Robert Pattinson has dusted off his vampiric glitter and signed on to play Bruce Wayne in the upcoming superhero film The Batman, and on Thursday, we were gifted with a chilling first look by filmmaker Matt Reeves. This minute-long camera test already has me shaking with anticipation. I was practically holding my breath as the camera panned over the emblem on his costume.

Pattinson will star alongside Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, and Paul Dano as The Riddler. There's no telling who else might join the cast before the expected 2021 release date, but this clip already has us excited to see more. See the full camera test here.

It's Here! Billie Eilish Debuts the New James Bond Theme Song, "No Time to Die"

Forget being the "bad guy," Billie Eilish is taking her turn at being a Bond girl! Well, kind of. The Grammy winner dropped the theme song to the upcoming James Bond installment, No Time To Die, on Thursday.

On Jan. 14, the official Twitter account for the film made the announcement, revealing that Eilish and her frequent collaborator, older brother Finneas O'Connell, wrote the song together. Not only is this an exciting way to kick off the new year, but it also makes Eilish the youngest artist in history to write and record a James Bond theme song!

No Time to Die doesn't hit theaters until April, but Eilish will be performing the theme song at the Brit Awards on Feb 18. Eilish previously shared her excitement for the project in a statement to Variety, saying, "It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way. To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honor. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I'm still in shock."

O'Connell added, "Writing the theme song for a Bond film is something we've been dreaming about doing our entire lives. There is no more iconic pairing of music and cinema than the likes of Goldfinger and Live And Let Die. We feel so so lucky to play a small role in such a legendary franchise, long live 007." Listen to the track above now.

From Frohawks to Braided Buns, Let These Natural-Hair Updos Inspire Your Next Hairstyle

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the beauty of natural hair lies in its versatility and the fact that a lot of naturals can achieve just about any style they desire. For example, I love a big hair moment just as much as the next person, but there are still times - i.e. when the temperature rises or when we're just looking to protect our ends without committing to a braided protective style for a few weeks - when you can't go wrong with throwing your hair into an updo.

Natural updos are an easy styling solution for people who want to keep their hair out of their face and tuck their ends away for a few days. They're also just a really easy way to switch things up when your twist-outs or braid-outs get a little old and you're lacking the time to set aside for another wash day to put some more life into your curls. Some updo styles are pretty simple, while others are a tad more complex, but all of them are gorgeous. Whatever the reason, check out some inspiration photos of a few cute natural updos we're dying to try out ahead.

After Years of Doing Only One Type of Exercise, Mixing Things Up Transformed My Body

Throughout the course of my fitness journey, I've been through a lot of phases. I was never particularly athletic and didn't play any sports in high school, so at 16, I signed up for my first gym membership to stay active. At the time, I was under the impression that lifting weights would make me bulky (thank god this myth has since been debunked), thus I was convinced running was the perfect workout.

So I ran. Throughout my last two years of high school and well into college, I would spend hours at a time on the treadmill - running, walking briskly at a steep incline, and successfully working up a sweat. But despite aggressively running three to five times a week, I still wasn't in great shape. I subsisted on a stereotypical college student diet of fast food and wine coolers, and I was slowly gaining weight. By my senior year, running had taken a toll on my body and caused me to develop painful shin splints and weak knees. I didn't have a choice but to severely cut back on the amount of time spent pounding the pavement (or the treadmill, in my case).

This was around 2010, right when the Zumba craze was in full swing. Since I couldn't run, I decided to dance (and, let me just say, not well). It was fun, but I still wasn't seeing major improvements in my fitness level. I wasn't getting stronger. When I moved to Los Angeles at 24, I then became obsessed with hiking. I would climb to find a commanding view of the city almost every morning, and I remember thinking, Who needs a gym membership when you have the outdoors?

It wasn't until I combined these workouts into my weekly routine that I finally realized my fitness ambitions.

A few years later saw the rise of the women's lifting movement. The internet was teeming with stories from personal trainers, celebrities, and fitness influencers, all claiming that strength training had completely transformed their bodies, without adding bulk. And thus began my obsession with lifting weights. I took classes and, for the first time in my life, walked right past the treadmill to make my way to the weight bench. I was finally getting stronger, but I found the delayed onset soreness debilitating at times, and it prevented me from working out more than once or twice a week.

Oh, and let me not forget my brief yoga-only period, when I believed a hot Vinyasa flow was the only exercise I needed to get in the best shape of my life, especially since it didn't make my muscles burn.

Well, at 31, I can happily say that I have finally cracked the code to what works for my body, and not because I have found the king of all exercises. When examining the ghosts of my fitness past, I realized that each phase had its advantages. Hiking improved my endurance, lifting made me stronger, and yoga did wonders for my balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. It wasn't until I combined all of them into my weekly routine that I finally realized my fitness ambitions.

After a strenuous day on the weight bench, a slow flow yoga class feels like medicine for my sore muscles. When the weather is beautiful, I skip the gym and hike the side of a mountain instead. Paying homage to my Zumba days, I still take the occasional exercise class for fun, like kickboxing or burlesque. I even started running again - just a little less aggressively this time.

New Trader Joe's Risoni Rice Alternative Has More Than 3 Times the Protein of Brown Rice

You know how I love new Trader Joe's products! While pushing my cart through the aisles, when considering the shelves next to the grains and beans, my eyes locked on this new gem - Trader Joe's Organic Chickpea and Red Lentil Risoni. It's a rice alternative made with organic chickpea flour and organic red lentil flour, and perfect for people avoiding grains. I loved the dual colors - it looked more fun than plain rice.

As for the nutrition information, a quarter-cup serving is 170 calories, 27 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber, and an amazing 10 grams of protein per serving! For comparison, a quarter-cup serving of organic short-grain brown rice has 150 calories, 35 grams of carbs, and 3 grams each of fiber and protein.

Although this Risoni is slightly higher in calories, it's lower in carbs and offers over three times the amount of protein! A serving of Risoni also offers 15 percent of your daily iron and 10 percent of your daily potassium.

Risoni reminded me of Right Rice, but this only contains two ingredients - organic chickpea flour and organic red lentil flour - while Right Rice is also made with rice flour, pea flour, and salt.

If you're gluten-free, grain-free, and love plant-based products, head to Trader Joe's and grab a box. It's just $3 and would be great served with curry, stir fry, beans, or in a soup.

Prices and products may vary by Trader Joe's location.

Alex Morgan, 7 Months Pregnant, Hypes Up the USWNT on Twitter Like the Supportive Queen She Is

Alex Morgan is currently seven months pregnant and taking time off from the US Women's National Soccer Team, but of course that's not stopping her from being the most supportive teammate around.

The team recently competed in - and won - the Concacaf Olympic Qualifying tournament, securing their spot at the 2020 Summer Olympics and locking down a first-place trophy in the process. Alex, who helped lead the US to their 2019 World Cup victory, took to Twitter to hype up the team and live-tweet highlights of their five dominant victories. She even visited the team in person when the tournament brought them to LA, and teammate-slash-BFF Kelley O'Hara was extremely pumped about it.

Check out Alex's favorite moments from the qualifying tournament ahead, including poking fun at Kelley's swing-and-a-miss attempt at a cross and suggesting a nickname change for midfielder Lindsey Horan. Wondering whether Alex herself will be returning for the Olympics? That's her current plan, and she's getting in some training sessions to stay fresh. If anyone can do it, it's Alex Morgan.

The 7 Best Sex Positions For a Female Orgasm

There are certain positions every woman has in her arsenal that are guaranteed to make her orgasm. Knowing what works for you is a sure-fire way to make sure you reach your peak. After all, orgasms are no easy feat.

Only 25 percent of women orgasm during intercourse (penetration) alone. In many cases, this has a lot to do (read: almost everything to do) with the clitoris. A lot of women need to have clitoral stimulation to get off. Unfortunately, many sex positions just do not deliver. Luckily, there are some wonderful positions that are sexy as hell and also prioritize female pleasure. Here are seven of our favorite sex positions for female orgasm that combine penetration with a penis or toy and clitoral stimulation.

1. Sit to Stand

How to do it: Fold the top half of your body over the bed, on your back. Have your partner stand behind you and enter you from behind. You can keep your legs on the floor or wrap them around your partner's waist.

Why we love it: "I truly despise any position that requires work, so 'sit to stand' is my go-to. My boyfriend loves it because he doesn't have to work that hard since he's standing and thrusting. I like bringing a vibe into it," says Julie, 25.

2. Doggy style

How to do it: Get on all fours. Have your partner enter you from behind. You can bring a finger vibe to use with one hand for extra stimulation.

Why we love it: "Doggy style allows for you or your partner to reach around and stimulate your clitoris," says Polly Rodriguez, sex expert and CEO of Unbound.

"Doggy style remains my fave for lots of reasons - there's something super animalistic about it (I mean, obviously; hence, the name) that just makes me feel dirty in a good way when I'm doing it in this position, and I love that the position lets either my partner or me (or whatever new toy I'm trying out) add some clit stimulation into the mix," says writer Danielle Page, 29.

3. Lotus

How to do it: Have your partner sit up on the bed. Lower yourself on top so that you are facing each other. This intimate position lets you rock back and forth for optimal clitoral stimulation.

Why we love it: "I love how intimate Lotus feels. I can kiss my partner and get a lot of grind action against my clit. It's the best, " Brianna, 31, tells us.

4. Lifted Missionary

How to do it: Lie on your back with your legs open and put two pillows under your butt. The extra lift will make entering you easier for your partner and gives you much-needed G-spot and clitoral stimulation.

Why we love it: "I love missionary because I love feeling a man on top of me, " Erin*, 27, tells us.

"When I put a few pillows under my butt, I'm able to align my pubic bone with my partner's pelvis, " says Grace*, 31. "This is called coital alignment technique, and it makes for easier orgasm."

5. Cowgirl

How to do it: Climb on top of your partner like a cowgirl. Mix up your moves between grinding and larger thrusts. You can utilize a finger vibrator over extra clitoral stimulation. This can help make orgasm easier.

Why we love it: "[When] you [are] on top, you have more control over clitoral contact and touching yourself," Rodriguez tells us.

"I like straddling him on the couch while he's almost kind of slouching and I can spread my legs wide enough to grind my clit on his pelvis," says Candice, 23.

6. Flat Doggy

How to do it: Lie on your stomach, legs closed, and have your partner enter you from behind. This take on the classic doggy-style position makes orgasm easier by allowing for G-spot stimulation. It also takes pressure off you, as you get to lie down on your stomach and relax.

Why we love it: "Me and my boyfriend are currently loving doggy style, but really low to the bed (like my hips at a very obtuse angle) with my legs closed between his. I like it because I like being able to feel his whole body on top of mine, and doggy is great because he can hit the G-spot. Having my legs closed just makes all the sensations better for both of us because it makes me tighter," says Gabby, 22.

7. Open-Legged Spoon

How to do it: Instead of lying on your side like you would a classic spoon, lie on your back and spread your legs. Have your partner lie on their side and enter you from below.

Why we love it: "This position is amazing for lazy people like me. I get to just lie back and use a vibrator on my clit, without having to worry about anything else. I also love how sexy I look from this angle with so little effort," says Maria*, 32. "It's easy for me to come like this because I know I look great, which makes me feel confident. I know he loves it too, because he gets to just lie there and thrust."

Drugstore Skincare Items That Have the Ridiculously Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid

I've always struggled with hormonal cystic acne and superoily skin, which usually left me with severe dry patches. I could never find a moisturizer that felt right on my face. What I didn't realize until doing a lot of research was that I needed more moisture. That's when I learned about hyaluronic acid, a chemical known for its hydrating properties.

It acts as a filler for fine lines and wrinkles. It also has the ability to hold 1,000 times its water weight, making it a smart way to lock in moisture and stop producing oil. Using it changed my skin for the better and cleared it up. If you've been interested in trying it out, you don't have to cash out hundreds of dollars. You can find this chemical in so many drugstore brands. Check them out ahead.

Rowan Blanchard Proudly Showed Her Body Hair In a Photo Shoot, and It's So Refreshing

Rowan Blanchard proudly showed off her body hair in a new photo shoot for Cultured Mag. The former Girl Meets World star covers the magazine's March issue, where she's seen in one of the photos wearing lacy lingerie and sporting butterfly tattoos all over her body. In the accompanying story, Blanchard opens up about becoming an activist at a young age, spending last Summer in New York, and finding herself.

"It's felt at times hard to navigate having to be visible during what feels like such formative and private years of my life, and this shoot felt like a wonderful celebration of the autonomy I feel in at least in my body now," Blanchard captioned a photo of the cover on Instagram before thanking the photographer, Alia Penner, and others involved with the shoot. After Emily Ratajkowski posed for a Harper's Bazaar cover with her armpit hair last year, it's refreshing to see another even younger celebrity normalizing body hair on women.

It's No Wonder Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Get Along So Well When You Look at Their Signs

Astrology isn't an exact science, but some believe the placement of the stars can say a lot about one's ability to mesh with a partner. Is this also true for royal couples? Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seem to complement each other, despite the fact that their star signs point to opposing character traits. In fact, it may be this opposition that makes them work so well together.

Meghan, who's birthday falls on Aug. 4, is a Leo. Leos like Meghan are often described as passionate and creative people, who are also generous, warm-hearted, and cheerful. But they do have their quirks.

"While Leos are notably loyal and generous to a fault, their expectations for receiving from others and for praise from the partners and their public are substantial. We can assume that Meghan has set a high bar for Harry in this respect," Jay Austin, astrologist and partner at AustinFischer Astrogenomics, told POPSUGAR.

Harry, on the other hand, is a Virgo with a birthday of Sept. 15. In a nutshell, Virgos are analytical and practical. They like organization and perfection - the best example being how Harry carries out his royal and military duties. And, if you're thinking this sounds like the opposite of a Leo, you would be correct.

"As a Virgo, Harry is more modest and steeped in rules and regulations. (Granted, it took him a while to get there!) On the other hand, Meghan, as a Leo, wants a public platform for herself. Leos crave attention and recognition and love pageantry and putting on a show. Not coincidentally, they love acting and performing," Austin said. This is spot on given Meghan's acting career. And pageantry is definitely one way to describe the couple's elaborate royal wedding.

"Emotionally, Virgos are more reserved and less demonstrative. Leos, on the other hand, love to project themselves emotionally, and expect grand gestures from their partners," he said.

Meghan definitely fits the bill of being more emotional and expressive with her partner. She is often seen holding hands with Harry and isn't afraid to give him a peck on the cheek in public now and again. In contrast, the other members of the royal family aren't really in favor of PDA of any sort. Meghan, obviously, is changing things up.

The media has been known to jump on any action that goes against the norms of royal protocol, driving Meghan to speak out about the effects of the tabloids on her self-esteem and daily life. Her attitude toward it all might associated with her Leo traits.

"Leos, unfortunately, are particularly sensitive to criticism," Austin said. "They don't like anything to puncture the image they've created for themselves."

The way Harry reacted to Meghan's unhappiness, by way of writing a strongly worded letter to the press followed by a formal lawsuit, is also in line with his sign's characteristics of not being afraid to speak out against others, especially if they feel someone has been wronged.

Meghan and Harry are no strangers to the limelight, but it seems that it's not affecting the strong mutual attraction that remains between the two of them. And whether it be greeting royal fans or traveling to far off places for charity work, the two seem to enjoy their time together. Can they learn from each other along the way? Absolutely. A future where Leo Meghan and Virgo Harry continue to create the perfect balance in their give-and-take relationship definitely seem in the stars.

My Dirty Secret of New Motherhood? I Couldn't Bear the Stress of Doing My Own Laundry

Like many new mothers, I was the perfect mother right up until I became a mom in real life. I was an expert in the world of parenting. I read every baby book, prepped frozen meals for myself, and was totally prepared for what was to come.

My baby clearly did not read the same baby books that I did. She did not follow a schedule, only took 45-minute naps, and didn't sleep through the night until she was 3 years old. With no family close by and a husband who practically lives in his office, I was drowning - especially when she was a newborn. There seems to be an unspoken stigma associated with getting extra help in the house - especially for a woman who is on maternity leave and not working outside of the home. Though some people in my life suggested I pay for an extra set of hands, the thought originally brought on feelings of being a mom-failure. I've seen countless friends manage a baby without appearing to have any trouble. I should be able to do the same, right?

Then one morning, I stepped out of the shower and realized that I had no clean underwear to put on for the day. My laundry pile was more like a laundry mountain, and the thought of doing a load was literally too much for me to handle. I stared at my laundry basket and burst into tears. I still feel ashamed admitting to this, but it's the truth - laundry made me cry. I was so blessed with a healthy daughter, a supportive job and husband, and an uneventful pregnancy. Yet, the thought of doing a load of laundry on top of my severe exhaustion, colicky baby, and overall postpartum emotions broke me. It didn't help that I've seen so many women manage basic household chores on their maternity leave like a boss. I felt like I wasn't hacking it as a mom. In my head, I had one healthy baby and my only responsibilities were keeping this new baby alive and maintaining basic personal hygiene standards (clean underwear included). Sow why couldn't I handle something as simple as putting clothes in a machine, pushing a button, and folding them when the timer dinged? The truth is, I was just too overwhelmed and exhausted, and I felt ashamed that I couldn't handle such a simple task. I was a rock-star in my 9-to-5 job, but I thought I was failing momming 101.

While messing around online while my daughter was in the middle of a midnight nursing session, an ad popped up for a local company that would pick up my dirty clothes and do a wash-fold-deliver situation the next day. I took it as a sign (or an indication that Google can hear my thoughts), and without hesitation, I signed up. I swallowed my pride and admitted that I could not handle finishing the simple task of washing and folding underwear right now. As I said it out loud to my husband, I expected him to judge or tease me. Instead, he gave me a one-word answer: "Ok." Starting this service helped me breathe. It was one less thing I had to juggle.

But I felt like I couldn't say that out loud, so I hid it from many friends. I knew some of my friends couldn't afford the extra cost of sending laundry out, and I felt like sharing my laundry secret was throwing my privilege in their faces. Other friends had their acts together so much (they actually brushed their hair before they left the house!) that I was insecure about how they would react to my failures.

Looking back, I wish I outsourced more and didn't care about what other people thought. I also wish that I shared my dirty little secret with my friends, regardless of what they thought. Perhaps sharing that I couldn't do it all would help another friend get extra help without feeling guilty about it. Or maybe a friend was looking at me wondering how I was managing my baby while always having clean clothes to wear. It wasn't fair of me to create and perpetuate the image that I was keeping up with my own laundry to other moms who were in the trenches with me. In retrospect, had I gotten even more help, I would have had more time to do things like wash my hair or enjoy longer cuddle sessions with my daughter. What this experience taught me is that all people care about is that mom and baby are ok. The details of how that happens is just details, and quite frankly, nobody's business.

Marc Jacobs' Runway Had Miley Cyrus, '60s Style, and Diversity We've Been Asking For

I loved everything I saw stroll down the Marc Jacobs Fall 2020 runway - from the genderless underwear sets in tomato red and mustard yellow to the colored tights and monochrome outfits, complete with hair bandanas and peacoats. From Miley Cyrus' brief appearance in a bralette and pants, trailing her printed coat on the floor, to Kaia Gerber's recreation of her signature Marc Jacobs yellow look, which she's been rocking a different version of since the Spring 2018 season. From the gorgeous glitter dresses that flattered all shapes and sizes to Marc's thunderous stomp during the grand finale, which shut off the lights at the Lexington Avenue Armory and dismissed the guests. Marc's stomp was as if to say: "This is the way fashion should be! And that's final!"

But the design influence here was rooted heavily in the '60s. Models walked two-by-two and performers danced through the mock cafe Marc set up as his stage. A lot was happening at once; a lot of different people, colors, and outfits commanded your attention. It was like watching a scene with Elvis and Ann-Margret right out of 1964's Viva Las Vegas; like catching a glimpse of Edie Segwick dancing through Studio 54 - especially given those short shifts and thick headbands.

Although the vibe was fun, there were plenty of sophisticated Jackie Kennedy-esque skirt suits. Gigi Hadid debuted one in white, and one even came in leather, as a brief nod to 2020's biggest trend. There were glamorous red carpet gowns too - Bella Hadid and Karlie Kloss took care of showing those off. These are the pieces you'll end up seeing most frequently in magazine editorials and at movie premieres. (Naturally, Lady Gaga has to wear one of the PVC raincoat gowns soon.)

The full lineup of models banded together in a straight line across the floor at the very end of the show, altogether presenting Marc's current mood, or perhaps I should say his dream: silhouettes straight out of a '60s party scene, but in a new decade, where diversity is as crucial as the Marc Jacobs brand is to closing out New York Fashion Week.
