Allow us to introduce you to Harry and Prince William's sexy 19-year-old cousin, Arthur Chatto. The royal is Lady Sarah and Daniel Chatto's son, and the late Princess Margaret's grandson. Arthur is currently a student at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and based on his Instagram, he enjoys working out, arctic diving, mountain climbing, and playing the bagpipes. As an added bonus, it looks like he's single, too! Hubba, hubba!
