We're Pretty Sure Crop Tops Were Invented Just So Demi Lovato Could Show Off Her Strong Abs
If you follow Demi Lovato on Instagram and Snapchat, you know she's a total beast at the gym. Since Demi's commitment to getting stronger and healthier (not skinnier) kick-started after she spent time battling an eating disorder at 18 years old, it looks like she never misses a day of workouts, often hitting the gym both in the morning and night, lifting weighs, boxing, and using ropes to strengthen. And you know what? It's working out for her. Every time we see her show off the results of her badass routine in crop tops, leotards and bikinis we think "damn, girl, you could kick our asses." Allow Demi to be the inspiration you need to stick to that workout New Year's resolution you have in the books for 2017 with the most badass photos of her strong core.
