This Cookbook Has So Many Edible Cookie Dough Recipes, and Our Sugar-Loving Hearts Are Full

If you have Instagram, you probably know all about DO, the NYC-based sweet shop devoted to all things cookie dough (and the first nationwide edible cookie dough concept). And if you drool over their sugary treats in your feed but are bummed because you don't live in New York, we have really good news! Kristen Tomlan - aka the brains behind DO, wrote a cookbook with tons of her popular, safe-to-eat cookie dough desserts called Hello, Cookie Dough, and you can get it on Amazon for $20.
Not only does the book contain recipes for some of DO's classic cookie doughs like Brookie Dough and Frosted Fork (this one includes Mother's circus animal cookies), but it has more than 110 delicious ways to eat said cookie dough. We're talkin' cookies, cookie dough ice cream, cookie dough ice cream sandwiches, and even cakes. There are also both vegan-friendly and gluten-free doughs, so you too can have your dough and eat it too!
Whether you love to eat cookie dough straight from the bowl or enjoy baking fun flavors for friends, Hello, Cookie Dough is a must have. Keep reading to see a few of the tasty doughs featured in the book, along with some fun party shots and photos of Kristen. Let's dough this!
