Blue Bell's Cookie Cake Ice Cream Is Packed With Chocolate Chips and Vanilla Icing Swirls
Remember when you'd go to a friend's birthday party as a kid, and every once in a blue moon, someone would bring out a delicious cookie cake, aka a giant cookie masquerading as a cake and somehow getting away with it? Well, now you can relive all of that sweet goodness with some perfectly chilled ice cream thrown in the mix because Blue Bell has officially announced its newest creation: Cookie Cake Ice Cream!
"We have made many flavors that combine cookie or cake pieces with our ice cream, but this is our first cookie cake," said Joe Robertson, executive director of advertising and marketing for Blue Bell, in a press release. Available in half gallon and pint sizes, the limited-edition cookie cake ice cream is made with sweet cream ice cream, chewy chocolate chip cookie cake pieces, and swirls of chocolate and vanilla icing. Whoa, just typing that gave me a sugar rush. Take a peek beneath the lid of the mouthwatering new flavor ahead!
