Why July Is a Great Month to Be a Fan of Oreos and Baskin-Robbins
Did you know July is National Ice Cream Month? It goes without saying that Baskin-Robbins is participating, and Oreo fans will want to listen very closely. On July 14 between noon and 5 p.m., participating locations will dole out free samples of its new Mint Chocolate Chip Polar Pizza (double fudge brownie crust, mint chocolate chip ice cream, Oreo cookie pieces, fudge, and marshmallow topping). We had the opportunity to try Polar Pizzas, and it's basically like eating ice cream on top of a cookie dough crust. You will not be disappointed.
If that's not enough Oreo for you, July's new Flavor of the Month is All About Oreo (a chocolate malt ice cream with an Oreo frosting ribbon and three different kinds of Oreo pieces: fudge-covered, peanut butter, and classic). But wait - there's more! Baskin-Robbins will end the month on a sweet note. On July 31, the "Celebrate 31" promotion will offer all regular and kids-size scoops for $1.50. What a perfect opportunity to try all 31 flavors.
