said. "Some estimates put the variation as high as 2,000 calories."
However, if you make the effort to walk to work or park your car further away, walk your dog when you get home, busy yourself with chores, or play with your kids, you are much more likely to have a higher energy expenditure, and therefore a higher calorie burn.
How Can NEAT Help You Lose Weight?
Losing weight tends to be overcomplicated with discussions about metabolism, food, fitness, and other lifestyle factors. And while they all play a role in whether or not you lose weight, in reality it's simple: an energy balance. To lose weight, you must expend more energy than you take in. Another way of looking at it is burning more calories than you take in.
"You can put yourself into a negative energy balance by either reducing the amount of calories you are consuming or increasing your activity levels, or a combination of both," Eric explained. "Boosting your daily activity levels with NEAT can play a huge role in helping you lose weight and maintain your weight loss."
Although how your body expends energy depends on a variety of factors, including height, weight, and sex, and the kind of activity you do (standing will burn more calories than sitting, and walking for three miles per hour will burn more calories than just standing). "The difference in energy expenditure between someone who is active all day and someone who is sedentary can run into hundreds and hundreds of calories," Eric said. "One of the many benefits of NEAT is that you will be less reliant on calorie restriction to lose weight."
How Much NEAT Should You Aim For in a Day?
One of the easiest ways to increase your NEAT throughout the day is getting in more steps. Track with a pedometer, FitBit, Apple Watch, or a free app on your smartphone. Eric said to aim for 10,000 to 12,000 steps a day for weight loss. If you're just starting out, aim for 6,000 steps a day and work your way up to more.
Eric said if you work in an active occupation such as personal training, construction, or hospitality, you are probably getting enough NEAT during your workday. But for everyone else, getting in extra steps could be a matter of parking your car further away from your destination or getting off a couple stops before your public transit stop. You can also start your day with a quick bodyweight circuit or go for a walk after dinner. Other activities, such as raking leaves, vacuuming, playing tag with your kids, or going bowling, all count.
Other Benefits of NEAT
Sure, upping your NEAT can help you lose weight, but there are other health benefits. If you're sore from weightlifting or a standard gym session, walking will help increase blood flow to sore muscles and relieve discomfort, Eric explained. Plus, getting out and walking can help relieve stress and clear your head, especially during particularly hectic days. Save your favorite podcast or phone calls to a friend for your longer walks to make them more enjoyable.
Getting in extra steps is the easiest way to up your NEAT, but think about how to be active in other areas of your life: use a standing desk, meet friends for a hike, play table tennis, or try some DIY projects. Every little bit counts!

Our Editors Agree: Your Next Pair of Jeans Should Be From This Brand
As a surprise to probably nobody, jeans are a very hot topic here at POPSUGAR HQ. Throw out a denim brand in a team meeting, and you're bound to derail the agenda for at least 10 minutes. This happened recently in a room full of fashion editors, and there was one brand in particular that ruled the conversation: Agolde. The Los Angeles-based premium denim label is all about taking a contemporary approach to vintage styles - and that's exactly why we love it. From a perfectly faded wash to a retro-inspired kick-flare silhouette, the styles ahead have reached cult-level status among our editors, and after reading their testimonials, you'll see why.
Kim Kardashian's Sexy Canadian Tuxedo Is Bound to Remind You of THAT Britney Spears Dress
Remember the iconic denim dress Britney Spears wore to the 2001 American Music Awards? Ya know, the strapless patchwork masterpiece she styled with a silver chain belt and matching denim purse alongside a denim-clad Justin Timberlake? Well, Kim Kardashian basically just resurrected it - with a sexy, 2019-approved twist, of course. The 38-year-old star took a break from the revealing Mugler dresses she's been spotted in lately to slip into a more casual ensemble for a night out with her family and friends.
While celebrating pal Jonathan Cheban's birthday in Malibu, Kim showed off her curves in a denim-on-denim outfit. She wore a rather, erm, unique one-shoulder crop top that appeared to be made of pieced-together denim scraps. Meanwhile, her form-fitting Yeezy jeans featured a deconstructed waistline. Kim finished the look with a pair of cream Yeezy sandals. Kanye West, unfortunately, wasn't wearing a light-wash denim blazer and patchwork cowboy hat à la Justin Timberlake, but he did give his wife a smooch in front of the cameras in his camo jacket.

I Bought This $14 Bra on Amazon, and I'm Never Wearing Anything Else Again
I have a bust on the smaller side, and I don't need much support. I often find underwire bras are too uncomfortable and thin camis just aren't enough. I saw this Hanes Convertible Wire Free Bra ($14) bubbling up on Amazon recently and became curious. It had over 1,800 reviews and a 4.5-star rating, so I gave it a try.
This bra looks small and thin but it offers me so much support. The smooth straps are adjustable and don't cut into my skin, and the material is so silky-soft, I feel like I'm wearing nothing. Now I'm officially throwing out all my other ones and buying this in every color. The beige one is perfect to pair with all my light-colored tops, but it comes in four other cute colors, including pink. At this price, you can buy them all!

47 Things That Define True Love
Along with the new wrinkle on my forehead and the increasing severity of hangovers, getting older has also brought me something a lot more welcome - it's brought me a little bit of wisdom. With each passing year, we understand more about ourselves and our relationships. My significant other and I have been together for over five years, and I've had some of the best experiences of my life with him. We've also had some pretty difficult ones. While I'm not sure there's one true secret to making things work, I do know that it's possible if you're both really in it together.
We've changed over the years and so has the nature of our love. We've experienced the excitement of falling hard for each other, we've challenged our resilience with a move across the country with each other (and a very grumpy cat), and we've started over in a new city with no money and few friends. We've celebrated births of family members together and mourned the loss of them, too. We've experienced the novelty of the honeymoon phase wearing off and a deeper, more peaceful kind of love settling in. Falling in love is easy; staying in love is something you have to work at daily. Over the years I've seen little signs (often at the time not realizing what they were) that helped me decipher what true love really is and what that means. Here's what I've learned.

SNL Brought Bill Hader and Ben Stiller Together to Re-Create the Michael Cohen Hearing
Please welcome Bill Hader back to Saturday Night Live! The comedian rejoined the SNL cast and actor Ben Stiller at Studio 8H on March 2 for a timely cold open following Michael Cohen's congressional hearing. Kenan Thompson directed the events as representative Elijah Cummings, while Stiller revived his fan-favorite parody of Cohen, President Trump's former lawyer and fixer.
Stiller's Cohen started off his remarks by delivering a prepared statement, which of course, included a reference to the ongoing Kardashian drama. He then faced a number of congresspeople for questioning, but no one really matched the ire Bill Hader brought to Ohio congressman Jim Jordan. "I'm so angry I couldn't even wear a jacket today!" he shouted. But don't worry, you'll giggle through all the yelling - just watch the full skit above.

Starbucks Just Opened a 4-Story Location in Tokyo - BRB, Catching a Flight to Japan
Coffee aficionados, you'll want to book tickets to Japan soon because Starbucks is opening a Reserve Roastery in Tokyo, and it's HUGE - I'm talking Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with extra whip huge. On Feb. 28, the new installment of Starbucks's upscale Roastery concept will open its doors in the vibrant neighborhood of Nakameguro, exclusively offering 60 new coffee and tea drinks.
On the first floor, customers can experience Japan's first Princi Italian Bakery, which serves freshly baked breads and pizzas daily. If you travel up to the second floor, you can have a drink at the world's largest (28 feet!) Teavana Bar. Or, you can head up to the third floor to grab a tea-inspired drink at Arriviamo, the first cocktail bar at a Starbucks in Japan.
As the only Starbucks Roastery to be built from the ground up, the building was architecturally designed to encompass traditional Japanese style, taking inspiration from Japan's famous cherry blossom trees lining the Meguro River, the press release stated. The space also features a 55-foot-tall blush copper cask adorned with copper cherry blossoms, and the open floor plan is meant to immerse customers in the art of coffee-making. From the origami-inspired ceiling tiles to the glass walls and terraced floors, it's an aesthetically pleasing dream.
Another key feature of this enchanting Starbucks location is the AMU (meaning "to knit together" in Japanese) lounge on the fourth floor - an area for people to gather and discuss important topics. To demonstrate that, the Starbucks Tokyo location will host a discussion event in April to celebrate the role of women leaders in Japan. "We will offer the Tokyo Roastery as a gathering space to spark new ideas and create an impact," said Starbucks Japan CEO Takafumi Minaguchi.

Forget Crash Diets: These Are the Habits That Will Help You Shed Those Pounds For Good
If you've ever dropped unwanted pounds only to put them back on within months, you may be understandably discouraged by this whole weight-loss thing. But losing weight and keeping it off is actually relatively simple, if you focus your efforts on developing healthy habits you can sustain long after you've become satisfied with the number on the scale. These changes to your diet and exercise routine - and even your mindset - can put you on the right path, according to experts.
- Set realistic goals. Piling on too much too soon - because you want results now - is a sure-fire way to derail your weight-loss goals and knock down your confidence. "The most common mistake I see is people trying to make too many unsustainable changes all at once, and it's less than ideal to go on a diet that severely restricts calories at the same time you start a high-intensity workout routine," Timothy Lyman, an ACE-certified personal trainer and director of training programs at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh, told POPSUGAR. "These results aren't sustainable if you haven't created the right habits and behavioral patterns to start with."
- Snack smart. Many dieters try not to snack between meals, but this means you have significant gaps where you're without fuel, Christy Brissette, MS, RD, founder of 80 Twenty Nutrition in Chicago, told POPSUGAR. "I always tell my clients that hunger is the enemy of weight loss," she said. "It's essential that you never let yourself get too hungry, which means eating something every three to four hours or so." Christy suggested reaching for a snack that's 200 calories or less and contains fiber, protein, and fat to help you feel satisfied and keep cravings at bay. A good example: 1/4 cup raw or roasted almonds.
- Eat protein throughout the day. Protein helps keep you full and bolsters your metabolism by helping to maintain muscle mass, even as you lose weight, Christy explained. "At every meal and snack, include a protein-rich food," she said. "My favorite options are a palm-sized amount of chicken breast, ground turkey, or fish - or 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, beans, or lentils, or two eggs."
- Choose quality carbs. "You don't need to say goodbye to carbs in order to lose weight," Christy said. "You can keep your mood and energy levels up and power through your workouts with slow-release carbs that are lower on the glycemic index, such as sweet potatoes, squash, quinoa, millet, oats, barley, beans and lentils, 100 percent whole-grain bread, berries, and apples." You can have carbs at every meal, but aim for a portion about the size of your fist.
- Load up on vegetables. They should take up half your plate at each meal. "Additionally, if you're still hungry, you can't go wrong with eating more nonstarchy vegetables, as the high water and fiber content in vegetables adds volume to your stomach, helping you feel full," Christy said.
- Find a workout you actually enjoy, then do it. "The best exercise for weight loss is whatever exercise you are going to stick with," Timothy said. "Consistency is imperative and an important part of resetting your metabolic rate, which allows you to burn more calories even when you're not working out." It might take some trial and error, but whether it's running, cycling, HIIT, or Zumba, you're bound to find a workout that you'll actually look forward to doing.
- Don't beat yourself up. While you don't want to make it a habit, missing the occasional workout won't halt your progress or cause you to put weight back on. "Just because you slept through your alarm and missed the gym on Monday doesn't mean your week is ruined," Timothy said. "Focus on being better today than you were yesterday and better tomorrow than you are today. You aren't always going to be perfect, and that's OK."

These Costco Muffins' First Ingredient Is Zucchini, but They Taste Like Chocolate
Even though we know how important vegetables are for a balanced diet and weight loss, they aren't usually the easiest food to eat more of. I mean, carrot sticks are great, but if it's a choice between that and chocolate, we all know who's going to win. That's why sneaking veggies into other foods is such a great way to up your intake, and why we're intrigued by Garden Lites's stock of healthy frozen vegetable muffins.
What makes them stand out? Each flavor lists a vegetable, either zucchini or carrots, as its main ingredient. But the flavors are all your favorite muffin classics, from double chocolate to banana chocolate chip and blueberry oat. They have their fair share of sugar, with five to 11 grams per muffin, but that's still less than most other brands of prepared muffins; according to the USDA, a comparably sized blueberry muffin can have up to 21 grams. Garden Lites's version is also substantially lower in calories, with 110 for the double chocolate flavor, compared to 248 in other brands. They're also free of soy, peanuts and tree nuts, and gluten.
You can bake your own vegetable-packed muffins, of course, but this frozen option is also pretty freaking convenient. The brand recommends simply pulling your muffin out of the freezer and microwaving it for 35 seconds to defrost and get it piping hot before eating. And speaking of convenience, Garden Lites are available at Costco, Target, Amazon, and on their website ($32 for a pack of 24 muffins), where you can also check out full nutrition info. Scroll on to see photos and more flavor options for these healthy vegetable muffins.
