Leaving Neverland: What to Know About Dancer and Alleged Michael Jackson Victim Wade Robson

HBO's controversial new documentary about Michael Jackson, Leaving Neverland, aired its first half on Sunday, and as expected, it's a devastating account from two men about the sexual abuse they allegedly suffered at the hands of the King of Pop as children.

The two men, James Safechuck and Wade Robson, are now adults, but both originally encountered Jackson as young boys through show business connections - Safechuck was filming a Pepsi commercial with Jackson, while Robson, who is Australian, won a dancing competition in Brisbane that came with a prize of concert tickets and a meet-and-greet. While Safechuck left Hollywood behind (he's now a married computer programmer living in Southern California and has two children), Robson has had a successful career as a choreographer for everyone from Britney Spears (whom he also dated) to *NSYNC.

For more than a decade, Jackson shielded his reputation from allegations of child molestation by using testimony of boys like Robson, who - along with his mother and sister - went on TV in the '90s to defend the singer, saying that Jackson had only ever been friendly to him, and that nothing inappropriate had ever occurred. A then-22-year-old Robson testified at Jackson's trial in 2005 when the icon faced more charges, taking the stand again to say that their bond was completely innocent. But now, the dancer and choreographer refuses to stay silent.

"The idea of this truth coming out and [my wife] Amanda knowing about it and my family knowing about it and everyone in the entertainment business and my career knowing about it, I mean, was just a ridiculous idea that was never going to happen because, in my mind, my whole life would be over," Robson explains in the documentary.

It wasn't until Robson became a father to a little boy in 2010 that he began allowing himself to see his childhood in a new light, and he decided to come forward with allegations against the star.

Gigi and Bella Hadid Pulled the Ultimate Sister Move in Paris by Wearing Coordinating Outfits

Gigi and Bella Hadid showed up to the Louis Vuitton party in Paris on March 1 wearing complementary outfits, because stylish minds think alike. The sisters flaunted their own fashion choices in unique ways but matched where it counts: with their bold statement gloves.

While Gigi opted for a white jumpsuit from Off-White's Fall 2019 collection, Bella chose a patent trench coat, which gave off a similar silhouette to her sister's look when cinched at the waist. Gigi paired her sporty ensemble with sneakers and a bold red lip, while Bella added some Parisian flair with pointed black color-blocked boots and a neckerchief. The highlight of both their outfits had to be the black gloves they wore - slightly different, but equally dramatic. Read on to see more snaps of their looks.

I'm Curious, What's Ben Affleck Whispering to Charlie Hunnam at the Triple Frontier Premiere?

It was a true joy to see our internet boyfriends assembled together, showing off their best smolder for the premiere of Triple Frontier on March 3 in NYC. Ben Affleck, Charlie Hunnam, Oscar Isaac, Garret Hedlund, and Pedro Pascal reunited on the red carpet to promote their action flick, which hits Netflix on March 13. They couldn't help joking around and whispering as they posed for photos - maybe they were reminiscing on their shirtless shoots in Hawaii? Those days are certainly tough for us to forget.

See some of the best snaps from the night below, and catch up on the Triple Frontier trailers before the movie drops next week.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Released a Baby Line at Walmart, and OMG, It’s All So Cute

Is there anything that Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard can't do?! The power couple's daughters, 4-year-old Delta and 5-year-old Lincoln, may be out of diapers, but that doesn't mean that the parents haven't been thinking about the struggles of the diapering and baby stages for the past half a decade, which is why they created Hello Bello, a baby care brand sold exclusively at Walmart that features affordable (and adorable!) plant-based products.

"I wanted [the products] to be absolutely everything that I would want to use on my baby, but at a price point that everyone could afford," Kristen Bell, who says she's a bottle "label-reader" and likes to know what's in the things she's buying, shared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (where the couple also spoke about having "the talk" with Lincoln). The couple spent two years conceptualizing the line and bringing it to life, and both say they're very proud of how it all turned out, especially when it comes to the diapers, which Kristen says are "very, very absorbent." She added: "I'm not saying we've tried it, but I'm not saying we haven't tried it." Classic Kristen and Dax . . .

From diapers and lotions to washes and wipes, Kristen and Dax thought of everything you need to keep your baby clean and happy at a great price - most items are under $8! Check out some of the line's products ahead - especially those cute diaper patterns! - as well as their hilarious promotional videos for the line.

Jennifer Garner Went All Out With Her Son’s Birthday Theme, and OMG, We’re Loving Her Enthusiasm

We know what it looks like to half-ass something. Whether it's a last-minute Halloween costume or a barely-thrown-together dinner party, we can spot poor execution from a mile away - heck, we're practically professionals at phoning it in. Which is precisely why, after spotting Jennifer Garner's latest picture on Instagram, we know she went balls-to-the-wall when it came to throwing her son Samuel's seventh birthday.

In a head-to-toe costume of Astrid from How to Train Your Dragon, complete with faux fur neckline and some sort of waist armor, the proud mama brought out her son's Toothless birthday cake with an enormous smile on her face. Her son's reaction? Well, according to her caption, she totally embarrassed him, writing: "Well, guess what. It turns out 7 is the age my kid stops thinking it's cool when I dress up for the party. #youngestchild #firsteyeroll🙄 #anyoneneedanAstrid"

We applaud her efforts, nonetheless. Looks like she put tons of planning into this, and eye rolls are part of the job!

It's Winter, but Selena Gomez's Sexy New Song Has Us Feeling Like We're Stuck in a Heat Wave

It only takes one listen to "I Can't Get Enough" for it to get stuck in your head, but it's totally worth it. The sultry single, released on Feb. 28, is the musical brainchild of Selena Gomez, J Balvin, and record producers Benny Blanco and Tainy. It's also the second song the 26-year-old singer has been featured on since she left rehab back in November 2018 after completing treatment for her "ongoing emotional issues."

It's safe to say that "I Can't Get Enough" is a very different vibe from Gomez's work with Julia Michaels on "Anxiety." While that song was about anxiety's effect on one's emotional well-being, "I Can't Get Enough" is a little less personal and a lot sexier. The track is a steamy urban-electronic bop in which Gomez and J Balvin croon about lovers who just want more of one another and want to do nothing more than turn up the heat. "I like that, you like that, so let's be crazy / the contact, impact, I want that daily," Gomez sings on a beat that somehow perfectly manages to convey sensuality.

J Balvin sings entirely in Spanish, but even if you don't speak the language, you know what he's saying. The whole song invokes memories of late-night house parties in overcrowded basements where the lack of air conditioner makes everyone sticky from being pressed together. But with a jam like "I Can't Get Enough" playing, no one cares! If it weren't the height of Winter, I would already name this the Summer bop of 2019. Listen to the song above and check out the announcement posts by the artists ahead.

This Haunting of Hill House Star Breastfeeds on Set For 1 Unique Reason

Kate Siegel - aka Theodora Crain in The Haunting of Hill House - apparently takes her mom duties pretty dang seriously. She recently opened up about how she breastfeeds her 2-year-old daughter Cody on set, and believe it or not, she says it actually helps with her day job.

"We feed every three hours," the 36-year-old actress told Us Weekly at the Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 23. "It's good at creating perspective. When you start to get frustrated with work or if you feel like you're not doing a good job, you've got the grounding force, your family there. And you can't spend a lot of time staring at your own bellybutton, you know?" She added that: "So for me, it gives me the freedom to play. It gets me out of my head, and it makes me a more capable actress, I hope."

Hey, it seems like all that breastfeeding is paying off big time! We can't wait for season 2!

Tell Me Something, Droid . . . Are You Ready For a Star Wars "Shallow" Parody?

A Star Wars Is Born . . . How did I not see this coming? The Star Wars and A Star Is Born universes finally collided to pay tribute to two fan-favorite ships in a Nerdist parody music video. If Ally and Jackson were transported to a galaxy far, far, away, perhaps their version of "Shallow" would've ended up a little like Kylo Ren and Rey's.

This music video came shortly after the wrap of Episode IX, and it definitely reignited some of my own excitement about the next installment. While I'm 99.9 percent positive we won't get a song quite like this when the film premieres on Dec. 20, it sure is fun to imagine.

Dirty John's Second Season Will Feature an All-New Cast and Storyline

A previous version of this story reported that Dirty John would return for a second season on Netflix. Netflix has since released a statement denying those reports. This story has been updated accordingly.

Dirty John is officially getting a second season, but with a twist. The nail-biting dating horror story was acted out by Connie Britton and Eric Bana, and the next iteration will focus on an all-new cast and storyline.

Warning: spoilers for season one ahead!

If you've seen the first season, then you know Dirty John retold the events discussed in the popular true crime podcast of the same name. It details the manipulative and abusive relationship between successful interior designer Debra Newell (Britton) and a deceitful doctor named John Meehan (Bana).

The season ends with John being killed in an act of self-defense by Debra's daughter, Terra, and seeing as there's not much true crime left to the story, it makes sense that Bravo is taking things in a different direction for season two. In addition to a second installment, Oxygen Media has also ordered a companion docuseries that will investigate the real-life "Dirty John," according to Deadline.

This Couple Got a Second Chance at Their "First Look," and It Was Worth the Wait

Even though Solomon and Jourdan tied the knot over a year ago, they did not get the opportunity to take some stunning first-look photos that they were looking forward to. "Nothing went according to our game plan," said Jourdan, who wanted beautiful and romantic portraits of her husband seeing her in her wedding dress for the very first time. So the couple decided to take matters into their own hands and get some gorgeous wedding photos in their second year of marriage.

"When they reached out to me for some portraits, and after hearing their story, I suggested we go the extra step and re-create a first look and create new memories," said Elina Levy, the photographer who captured these amazing photos. "We arranged for a cake from the local bakery, a beautiful bouquet, and an intimate table setting."

While Solomon opted to wear his original suit from their wedding day, Jourdan wore a new white gown so that the experience of Solomon seeing her in a wedding dress for the first time would be authentic, resulting in heartfelt first-look photos.

This photo shoot took place on the sandy shores of Bling Pass Beach in Florida, which was the perfect backdrop for this breathtaking shoot. Make sure to see all the moving photos ahead!

Justin Timberlake Basically Wrote Jessica Biel a Love Letter For Her Birthday, and I'm Weeping

Justin Timberlake is leading the party parade on Jessica Biel's birthday. On March 3, the "Man of the Woods" singer penned a touching message to his wife on Instagram to celebrate her 37th year. Careful, it might make you tear up.

"My partner in this thang called life... you are the most wonderful human I have ever met," Justin wrote, captioning a gallery of photos. "You make me smile, laugh, and love life more than I knew I could. I cherish every moment with you and can't wait to spend so many more years doing the same... but, new. Happy Birthday, you GOD OF ALL SMOKE SHOWS!! Love, Your Huz"

Aw! Find us someone who writes love letters like that. After six years of marriage, and the birth of their son Silas in 2015, it's clear Justin and Jessica share an extra special (and extra cute) bond.

Try Your Hardest Not to Get Addicted to Trader Joe's New Broccoli and Kale Pizza Crust

We love regular pizzas (we can argue over the best styles later), but we also enjoy getting creative with pizza dough alternatives like beet crust, cauliflower crust, and butternut squash crust. Clearly, Trader Joe's knew we were getting tired of the same pizza combinations, so they decided to bring some more excitement to our lives with the new Broccoli and Kale Pizza Crust, only $4.

It's low-carb (15 grams per slice, with six slices per crust), gluten-free, and made with broccoli, corn, flour, black kale, olive oil, and salt. We know these crusts are going to sell out fast so be sure to sprint, not walk, and stock up at your local Trader Joe's.

I'm a Trainer, and These Are the 20 Lower-Body Exercises You Need to Do More of in 2019

Is "get a stronger lower body" on your list of fitness goals? If so, I've got you covered. Your legs are made up of a lot of muscles, like your calves, hamstrings, glutes, and quads, and it's important to keep them strong. Whether you want to crush your current marathon PR or you just want to squat 135 pounds, you've got to have a strong lower body.

Ahead, you'll find some of my favorite exercises that will help you build muscle from your glutes to your calves. Definitely don't do all 20 exercises in a single workout; that would feel terrible. Instead, choose three to four exercises that focus on both pushing and pulling (a push would be a squat, and a pull would be a hamstring curl) to create a workout.

If You're Struggling to Find Your Power, Misty Copeland Has an Inspiring Message For You

At a brunch for the launch of Misty Copeland's third Under Armour collection, she shared the inspiration behind the collection, her must-have training pieces (high-waisted leggings and hoodies), and she also talked about what it took for her to become an unapologetically black, uncontainable, and empowered woman.

Misty shared that prior to meeting Raven Wilkinson, the first African-American woman to dance for a major classical ballet company, the Ballet Russe based in Monte Carlo, she struggled with finding her power as a black woman and a ballerina. She explained that becoming uncontainable took time and shared the following advice for black women, and anyone else, struggling with coming into their own power.

"I always go back to support. You just can't do it on your own. Especially if you're naturally that way like I was - a naturally shy, insecure person. There's no way around it if you don't have support and people there that you trust and that you believe," Misty told POPSUGAR.

"It takes time, and I think to just be patient. Life is a process. I think that we're so, especially in this day and age, oriented in just getting to the goal," she said. Instead of just focusing on the end result, Misty suggested changing your perspective and being OK with constantly learning and growing.

"I learned this in an insane way being in the ballet world. Our entire career is the process, it's being in the studio rehearsing and it never ends," she said. "I feel like I have that kind of mindset and I feel like it's a good way to look at things - that you're just going to continue to evolve."

Being able to recognize and own your power takes time, patience, and lots of introspection. Find your support system, learn, evolve, and trust the process.

Confused by MCT Oil? Let This Expert Explain

You might know MCT oil as that "weird clear oil" you've maybe seen people swigging straight out of the bottle at the gym (yep!) or blending into their morning coffee or smoothies (tried it - no, thanks), but if you have no idea what it actually is, we're here to explain. MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides, a type of fat that is metabolized by the body more quickly than other fats - which is why many have come to believe MCT can help with weight loss.

We talked to Samantha Presicci, a registered dietitian with Snap Kitchen, to learn more about how MCT oil differs from the other trendy oil, coconut, and how to add MCT oil to your daily routine.

What's the Difference Between MCT Oil and Coconut Oil?

While MCT oil typically comes from coconut oil, MCT is pure medium chain triglycerides derived from coconut (or sometimes palm) oil and nothing else. "Coconut oil is 55 percent MCTs, while MCT oil is 100 percent MCTs. MCT oil is a byproduct of coconut oil and only contains two of the four medium-chain fatty acids that coconut oil does (caprylic and capric acid)," Presicci told POPSUGAR.

What's the Benefit of MCT Oil?

MCT oil is popular on the keto diet, thanks to it being a "good fat" for the body. Presicci said it's commonly used in smoothies and salad dressing, or made into the well-known bulletproof coffee because it can help you burn fat and feel full longer. Medium chain triglycerides are metabolized quickly by the liver, so they're used as fuel before being stored as fat.

While typically MCT oil is used by people looking to staunch their hunger in an effort to lose weight, it's also used by people whose bodies struggle to digest other forms of fats and can aid with digestive issues like diarrhea. Presicci also noted that MCT oil is believed to help boost brain function, though fewer studies have been done on that topic. It's possible that because the MCTs break down so quickly and therefore potentially enter your system more quickly, they energize your body, even becoming ketones and making their way to your brain.

Are There Any Drawbacks to Using MCT Oil?

Presicci pointed out that, like with anything dietary, it's never good to have too much MCT oil. "If you aren't used to consuming MCT oil and you use too much to start, you may notice gastrointestinal distress," she told POPSUGAR. She recommends you start with 1 teaspoon or even less, so as to not upset your stomach and to watch how much you're consuming daily - after all, it is still a fat.

And as always, when you're changing up your diet, it never hurts to check with your doctor or a dietitian to make sure you're going about it in the best, healthy way. If you're ready to give MCT oil a try, we suggest you start with this Sports Research MCT Oil ($27), derived from coconuts.

9 Ways Black Women Can Protect Their Natural Hair While Working Out

The struggle is all too familiar: your fitness goals are in sight, but the thought of sweating out your perfect twist-out as you power through a good run just doesn't seem worth it. Wash day is a hassle, no doubt, but it shouldn't come at the expense of sacrificing the exercise groove you've gotten into.

"When we wet the hair, we remove a salt bond. Water and sweat reverts the hair like water. It doesn't do it in a drastic state like jumping in a pool, but it gradually has this effect," hairstylist Pekela Riley of Salon PK explained. "Perspiration after a deep workout can have the effect of being caught in the rain." Whether you're a natural who loves a good blowout, or a curly girl attempting to save your just-right coiled style, there are actual ways to keep your hair from turning to a frizzy, sweaty mess. Pekela and Glamsquad artistic director Giovanni Vaccaro share best practices and exactly which styles work well for a workout.

Get Ready to Master the Pull-Up With This Effective Bodyweight Exercise

If you can't tell by now, my goal is to help you all (especially women) learn how to do pull-ups. In my opinion, the best way to learn how to do pull-ups is by just doing them. I know that sounds a lot easier than actually doing it, especially if you don't have a foundation of strength.

As you work on your upper-body strength, one move you can begin practicing is the scapular pull-up. This exercise will teach you how to depress your shoulder blades (moving your shoulder blades down your ribs), the first step to performing a pull-up. You can do this with a partner supporting your lower body if you're a beginner or alone if you're more advanced.

How to Do a Scapular Pull-Up

  • Place a bench, box, or another stable object underneath the pull-up bar. Stand on top of the bench, and grip the pull-up bar with both hands. Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder-width distance apart, and your palms should be facing away from your body.
  • With control, remove your feet from the bench, and hang from the bar. Your shoulders should be relaxed.
  • Without bending your arms or swinging, perform a reverse shrug to depress your shoulder blades. Pause for a second at the bottom, then return your shoulders to the starting position.
  • This counts as one rep. Complete two sets of 10 reps.

When It Comes to Fat Loss, a Study Says HIIT Beats Cardio by Exactly This Much

HIIT is often touted by trainers and doctors as one of the most effective forms of exercise for fat loss, but the scientific evidence to back it up has been a little spotty so far. A new comprehensive review in the British Journal of Sports Medicine set to fix that. Researchers looked at 36 studies (and over 1,000 people) to figure out just how effective HIIT is when it comes to losing fat, especially when compared to steady-state or moderate-intensity activities.

The studies involved in the review varied widely; in most of them, body fat changes weren't even the focus. But researchers made sure to only collect data from research that lasted at least a month and that measured body composition at both the beginning and end of the trial. The moderate-intensity exercise routines included activities like walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming. The HIIT workouts included intervals of a few minutes of 80 percent max heart rate, according to Runner's World, as well as some even shorter ones - just a few seconds each - of all-out effort. Researchers called these latter intervals "sprint-interval training," or SIT.

HIIT Workouts Burned 29 Percent More Body Fat

HIIT was more effective for fat loss, the review found, and researchers could even put a number on it: the HIIT participants lost about 29 percent more fat than those doing moderate-intensity workouts. But they also pointed out that, despite that difference, both kinds of exercise led to fat loss, sometimes even in comparable amounts. HIIT participants, for example, lost 1.5 percent of their total body fat, compared to 1.4 percent for those doing moderate-intensity work.

So if you're looking to shed pounds, and especially fat, it's fair to say that either form of exercise is a good choice, whether you're plugging miles on the treadmill or sweating in a HIIT class. And there are other factors to consider when choosing a form of exercise as well. HIIT is harder on your body, so you shouldn't do it every day, especially if you're prone to injury. And everyone's body is different; moderate-intensity cardio might just work better for you in terms of weight loss and overall health. (Try this treadmill walking workout to get started.) After all the current numbers have been crunched, it's good to know the differences in effectiveness, but it still comes down to what works best for you.

From Yogurt and Fruit to Bloody Marys and Fries, This Is How Registered Dietitians Do Brunch

Brunch plans are easy to commit to: you can lounge around before your reservations or you can start your day with a morning workout before heading out to meet friends at your go-to spot. Either way, you'll be rewarded with an endless menu of both breakfast and lunch items; brunch is surely the stuff of the food gods.

Generally speaking, a lot of brunch foods are heavy on the carbs (not the good kind) and sugar. Pancakes, butter, booze: they're all there. (That's not to say that you can't make healthy pancakes!) Now, there's nothing wrong with eating a plate of french toast or a hash brown side - everything in moderation, remember? But, it can be hard to pick an order if you're counting your macros, focused on getting enough nutrients, or just don't want to splurge too much. So, we asked registered dietitians what they eat at brunch. The results had a lot to do with protein, whole grains, and greens. Here's what they had to say.

Eggs, Eggs, Eggs

Lisa Moskovitz, RD, CEO of New York Nutrition Group, told POPSUGAR, "Starting the day, whether it's at 7 a.m. or 11 a.m., with some lean protein and lots of fiber is the best way to keep energy levels high and appetite in check until several hours later. If it's a rare occasion, I tend to indulge a bit more with a whole-egg, hearty frittata filled with cheese and a side of their best type of bread. If I already had a larger meal that week, I'll balance it out with a lighter option such as an egg white omelet overloaded with high-fiber veggies and topped with avocado. I tell them to hold the cheese and get some whole grain toast on the side to still keep me plenty satiated."

"I actually rarely eat brunch out," Rochelle Sirota, MS, RD, a nutritionist in private practice, said. "On a weekend morning I just consume my usual home-prepared favorite green smoothie, perhaps at a slightly later morning hour. If I did dine out for brunch, I would go to an eatery that offers organic options, and it would probably be quite simple: eggs with mushrooms, potato, avocado, and greens."

Pass the Veggies

Brittany L. Jones, MS, RD, of Blush Nutrition, said that when she goes out to brunch, "I always find myself gravitating towards their veggie hash or skillet. I love finding ways to incorporate vegetables into every meal, and a sweet potato hash with bell peppers and onions is right up my alley! I typically top it with a sunny-side up egg to add protein, and some cheese or avocado to add some fat."

"I'm all about a really hearty, veggie-filled brunch," Desiree Nielsen, RD, TV host and author of the upcoming plant-based cookbook Eat More Plants, agreed. "I love a tofu scramble packed with greens, mushrooms, and onion, which I'll spike with hot sauce, and thick-cut slices of good sourdough and jam. Then I don't have to choose between sweet and savory!"

A Side of (YES!) Fries

"My favorite brunch order is definitely a veggie omelet with french fries," Chelsey Amer, MS, RDN, owner of Chelsey Amer Nutrition, told us. "No, it's not always the most nutritious brunch, but there's a mix of protein, some veggies, and a fun food, which I think is important to include when eating a well-rounded and balanced diet." Amen to that.

Parfaits

Amanda Blechman, RD, senior manager at Danone North America, said, "When I go out to brunch, I like trying creative yogurt parfaits. I eat a lot of yogurt at home, and I tend to have my go-to toppings on rotation, so I love finding chef-inspired combos with unique fruit or house-made granolas to try. One of my favorite brunch spots in NYC, Epistrophy, has a delicious combo that is simple but goes beyond what I would do myself at home. It has fresh berries, Sardinian nougat, granola, chia seeds, and mint. Yogurt is an amazing and nutrient-dense vehicle for other healthy ingredients like fresh fruit, whole grains, nuts, and seeds."

All About the Beans

"I love a breakfast bean burrito or whole grain toast topped with a bean spread and sautéed greens," Jenny Furman, RD, program manager at City Harvest said. "I am a huge bean enthusiast because beans are a plant protein powerhouse with tons of fiber."

Avocado Toast (Duh!)

Kylie Gearhart MS, RDN, assistant clinical nutrition manager at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital and an associate dietitian at New York Nutrition Group, told us, "My all time favorite brunch order is avocado toast with an over-easy egg on top. It is the perfect ratio of carbs, protein, and fat. I skip the fried potatoes and sub a side of fruit instead and add tomato slices, or a Bloody Mary if it's boozy brunch, for a completely balanced meal." We're glad someone mentioned this brunch staple!

We Tried the Mirror That Streams Thousands of Fitness Classes and Lets You Check Your Form

The fitness industry is constantly evolving. Remember when people didn't book barre classes in bulk? As we predicted, the latest innovations this year are interactive, personalized products that let you get fit on your own time, in your own space. If you went over to a friend's house and saw Mirror, one of these new devices, you'd think it was just a full-length mirror (I mean, that is what it is). When turned on, it doubles as a nearly invisible home gym you can do thousands of workouts in front of. But it's not like following along to a 30-minute video on your TV. Let's talk about what it really is.

Work Your Entire Body in 14 Minutes With This Trainer's 4-Move Strengthening Circuit

We've all been there before: you woke up late and missed your $30 class, and now you only have 50 minutes to work out, shower, and get to work. If this happens to you once in a blue moon or every week, Kayla Itsines, creator of BBG and the Sweat app, has a solution: this 14-minute workout.

Kayla's workout programs are already short at just 28 minutes, but if you're really in a time crunch, this circuit will leave you feeling sweaty and strong, and it doesn't take long to do. "It's empowering. Women jumping around and doing cool stuff is very empowering," Kayla told POPSUGAR.

The 14-Minute Workout

Before getting started, be sure to warm up your muscles. Here's a dynamic warmup we like. Be sure to grab a box (or a bench) in order to do the box jumps. Complete as many rounds as you can of the following exercises for seven minutes, take a short rest, and then repeat the seven-minute circuit one more time. Don't forget to cool down once you're finished with the workout.

  • Box jump: 10 reps
  • Reverse crunch: 20 reps
  • Walking lunge: 12 reps each side
  • Push-up: 15 reps

The Most Exciting Drugstore Beauty Products Hitting Shelves This Spring

Spring is bringing us everything from neon makeup to freshly scented body washes, and a lot of these launches don't break the bank. Ahead, see the drugstore beauty products we're most excited to see hit the shelves this season.

Whoa, We Almost Didn't Recognize Kim and Kourtney With This "Grandma Face Mask"

The Kardashians work hard, but their beauty treatments work harder.

The famous family are at the forefront of many things: risky fashion, plenty of drama, and intense beauty treatments. We knew the sisters meant business with beauty as soon as we saw Kim Kardashian try a vampire facial. Now, the sisters have tried the latest buzzy (much less painful) skincare treatment, one that makes them look 20 years older. Although we don't know the exact product they used, it looks a lot like the Hanacure Multi-Action Treatment Mask ($29), otherwise known as "The Grandma Mask," which promises smooth, lifted, and visibly younger appearing skin in 30 minutes.

Kourtney posted the photo on Instagram with what appears to be a camera behind her, so here's hoping the treatment airs on a future episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Next time the Kardashian-Jenners want to go out in public with a disguise like in the hilarious KUWTK episode, all they need is this freaky face mask.

Glamglow Has a New Eye Mask, and It Will Basically Turn You Into a Supervillain

No, this mask won't conceal your identity, though it does look like something you'd see worn in a Marvel film. The Glamglow Eyeboost Reviving Eye Mask ($8) does better hiding other things, like the evidence of a sleepless night.

The brand's newest treatment takes the form of a silver sheet mask that extends past the under eyes and wraps all the way around the entire eye to hydrate skin, while a cooling effect works to bring down any unwanted puffiness. In just 10 minutes, it brought down the puffiness under my eyes and soothed, moisturized, and brightened the area.

Ahead, see the eye mask (which will be available at Sephora on March 1) that will leave you so refreshed, you'll feel like you can take over the world.

Ariana Grande's New Ponytail Might Be Trying to Tell Us Something (Besides "Get a Hobby")

Ariana Grande's famous ponytail is looking a little different these days. The singer recently shared photos of herself with a (heavy-looking!) bubble ponytail adorned with a black bow. Grande captioned the first photo with the phases of the moon emoji, leading us to obviously see a correlation between the eight spheres in her ponytail and the eight planets in our solar system. Did we lose you? See, Grande recently released the song "NASA" on her album Thank U, Next, and it's entirely possible that the planetary hairstyle is tied to some sort of visual for the song.

Grande is known for teasing music videos on social media well before their release, and many were quick to assume the look was for a forthcoming "NASA" music video. After a fan made that assumption on Twitter, however, Grande clarified that's not exactly the case. That being said, she might be filming something to be projected during performances in her Sweetener World Tour. (There's also the possibility that we're completely overthinking the hairstyle, but we'll just ignore that.) Anyway, check it out ahead.

The Beauty Secret 1 Celebrity Makeup Artist Uses on All Her Clients

The concept is simple: great makeup application is made even better when the canvas is in tip-top shape. Makeup artist Tobi Henney, who frequently works with models Ashley Graham and Poppy Delevingne, tells POPSUGAR there's a little secret beyond diet, exercise, and topical beauty products that helps create her signature "beautiful skin" (as she refers to it) for her celebrity clients.

"I am finding many models that I work with travel with a variety of supplements, and collagen supplements are becoming more commonly used in the fashion and beauty industry," she said. Henney uses the soon-to-launch NeoCell Collagen Protein Peptides, Unflavored ($40), an ingestible supplement that blends together 20 grams of collagen, which claims to increase the elasticity of skin, brightening vitamin C, and hydrating hyaluronic acid and alma fruit extract. "These supplements are fantastic at assisting with dry skin, which is often a problem for models who fly a lot."

Ahead, see photos of Henney's go-to supplement for great skin, which is launching in three flavors in March.

What in the Actual Hell Is a "Leg Mask" - and Where Has It Been All My Life?

I am of the firm belief that, as a beauty editor, no body part is too sacred for experimentation. Thou must be willing to lose the shoes to take the latest foot peel for a spin, or drop trou to investigate the skin-softening effects of a butt mask. That's just responsible journalism.

Still, the propensity to treat my legs to anything beyond a nice shave once a month - resting on the hypothetical possibility that someone ends up in my bed one night - simply slipped my mind. Then Nair dropped a line of leg masks that are part-depilatory, part-skincare ingredients, and I suddenly felt bad for my negligence. Obviously your stems could use some TLC, too, even if you've shielded them from the world via pants all season.

I vowed to try the formula immediately. Hell, I've already masked every other inch of my body (well, minus my armpits, but there's always time) so I figured, how hard could it be? After a few glasses of Merlot, I was ready to slather it up. What happened next was . . . maybe a little outside of my job description.

Behold: the Only Skincare Products You Need This Month

We don't endorse all of Patrick Bateman's proclivities, but the man sure was ahead of his time when it came to skin care. Like many people today, he was dead-set on getting his routine right. (Pre-murder face mask, anyone? How about some ice to help you depuff you from your sins?)

Since the 2000s, however, the beauty landscape has changed, and there are loads of new skincare innovations dropping this Spring that could make even a textbook narcissist and - err, fictional - psychopath feel some things.

Ahead, we asked POPSUGAR editors to share the best new face creams, serums, and skin treatments hitting shelves this month. (Be forewarned: they're pretty killer.)

Whether you're heading down south for Mardi Gras or enjoying the festivities from afar, don't leave your manicure out of the fun. The bright hues of purple, green, and gold aren't just great for beads, they also make ideal hues for nail polish.
