The Billboard Music Awards red carpet is always a mixed bag, and we mean that in the best way. Stars tend to come up big on the sexy factor, but there are those who surprise us in more streamlined outfits, too. Then, of course, there are the performers who take the stage later during the show, and they save the best look for last.
