We Have a Huge Style Crush on Yara Shahidi and Don’t Care Who Knows It
A new crop of young, talented stars are taking over Hollywood, and one of them is Yara Shahidi. The 17-year-old actress and teen activist is best known for her role in Black-ish, playing the older daughter of Rainbow Johnson (Tracee Ellis Ross). TV credits aside, Yara has scored fashion covers on Essence and Teen Vogue and was the face of Beyoncé's Ivy Park line, which officially solidified her status as a cool girl.
Yara's journey to stardom, of course, includes attending red carpet events and award shows. This is where she really shines as a fashion chameleon, wearing the likes of Naeem Khan and Off-White. Her youthful and sophisticated fashion sense easily makes her one of our style crushes, and she even has fashion icon Michelle Obama's stamp of approval. Ahead, glance at Yara's carefully crafted looks and you'll end up enchanted with her too.
