You'll Never Guess the Secret to Tracee Ellis Ross's Bold Emmys Eye Makeup
When Tracee Ellis Ross arrived at the Emmys red carpet, her neon makeup stopped viewers straight in their tracks. The Black-ish actress stood out in her hot-pink dress with coordinating tangerine eyes and red lip. Luckily for makeup lovers, we have the unexpected secret to Ross's bold eye look. It's lipstick.
Makeup artist Lisa Storey first applied Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise Cream Eyeshadow in Bette ($32) to the center of Ross's lids, before patting on Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick in Tell Laura ($34) with her finger.
