Don't call the Whole30 police! We know what you're going to say. Desserts on a Whole30 diet are not allowed, even if they're made with Whole-30-approved ingredients. It kind of defeats the purpose of embracing the idea of eating simple, clean, whole foods. Eating baked goods can be a real trigger for people and might prevent them from changing the eating habits they're trying so hard to change!
But going cold turkey and ditching all the yummy foods you used to eat can be unbearable, especially if this is your first time trying Whole30. Sometimes you just need to eat a frickin' brownie or you'll fall off the Whole30 wagon completely! So if indulging every once in a while on these desserts made with Whole-30-approved ingredients keeps you eating Whole30 99 percent of the time, it sounds like a win to us!
