What's this?! Victoria Beckham stepped out for a late dinner at Carbone in NYC wearing a caramel drop-waist dress that revealed a subtle hint of lingerie. But we were more focused on the designer's cherry accessories than that little detail - a suede clutch that drew attention to her tweed Balenciaga pumps ($714), which were distressed around the edges and adorned with a gold button. These puppies laugh at Dorothy's sparkly red slippers!
