Trainer Shares Top 5 Mistakes That Prevent Weight Loss (and How to Fix Them!)

Have you been trying to lose weight for what seems like forever, but it's not working, and you can't understand why? Personal trainer and strength coach Susan Niebergall (@susanniebergallfitness on Instagram) said in a recent post that it may be as simple as fixing these five mistakes.
