Is Demi Lovato's Instagram account the sexiest it's ever been? This year, the "Confident" singer has been filling our feed with photos of her in a swimsuit, and we're "sorry not sorry" about it. Not only does she look absolutely stunning, but her snaps are also incredibly empowering. During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Demi spoke candidly about her past struggles with body image and how she has "surrendered to the process of just learning to love" herself in 2018.

In January, she opened up about the inspiring new mantra when she posted a smiley photo of herself in a swimsuit, despite feeling "insecure" about her legs. "This year I've decided I'm letting go of my perfectionism and embracing freedom from self criticism," she wrote in a lengthy caption. "Learning to love my body the way it is is challenging but life changing. Giving up my eating disorder has been the most challenging journey of my life but I work every day towards solid recovery even if I mess up sometimes. Today I'm feeling strong. You all can do it too.
