5-Minute Bodyweight Arm Workout You Can Do Anywhere, Anytime

Get out the tanks tops and sleeveless dresses because your arms are going to be so strong and toned if you commit to this five-minute workout. Made of of seven basic, effective moves, your arms will be burning by the end, so you know it's working!

The Workout: Set the timer for five minutes and complete these seven moves as quickly as you can with correct form, for as many rounds as you can. Want a bigger burn? Set the timer for eight minutes!

5 push-ups
10 triceps dips
20 elbow side plank leg lifts (10 per side)
10 plank jacks
20 mountain climbers
10 plank with bunny hop (5 per side)
5 burpees
