This Bride Married a Soccer Player in a Dress You Might Actually Own Yourself
On Dec. 22, Argentinian Boca Juniors soccer player Carlos Tevez married his childhood sweetheart Vanesa Mansilla in a civil ceremony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. While the 32-year-old athlete wore a powder blue suit with no tie, the bride shocked everyone in a simple one-shouldered lace white minidress that at first look might seem like something you already have in your closet. But look closer, the floral-printed frock features a supertrendy see-through bell sleeve that adds a special touch.
This is possibly not Vanessa's only wedding dress; rumor has it the couple will be celebrating in a bigger ceremony in Uruguay in the next few days. This is proving to be a busy time for Carlos, who is on contract with Boca Juniors until mid-2018, but said to have a multimillion-dollar offer from Shanghai Shenhua that will make him one of the highest paid soccer players in the world.
