We've Figured Out the Secret to Hilary Swank's Sculpted Arms - It's This 1 Exercise

We have to admit, we love that celebrities are giving us a sneak peek into their lives and beginning to talk about, and show us, their workout routines. Jessica Biel showed us her insane pistol squat skills, every Friday we can count on Halle Berry to give us a new workout to follow, and now, Hilary Swank is getting in on the action.
Hilary shared a video on Instagram of her doing push-ups, and damn, all we can say is that she makes them look incredibly easy. Instead of doing a traditional push-up, Hilary decided to take it to the next level.
With her feet on gliders and on top of a slide board, she lowers down into a push-up while simultaneously abducting her legs (moving them away from the center of her body). Because of the abduction, not only is she working her arms, she's also working her abs and inner thighs. Before you go and try this move, make sure you've got the traditional push-up down pat.
