The Internet Is Freaking Out Over This Teen's Prom Dress That She Made the Night Before
Most high schoolers spend months searching for the perfect prom dress, but Shami Oshun is no ordinary teen. The 17-year-old's prom dress is trending like wildfire on the internet, and once you see it, you'll understand why. Armed with just $15, Shami transformed an old dress into the most beautiful number we've ever seen. But here's the amazing part: she started on the creation the night before her prom (yes, you read that right).
The strapless purple gown featured floor-length tulle and had gorgeous purple flowers sewn onto the train. The best part of the story? Halfway through her prom, Shami chopped off the bottom half of her dress (because the flowers were too heavy for the fabric) and debuted a whole new look that was equally as stunning.
