All the Highlights From This Year's Billboard Music Awards
The Billboard Music Awards took over Las Vegas on Sunday, and the music world's biggest stars came out for the occasion. The night was jam-packed with adorable PDA, jaw-dropping fashion, and of course, a flood of electric performances.
