The Walking Dead Cast Honors Andrew Lincoln With an Emotional Video - Grab Some Tissues
Andrew Lincoln's last episode of The Walking Dead is nearly upon us, and fans aren't the only ones heartbroken over his exit. In a touching tribute video shared by AMC, Lincoln's current and former costars - IronE Singleton! Michael Cudlitz! Steven Yeun! The late Scott Wilson! - gushed about their leading man.
"He's one of my best friends, ever. He's very, very dear to me," Norman Reedus said. "He's taught me to be a better father, better friend, better actor." Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie, also chimed in, saying, "Andy is one of the most kind and generous people that you could ever work with."
Lincoln has played Rick Grimes since the show's premiere in 2010, and the trailer for his upcoming last episode promises an intense and emotional trip. Not only will Rick attempt to herd the walker hordes back to Georgia, away from the currently established communities, but he'll also have a few hallucinatory run-ins with departed characters like Shane Walsh (Jon Bernthal).
