Lizzo Really Showed Up to the AMAs Looking Like Wealth and Success
Lizzo dominated the red carpet at the American Music Awards on Sunday. The 31-year-old shone bright in an orange one-shoulder gown with cascading ruffles. She completed the look with heels, glimmering silver nails, and a teeny-tiny Valentino purse. Lizzo was up for three awards: new artist of the year, favorite soul/R&B female artist, and favorite soul/R&B song for her hit "Juice." She also took the stage for her first-ever AMAs performance, where she debuted her new single, "Jerome."
Prior to taking the stage, Lizzo gave an interview on the red carpet, saying, "I just want people to feel good." "My music is like the definition of feel-good music," she added. "We all go through it . . . and I feel like my music just helps people get through the bullsh*t."
