Here's What Went Into Angela Bassett's $300 Makeup Look at the Emmys

Queens deserve the best, right? So it should come as no surprise that Angela Bassett was decked out in Pat McGrath Labs for her appearance at the 2018 Emmys.
Makeup artist D'Andre Michael painted Bassett with a variety of Pat McGrath Labs products. Michael explained that his inspiration for "Miss Angela" was the classic elegance of Old Hollywood, "taking a note from Pat McGrath's Max Factor era." (McGrath is the global creative design director for Max Factor, an international brand, and has been since 2004.) Here's a breakdown of everything Michael used on Miss Bassett (if ya nasty).
