Here's Jamie Dornan's 50 Shades, 100 Push-Up Workout
Jamie Dornan might be starring in Fifty Shades, but his on-set life was all about the number 100. Ramona Braganza, the on-set trainer for Fifty Shades Darker, celebrity trainer to Michael Weatherly (star of CBS's "BULL"), and owner of the 3-2-1 Training Method, shared the behind-the-scenes warmup workout she did with Jamie Dornan to get him camera-ready. Spoiler alert - this is a lot more than a "warmup."
Though this warmup was designed for a guy, it totally works for a woman's body, too. Classic jump-roping ups the heart rate while working the legs, and push-ups target the chest, core, back, and arms. You're going to be fifty shades of sore for the next few days.
