Starbucks Just Opened a 4-Story Location in Tokyo - BRB, Catching a Flight to Japan
Coffee aficionados, you'll want to book tickets to Japan soon because Starbucks is opening a Reserve Roastery in Tokyo, and it's HUGE - I'm talking Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with extra whip huge. On Feb. 28, the new installment of Starbucks's upscale Roastery concept will open its doors in the vibrant neighborhood of Nakameguro, exclusively offering 60 new coffee and tea drinks.
On the first floor, customers can experience Japan's first Princi Italian Bakery, which serves freshly baked breads and pizzas daily. If you travel up to the second floor, you can have a drink at the world's largest (28 feet!) Teavana Bar. Or, you can head up to the third floor to grab a tea-inspired drink at Arriviamo, the first cocktail bar at a Starbucks in Japan.
As the only Starbucks Roastery to be built from the ground up, the building was architecturally designed to encompass traditional Japanese style, taking inspiration from Japan's famous cherry blossom trees lining the Meguro River, the press release stated. The space also features a 55-foot-tall blush copper cask adorned with copper cherry blossoms, and the open floor plan is meant to immerse customers in the art of coffee-making. From the origami-inspired ceiling tiles to the glass walls and terraced floors, it's an aesthetically pleasing dream.
Another key feature of this enchanting Starbucks location is the AMU (meaning "to knit together" in Japanese) lounge on the fourth floor - an area for people to gather and discuss important topics. To demonstrate that, the Starbucks Tokyo location will host a discussion event in April to celebrate the role of women leaders in Japan. "We will offer the Tokyo Roastery as a gathering space to spark new ideas and create an impact," said Starbucks Japan CEO Takafumi Minaguchi.

Forget Crash Diets: These Are the Habits That Will Help You Shed Those Pounds For Good
If you've ever dropped unwanted pounds only to put them back on within months, you may be understandably discouraged by this whole weight-loss thing. But losing weight and keeping it off is actually relatively simple, if you focus your efforts on developing healthy habits you can sustain long after you've become satisfied with the number on the scale. These changes to your diet and exercise routine - and even your mindset - can put you on the right path, according to experts.
- Set realistic goals. Piling on too much too soon - because you want results now - is a sure-fire way to derail your weight-loss goals and knock down your confidence. "The most common mistake I see is people trying to make too many unsustainable changes all at once, and it's less than ideal to go on a diet that severely restricts calories at the same time you start a high-intensity workout routine," Timothy Lyman, an ACE-certified personal trainer and director of training programs at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh, told POPSUGAR. "These results aren't sustainable if you haven't created the right habits and behavioral patterns to start with."
- Snack smart. Many dieters try not to snack between meals, but this means you have significant gaps where you're without fuel, Christy Brissette, MS, RD, founder of 80 Twenty Nutrition in Chicago, told POPSUGAR. "I always tell my clients that hunger is the enemy of weight loss," she said. "It's essential that you never let yourself get too hungry, which means eating something every three to four hours or so." Christy suggested reaching for a snack that's 200 calories or less and contains fiber, protein, and fat to help you feel satisfied and keep cravings at bay. A good example: 1/4 cup raw or roasted almonds.
- Eat protein throughout the day. Protein helps keep you full and bolsters your metabolism by helping to maintain muscle mass, even as you lose weight, Christy explained. "At every meal and snack, include a protein-rich food," she said. "My favorite options are a palm-sized amount of chicken breast, ground turkey, or fish - or 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, beans, or lentils, or two eggs."
- Choose quality carbs. "You don't need to say goodbye to carbs in order to lose weight," Christy said. "You can keep your mood and energy levels up and power through your workouts with slow-release carbs that are lower on the glycemic index, such as sweet potatoes, squash, quinoa, millet, oats, barley, beans and lentils, 100 percent whole-grain bread, berries, and apples." You can have carbs at every meal, but aim for a portion about the size of your fist.
- Load up on vegetables. They should take up half your plate at each meal. "Additionally, if you're still hungry, you can't go wrong with eating more nonstarchy vegetables, as the high water and fiber content in vegetables adds volume to your stomach, helping you feel full," Christy said.
- Find a workout you actually enjoy, then do it. "The best exercise for weight loss is whatever exercise you are going to stick with," Timothy said. "Consistency is imperative and an important part of resetting your metabolic rate, which allows you to burn more calories even when you're not working out." It might take some trial and error, but whether it's running, cycling, HIIT, or Zumba, you're bound to find a workout that you'll actually look forward to doing.
- Don't beat yourself up. While you don't want to make it a habit, missing the occasional workout won't halt your progress or cause you to put weight back on. "Just because you slept through your alarm and missed the gym on Monday doesn't mean your week is ruined," Timothy said. "Focus on being better today than you were yesterday and better tomorrow than you are today. You aren't always going to be perfect, and that's OK."

These Costco Muffins' First Ingredient Is Zucchini, but They Taste Like Chocolate
Even though we know how important vegetables are for a balanced diet and weight loss, they aren't usually the easiest food to eat more of. I mean, carrot sticks are great, but if it's a choice between that and chocolate, we all know who's going to win. That's why sneaking veggies into other foods is such a great way to up your intake, and why we're intrigued by Garden Lites's stock of healthy frozen vegetable muffins.
What makes them stand out? Each flavor lists a vegetable, either zucchini or carrots, as its main ingredient. But the flavors are all your favorite muffin classics, from double chocolate to banana chocolate chip and blueberry oat. They have their fair share of sugar, with five to 11 grams per muffin, but that's still less than most other brands of prepared muffins; according to the USDA, a comparably sized blueberry muffin can have up to 21 grams. Garden Lites's version is also substantially lower in calories, with 110 for the double chocolate flavor, compared to 248 in other brands. They're also free of soy, peanuts and tree nuts, and gluten.
You can bake your own vegetable-packed muffins, of course, but this frozen option is also pretty freaking convenient. The brand recommends simply pulling your muffin out of the freezer and microwaving it for 35 seconds to defrost and get it piping hot before eating. And speaking of convenience, Garden Lites are available at Costco, Target, Amazon, and on their website ($32 for a pack of 24 muffins), where you can also check out full nutrition info. Scroll on to see photos and more flavor options for these healthy vegetable muffins.

If You're Struggling With Pull-Ups, These Are the 16 Exercises You Need to Master
In my opinion, pull-ups are one of the hardest moves to master. They require upper-body strength (specifically from your back muscles and shoulders), control, and lots of mental strength. To help you reach your goal of learning how to do pull-ups, I created a guide of moves you should start doing to build an upper-body strength foundation.
The dumbbell exercises will help you build upper-body strength; you should also continue doing other upper-body exercises, like push-ups and triceps extensions. The pull-up variations will help you become familiar with the movement pattern and break down each portion of a pull-up.
If you're feeling tempted to do all these exercises together in one workout, don't; you'll be extremely sore if you do. Instead, begin to incorporate these exercises into your strength programs. You can add them to an upper-body workout with pushing movements, like push-ups and the bench press, and you can also add them to total-body workouts with pushing exercises, like squat variations and lunges.
Ahead are 16 exercises that will help you finally master pull-ups.
This Trainer's Full-Body Workout Will Elevate Your Heart Rate and Work Every Muscle Group
When you're cramming in a workout during a busy day, total-body moves are where it's at, and celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins just posted a circuit of five that'll get your heart rate up and your muscles burning in minutes. She combined several classic moves, throwing together side lunges and squat jumps, triceps kickbacks and leg lifts, for a fast circuit that hits multiple muscle groups at once. "You can find an excuse or you can find a way!" she wrote in the caption, because it's not a Jeanette Jenkins workout if you're not getting motivated while your muscles give out.
Jeanette's Total-Body Workout
Start with a dynamic warmup like this one, which includes high knees, butt kicks, hip stretches, bridges, and more. Don't forget to activate your core and glutes, too. Jeanette is using weights, so grab a pair of dumbbells, too (here's a guide to help you choose the right weight).
- Side lunge to squat jump
- Sumo squat with anterior and medial deltoids
- Stationary lunge with rotation
- Leg lift with triceps kickbacks
- Push-up to side plank

I Drank This With My Lunch Every Day For a Week, and It Prevented Overeating at Dinner
I had no idea that coming from a picky-eating childhood, I'd grow up to actually want to flip through plant-based cookbooks (Isa Does It is my favorite right now!) or scroll through vegan recipe blogs (shout-out to Oh She Glows!). Some of my happiest moments are in Trader Joe's buying food to meal prep or with my face peering over a simmering pot, stirring away.
Food brings me so much joy, but lately I've been loving it a little too much at dinnertime. For months, I've said "eff you" to the hunger scale and have been eating way past the point of satiety. I'm often left uncomfortably full, upset that I ate so much, and yet, I still reach for another bite because I'm not quite satisfied and food is just so damn good.
Overeating was not only starting to affect my waistline, but more importantly, feeling so stuffed and bloated put me in a horrible mood for the rest of the night. Belly cramps and indigestion made it hard for me to fall asleep, and gas pains would wake me up in the middle of the night. Sometimes I'd still feel crappy in the morning, which made me cranky and not want to exercise or able to work out as intensely as I wanted to.
You'd think I'd learn my lesson, but no. There was this force taking over that made me feel unsatisfied after dinner, so much so that I kept doing it night after night. Something had to change.
How 1 Woman Lost 52 Pounds in 52 Weeks Without Spending Hours in the Gym
When Erin Eversoll was 21, she found herself working at a bakery, snacking on way too much unhealthy food, and clocking in at about 213 pounds. Instead of putting strain on her body, she set out to change her eating habits and set a goal of feeling more confident in herself and being happy with what she saw in the mirror. In 52 weeks, Erin dropped exactly 52 pounds - and she still fits in her favorite snack of dark chocolate Reese's into her diet, just in moderation. Moving to a Warm Climate Proved That I Wasn't Just Sad, I Had Seasonal Affective Disorder
On and off during the many Winters I lived in New Jersey, my friends and I would joke about how we had SAD, or seasonal affective disorder. "Ugh, it's so cold and dreary out. I'm depressed," I'd tell my BFF over coffee at a local cafe mid-February. She'd confirm the "diagnosis," saying, "It's SAD." We'd laugh and I'd vow to move to Florida.
For me, this exchange wasn't completely a joke. After months of braving temperatures under 30 degrees, rarely seeing the sun, and everything around being gray - the sky, the road, the trees without leaves - I felt more than a little blue. As a stay-at-home mom, not having the option to take my kids outside (sorry, not having my littles play in 22 degrees!) was taking a toll. I felt cooped up, bored, lonely, and depressed.
I felt cooped up, bored, lonely, and depressed . . . I used to think there was something wrong with me, but there isn't.
Each year around the time I was pretty sure I'd forgotten what sunshine was, we took a trip to Florida to thaw out - I'm lucky, I know. I'd spend that entire week outdoors from dawn until dusk, enjoying the warmth of the sun on my skin, smiling more than I had in months. I always noticed how significantly my mood seemed to improve, but I figured it was a vacation high, and that when my sadness took over again, it was because it was time to head back to the dark, dank northeast. It would be several weeks before it warmed up, we could spend any significant amount of time outdoors again, and my mood would turn.
After years of plotting, planning, and fantasizing, my dream to move to Florida came true, and after spending my first "Winter" here, I know that seasonal depression is real. I'm happier in January and February, because it's warm enough to be outdoors most days, and the sun shines as often. Trees stay green, and the grass isn't covered in snow. I see pink flowers and blue sky. Most importantly, I'm able to feel the warmth of the sun on my face. It's medicine for the soul, I swear!
I didn't move here solely to escape long Winters, but I'm not mad at how much better my overall mood is since we made this life change. I used to think there was something wrong with me, but there isn't. And no, it's not about just sucking it up. According to Psychology Today, seasonal affective disorder afflicts as many as 10 million Americans.
I talked to Ken Yeager, PhD, LISW, director of the Stress, Trauma and Resilience (STAR) Program at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center to find out more about what seasonal depression is, exactly. He said, "Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that affects people at the same time each year, typically over the Winter. People have a circadian rhythm, or biological clock, that is driven by serotonin and melatonin levels and can be thrown off course by prolonged dreary weather."
Yeager explained that serotonin is a chemical messenger the body produces for the nervous system, and is thought to affect mood and appetite. He added, "Your body makes the hormone melatonin in part to help you feel the urge to sleep and to wake." Low levels of sunlight can trigger a serotonin reduction, and definitely impact your mood. "Gray days also can wreak havoc on the body's melatonin levels, making it harder for some people to get started on dark mornings," he said.
Symptoms of seasonal depression are sadness, fatigue, depression, hopelessness, social withdrawal, and weight gain. "Some people may experience anxiety, loneliness, mood swings, or a loss of interest in activities they previously enjoyed. Sleep problems, including excess sleepiness, insomnia, or sleep deprivation may occur," Yeager said. The good news is there are things you can do to lift your mood, even during the bitterly cold and dismal months. Of course, not everyone can move to Florida, but a visit to a warmer climate, if possible, can do the trick, albeit temporarily. Yeager also recommends talking daily walks outside to boost your mood (soon after waking is ideal). "The exercise releases endorphins, chemicals that spark a positive or euphoric feeling in the body. The morning sunlight exposure keeps that body clock on track," he said.
If it's just too polar vortex-y to step foot outside, another way to boost your mood is to take advantage of natural light coming through the windows in your home. "When curtains are drawn or blinds are closed, you don't benefit from any natural light that's out there. If necessary, rearrange your interior to maximize any sunlight that filters through on cloudy days," Yeager suggested. "When there's little or no natural light, you may need to create some of your own. Buy a light box, which mimics the natural outdoors, and position it by your desk or chair for about an hour each day. The light box turns off the melatonin production and helps boost the serotonin in your body, but be sure to choose one that filters out harmful ultraviolet (UV) light." Staying social and active helps, too. You can also ask your doctor about upping your vitamin D intake.
It's important to understand that everyone has off days when they feel sluggish or super unmotivated to do anything other than binge on Netflix and eat an entire jar of peanut butter with a spoon (just me?). But Yeager said if your sadness becomes part of a regular pattern, you should see your doctor. "If your symptoms are disrupting your life or occurring for days or weeks, or you are experiencing major shifts in your sleeping or eating patterns, that may be cause for concern," he advised. Also, if you find you're avoiding interacting with people, seek help. If you have any suicidal thoughts, don't be ashamed to ask for help immediately.

Overeating at Meals Causing Weight Gain? Try This Science-Backed and Dietitian-Approved Trick
Notice the scale creeping up? It could be from eating too much at mealtimes. Although losing weight isn't always as simple as going low-calorie, there's no denying that taking in more energy than you expend will lead to weight gain. One of the biggest reasons people tend to eat too much at meals is that they let themselves get too hungry, then eat to the point past satisfaction.
Yes, listening to your hunger cues and going by the hunger scale are key ways to make sure you stay satiated and don't overeat. But if you end up at a restaurant feeling absolutely ravished, don't immediately go for the bread basket or chips and salsa. Instead, dietitians and research point to one appetizer you should definitely order: a broth-based soup.
"The benefit of having soup at the start of your meal is that it can help fill up volume in your stomach, leaving less room for more calorie-dense food items," registered dietitian Kelly Krikhely, MS, told POPSUGAR, adding that broth-based soups are recommended since creamy soups tend to be filled with calories and can actually impede your efforts.
Related: My Overeating Was Causing Weight Gain, Until I Started Eating This 1 Food Before Meals
But it's not just a dietitian-recommended hack; there's science to prove this premeal order. A study out of Penn State found that when a group of participants ate a first course of soup before their entrée, they ate 20 percent fewer calories (with the soup and entrée) compared to when they didn't eat the soup beforehand.
In addition to filling the volume in your stomach, broth-based soups are hydrating, which can satiate your thirst cue, explained Haley Hughes, MS, RD, CDE, who added that certain broth-based soups are a great source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. But be mindful of the kind of broth-based soup you're ordering; recipes featuring large amounts of rice, noodles, or potatoes can be calorie bombs, Kelly warned.
"The trick is to make sure you're picking a broth-based soup that is chock-full of vegetables that will not only fill you up but keep you satisfied for longer," Kelly said, adding that eating a fiber-filled salad with tons of veggies and a light dressing beforehand serves the same purpose.
And while this trick is handy at restaurants, you can also implement it at home. If you don't have time to whip up a broth-based soup at home, you can even sip on bone broth before a meal to help increase satiety. (To make your own bone broth, check out our recipe.) After all, some restaurant soups can be filled with sodium, which will make you bloated and make you feel worse the next day. But if you're really starving when you get to a restaurant, swap out the bread and butter with a veggie-packed soup starter. Bonus points if you look up the nutrition info beforehand to see how much sodium it contains.
An Expert Says to Follow These 2 Simple Diet Tips If You Want to Get Healthy and Lose Weight
What you eat and exercise are two important factors when it comes to weight loss. While they aren't the only things that will affect how you lose weight - your brain, sleep, stress, and hormones are other variables - making changes in these two areas is a good place to start.
While exercise like strength training can help you lose weight, you've also got to change your diet. Instead of going from unhealthy eating habits to a highly restrictive diet, such as the ketogenic diet, Avigdor Arad, PhD, RDN, CDE, director of the Mount Sinai PhysioLab, shared two simple tips to improve your nutrition and help you lose weight.
"What is certainly true is that the most important factor in a healthy diet is what you eat," Dr. Arad told POPSUGAR. "Meaning the quality of the food that you eat and how much," he continued. If you're ready to change what you eat, Dr. Arad said to start with these two steps: instead of eating processed, fatty foods, the first step he recommended is eating unprocessed, clean, sustainable food without added salt, sugar, fat, unhealthy preservatives, chemicals, "or other substances that the food industry is using to make food more palatable, more tasty, and last longer."
The second thing Dr. Arad suggested is to focus on the amount of food you're consuming. Because everyone has different needs and goals and will react differently to carbohydrates, protein, and fats, your caloric intake will vary. The Dietary Guidelines For Americans recommend adult women consume 1,600 to 2,400 calories a day and adult men consume 2,000 to 3,000 calories a day.
These steps are simple enough to start tomorrow. If you don't think you'll enjoy counting calories, you can use this simple portion control chart. If you're looking for more specifics in order to lose weight and improve your health, Dr. Arad advised meeting with a registered dietitian who has the knowledge and experience to guide you through the process and help you reach your goals.
These 5 People Shared Their Eating Disorder Struggles and Shattered Stereotypes
There's definitely a stereotype for the "kind of person" who suffers from an eating disorder, and like other stereotypes, it's not true. In the US alone, 30 million people will struggle with an eating disorder at some point in their lives, according to the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA). Assuming that they're all the same kind of person - the same gender, race, body type, or background - isn't just inaccurate. For people outside that stereotype, it can be stifling, a way of erasing their voice from the struggle.
In a new video and campaign, NEDA is looking to change that. The organization is encouraging people struggling with eating disorders and body acceptance to share their stories on social media and beyond. It's all a part of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, which runs Feb. 25 to March 3. The theme is "Come As You Are," meant to underscore the message that everyone's story is valid and has a place in the conversation.
"Eating disorders can impact anyone, no matter their size, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, social economic status, or ethnicity," said Claire Mysko, NEDA's CEO, in a press release. Everyone, she said, deserves body acceptance and a place in the community.
Sharing Their Stories
The video is a piece of that. It features interviews with five eating disorder recovery heroes, who talk about the struggle to voice their story in a community where they didn't always feel like they fit. "I didn't really have language to talk about eating disorders," said Gloria in the video. Ryan added, "I don't really remember the conversation around eating disorders and men."
They talked about sharing photos and their stories on Instagram as a way to connect with others and use their stories for good - even though it was difficult to post those less-than-perfect photos and be open and vulnerable. "That's the way that we break isolation, is through connecting," Gloria said. Watch the full video above, and visit the NEDA site for more information about the campaign.
If you or a loved one are struggling with an eating disorder, find resources and help at the National Eating Disorders Association or call their hotline at (800) 931-2237.
I Drank Celery Juice Every Night For a Week, and This Is What a Doctor Had to Say About It
I have to admit that when I first heard of the celery juice craze, I was a bit underwhelmed. Celery - to me, at least - is something I think of as A) a standard vegetable thrown into soup bases, or B) the vegetable that acts as the vehicle for other, more delicious things (namely peanut butter and ranch dip). So even though I was seeing celery juice everywhere from my Instagram to my favorite health show, I was pretty skeptical that this plain old vegetable could do anything big for my health.
If you are not already familiar, celery juice has become pretty popular in the wellness world in the past year. Some people say that it has helped them achieve higher energy levels, while others share that it has helped heal UTIs and serves as a great after-sports drink. But with little scientific research to back up the benefits of drinking celery juice, some doctors are just not buying into it.
"Celery itself is a decent source of B-vitamins, vitamin C, and fiber," said Dr. Neal Malik, RDN, PH, MPH, and chair of the Department of Nutrition and Basic Sciences at Bastyr University in San Diego. "Some studies have found that it contains some antimicrobial properties, as well," Malik explained. "This may be where some of these 'too good to be true' health claims, such as its ability to 'clean the blood,' may have stemmed, pun intended, from."
Curious to see what effect celery juice would have on me, I decided that I would drink a glass each evening before bed. For one week, I bought celery stalks from the grocery store and juiced them myself - this Black & Decker Fruit and Vegetable Juice Extractor ($39) is one of my low-cost favorites. I have to admit, I saw some results I wasn't expecting.
I Slept Better (and Had Some Ridiculous Dreams)
I noticed that after drinking celery juice, I slept longer, deeper, and more sound. Usually one to toss and turn or wake up at the slightest noise, I was instead sleeping right through the night. I do have to note that I had some ridiculous dreams, which I can't exactly connect to the influx of celery juice: one was that my boyfriend painted our apartment neon green and converted it into a yoga studio while I was out - talk about strange! Unfortunately, according to Dr. Malik, it looks like there is no connection between the celery juice and deep sleep and my experience may just be coincidental.
I Felt More Hydrated
I have to admit that I was pretty worried about drinking so much celery juice before bed because, to sodium-sensitive me, at least, it tasted super salty . . . like borderline uncomfortably salty. I was prepared to wake up two hours into the night parched and desperate for a glass of water. However, after the initial shock of drinking a cup of salty green juice, I felt hydrated and alert, similar to how I feel after drinking electrolyte water. Could this be from the celery juice? "Yes, absolutely," Dr. Malik said. "When we examine its composition, we find celery is composed of 95 percent water. By blending or juicing celery, much of that water is released. As a result, celery juice may help rehydrate the body."
I Woke Up Less Bloated
Bloating and I have a very frustrating ongoing relationship. When I eat healthy, I bloat. When I don't eat the healthiest, I still bloat. Very little works to help bring my bloating down to a minimum, which is why I was surprised that when I woke up after my first night of drinking celery juice, my bloating had dissipated. This surprised me, in part, because, full disclosure, I randomly decided to eat a pizza hot pocket before bed and was fearing the worst. But this bloatless wake-up call may not have to do entirely with the celery juice itself. "Based on the data I have seen, there doesn't appear to be a connection between celery juice and a reduction in bloating symptoms," Dr. Malik said. "However, I would suspect that the celery juice is preventing dehydration, and staying adequately hydrated may help reduce bloating."
So now the question remains - will I stick with my nightly celery juice ritual? The answer is probably no. To be honest, not only am I not a huge fan of its salty taste, but I'd rather not put all of my health and wellness hopes into a few ounces of daily green juice. Dr. Malik put it best: "The bottom line is that while celery in itself is a nutritious food and should be included as part of a balanced diet, consuming it in isolation or as a juice will likely not serve as a cure-all." Well said!
We Asked an Expert If Intermittent Fasting Slows Down Your Metabolism - Here's What He Said
People often generalize and oversimplify metabolism, but it's actually an extremely complex process. As a quick refresher, metabolism relates to how your body produces energy from fat, protein, and sugar/carbohydrates and how it stores that energy. You've probably heard people say they have a slow or fast metabolism, but what they're actually referring to is their metabolic rate: how much energy/calories they burn in a day.
Strength training and eating more protein and healthy fats are expert-approved ways to improve (aka speed up) your metabolic rate. To find out if eating patterns such as intermittent fasting improve or slow down your metabolic rate, POPSUGAR spoke to Avigdor Arad, PhD, RDN, CDE, director of the Mount Sinai PhysioLab.

Hello, 20+ Dipping Sauces! Guy Fieri's Popular Chicken Restaurant Is Turning Into a Chain
Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy! Restaurant - exclamation point included - opened at Disney Springs in Orlando last Summer, and now nationwide expansion is on the horizon. According to a report from Restaurant Business, the second location is opening in Miami this Spring at Aventura Mall. "With our second location, we are on our way to open Chicken Guy locations across the country," Guy Fieri said. This is very good news for people who enjoy crispy, buttermilk-brined chicken tenders, fried pickles, and a whole lot of homemade dipping sauces to choose from.
I tried Chicken Guy! back when it first opened outside of Disney World, and the fast-casual concept from the mayor of Flavortown definitely impressed me. The chicken tenders are freshly breaded, the side of mac 'n' cheese with breadcrumbs is a real treat, and the sauces - the sauces! - take indecision to a whole new level, but in a good way. There are classics like honey mustard and buttermilk ranch, fresh takes like curry mayo, avocado crema, and garlic Parmesan aioli, and spicy ones like sriracha BBQ and Nashville hot honey. The options are "outta bounds," you could say.
Details about where exactly the additional locations will open have not yet been shared, but rest assured, a new, affordable chain with high-quality ingredients will make its way across the country. In the meantime, get a closer look at the menu ahead.

Leaving Neverland: What to Know About Dancer and Alleged Michael Jackson Victim Wade Robson
HBO's controversial new documentary about Michael Jackson, Leaving Neverland, aired its first half on Sunday, and as expected, it's a devastating account from two men about the sexual abuse they allegedly suffered at the hands of the King of Pop as children.
The two men, James Safechuck and Wade Robson, are now adults, but both originally encountered Jackson as young boys through show business connections - Safechuck was filming a Pepsi commercial with Jackson, while Robson, who is Australian, won a dancing competition in Brisbane that came with a prize of concert tickets and a meet-and-greet. While Safechuck left Hollywood behind (he's now a married computer programmer living in Southern California and has two children), Robson has had a successful career as a choreographer for everyone from Britney Spears (whom he also dated) to *NSYNC.
For more than a decade, Jackson shielded his reputation from allegations of child molestation by using testimony of boys like Robson, who - along with his mother and sister - went on TV in the '90s to defend the singer, saying that Jackson had only ever been friendly to him, and that nothing inappropriate had ever occurred. A then-22-year-old Robson testified at Jackson's trial in 2005 when the icon faced more charges, taking the stand again to say that their bond was completely innocent. But now, the dancer and choreographer refuses to stay silent.
"The idea of this truth coming out and [my wife] Amanda knowing about it and my family knowing about it and everyone in the entertainment business and my career knowing about it, I mean, was just a ridiculous idea that was never going to happen because, in my mind, my whole life would be over," Robson explains in the documentary.
It wasn't until Robson became a father to a little boy in 2010 that he began allowing himself to see his childhood in a new light, and he decided to come forward with allegations against the star.
I'm Curious, What's Ben Affleck Whispering to Charlie Hunnam at the Triple Frontier Premiere?
It was a true joy to see our internet boyfriends assembled together, showing off their best smolder for the premiere of Triple Frontier on March 3 in NYC. Ben Affleck, Charlie Hunnam, Oscar Isaac, Garret Hedlund, and Pedro Pascal reunited on the red carpet to promote their action flick, which hits Netflix on March 13. They couldn't help joking around and whispering as they posed for photos - maybe they were reminiscing on their shirtless shoots in Hawaii? Those days are certainly tough for us to forget.
See some of the best snaps from the night below, and catch up on the Triple Frontier trailers before the movie drops next week.
It's Winter, but Selena Gomez's Sexy New Song Has Us Feeling Like We're Stuck in a Heat Wave
It only takes one listen to "I Can't Get Enough" for it to get stuck in your head, but it's totally worth it. The sultry single, released on Feb. 28, is the musical brainchild of Selena Gomez, J Balvin, and record producers Benny Blanco and Tainy. It's also the second song the 26-year-old singer has been featured on since she left rehab back in November 2018 after completing treatment for her "ongoing emotional issues."
It's safe to say that "I Can't Get Enough" is a very different vibe from Gomez's work with Julia Michaels on "Anxiety." While that song was about anxiety's effect on one's emotional well-being, "I Can't Get Enough" is a little less personal and a lot sexier. The track is a steamy urban-electronic bop in which Gomez and J Balvin croon about lovers who just want more of one another and want to do nothing more than turn up the heat. "I like that, you like that, so let's be crazy / the contact, impact, I want that daily," Gomez sings on a beat that somehow perfectly manages to convey sensuality.
J Balvin sings entirely in Spanish, but even if you don't speak the language, you know what he's saying. The whole song invokes memories of late-night house parties in overcrowded basements where the lack of air conditioner makes everyone sticky from being pressed together. But with a jam like "I Can't Get Enough" playing, no one cares! If it weren't the height of Winter, I would already name this the Summer bop of 2019. Listen to the song above and check out the announcement posts by the artists ahead.

Tell Me Something, Droid . . . Are You Ready For a Star Wars "Shallow" Parody?
A Star Wars Is Born . . . How did I not see this coming? The Star Wars and A Star Is Born universes finally collided to pay tribute to two fan-favorite ships in a Nerdist parody music video. If Ally and Jackson were transported to a galaxy far, far, away, perhaps their version of "Shallow" would've ended up a little like Kylo Ren and Rey's.
This music video came shortly after the wrap of Episode IX, and it definitely reignited some of my own excitement about the next installment. While I'm 99.9 percent positive we won't get a song quite like this when the film premieres on Dec. 20, it sure is fun to imagine.
Dirty John's Second Season Will Feature an All-New Cast and Storyline
A previous version of this story reported that Dirty John would return for a second season on Netflix. Netflix has since released a statement denying those reports. This story has been updated accordingly.
Dirty John is officially getting a second season, but with a twist. The nail-biting dating horror story was acted out by Connie Britton and Eric Bana, and the next iteration will focus on an all-new cast and storyline.
Warning: spoilers for season one ahead!
If you've seen the first season, then you know Dirty John retold the events discussed in the popular true crime podcast of the same name. It details the manipulative and abusive relationship between successful interior designer Debra Newell (Britton) and a deceitful doctor named John Meehan (Bana).
The season ends with John being killed in an act of self-defense by Debra's daughter, Terra, and seeing as there's not much true crime left to the story, it makes sense that Bravo is taking things in a different direction for season two. In addition to a second installment, Oxygen Media has also ordered a companion docuseries that will investigate the real-life "Dirty John," according to Deadline.
Justin Timberlake Basically Wrote Jessica Biel a Love Letter For Her Birthday, and I'm Weeping
Justin Timberlake is leading the party parade on Jessica Biel's birthday. On March 3, the "Man of the Woods" singer penned a touching message to his wife on Instagram to celebrate her 37th year. Careful, it might make you tear up.
"My partner in this thang called life... you are the most wonderful human I have ever met," Justin wrote, captioning a gallery of photos. "You make me smile, laugh, and love life more than I knew I could. I cherish every moment with you and can't wait to spend so many more years doing the same... but, new. Happy Birthday, you GOD OF ALL SMOKE SHOWS!! Love, Your Huz"
Aw! Find us someone who writes love letters like that. After six years of marriage, and the birth of their son Silas in 2015, it's clear Justin and Jessica share an extra special (and extra cute) bond.
