What This Officer Did After 1 Mom Confessed to Shoplifting For Her Family Is Going Viral
When Sheena Davenport found herself "struggling like no other," the mom-of-one made a desperate decision for her family: she stole food from Walmart.
It's been a year since this unfortunate incident and Sheena has since been to court for her shoplifting charge. However after finishing paperwork this week, the Alabama mom was stopped before she could leave the courtroom. "I had an officer stop and tell me to wait for her outside. I proceeded outside for her to tell me to follow her," Sheena shared on Facebook. "We ended up at Winn-Dixie grocery store."

The officer told Sheena to grab and cart because she wanted to take her shopping. Once she had a week's worth of food for her family, officer Katrina paid the $139 bill. "I told her she didn't have to do it she started telling me her struggle and how she made it through," she wrote. "This world may be jacked up y'all but there are still people out there who make a difference and when my time comes, I will pay it forward."
