The event celebrating Comme des Garcons's Rei Kawakubo was meant to be flooded with scarlet gowns galore, since the shade is one the designer loves. Joan Smalls definitely got the memo, wearing a Topshop red dress with a low-cut neckline, a high slit, and side cutouts. Can you say sexy?
