I love to cook, so naturally, I have quite the collection of spiffy little kitchen gadgets. The immersion blender was my favorite for a long time. Then, three years ago, my husband surprised me with a KitchenAid mixer for Christmas, and now I have no idea how I ever survived without it. It does everything. This simple hack makes dinnertime so much easier, and it allows you to ditch the fork and annoying task of pulling apart the chicken yourself.
