Swooning Over Gabriel and Mathieu? We Debate Which Emily in Paris Romance Makes the Cut
If you've ever seen a show created by Darren Star, you already have a pretty good idea of what the romance situation shapes up to be on Emily in Paris. In season one, we meet Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), an ambitious twenty-something marketing executive from Chicago who unexpectedly lands her dream job in Paris when her company acquires a French luxury marketing company. Earnest Emily - clumsily offending every French resident she comes across - is tasked with revamping the company's social media strategy into something more friendly for American audiences, which leads to a lot of butting heads between her and her coworkers. Luckily, her love life thrives in France - by which I mean, of course, that it quickly becomes a tangled hot mess.
By the first season's finale, Emily's romantic mishaps leave her caught in the web of two very suave European gentlemen: Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), the hot chef neighbor who happens to be dating one of her only two friends in Paris, and Mathieu Cadault (Charles Martins), the hot businessman who runs part of his uncle Pierre's couture house. From those descriptions, you might already have made your decision on which man you think sounds better for young Emily's heart (congratulations, you've rightly chosen my side), but as we all know, love is always so much more complicated than it seems! With that in mind, two POPSUGAR editors have come together to settle the Gabriel-Emily-Mathieu affair like civilized women and debate which duo reigns supreme. We both agree that Emily doesn't need a man, but it's a romantic comedy and we love love, so we're also ready to defend our favorite pairing!
Kelsie Gibson: Throughout the first season, Emily in Paris follows some classic romantic comedy tropes, and Emily and Gabriel's first interaction is no exception. Emily accidentally mistaking Gabriel's apartment for her own is the perfect meet-cute, and from the moment they lock eyes, it's clear they have a connection. As they stumble through their first conversation together, I was blushing right along with them. Their longing looks basically signify that something big is about to happen with these two, and this is just the beginning. As a huge fan of rom-coms, I live for these grand, romantic, and sometimes dramatic love stories. Would I want a relationship like this in real life? No, but this is fiction and sometimes we need a little escapism in our everyday life.
Just like any good rom-com, Emily and Gabriel's relationship is a slow burn as they constantly try to figure out the timing. When she meets Gabriel, Emily is unavailable, but when she finally breaks up with her boyfriend in Chicago (honestly, that was for the best because he was the worst), we find out that Gabriel is actually in a relationship. Even though I know they can't be together, that didn't stop me from shipping them. Out of all of her romantic love interests, Gabriel is, without a doubt, the most charming - and not just because he's easy on the eyes. Compared to the rest of Emily's suitors (who are completely awful, BTW), he seems to genuinely care for Emily as a person. They have such great chemistry from the very start. It's easy for them - that is, until it gets very complicated.
Mekishana Pierre: I am all about the meet-cute and sizzling connections - I just don't understand why we can't have that and healthy relationships at the same time! Emily has a habit of falling fast and hard when she meets a man that she's attracted to, and with Mathieu, it was different. There was the initial attraction, but because they're essentially coworkers, they don't immediately act on it. Mathieu admires Emily's work, her ideas, and her creativity, encouraging her over-the-top ideas when others would scoff at them, and ultimately, trusts her with his family's business.
"I enjoy indulging in the grand, romantic, and dramatic love stories, but I also appreciate the love stories where people just appreciate learning one another."
When they eventually fall into each others' arms, it's not the fireworks display that Emily and Gabriel's nighttime tryst is, instead, it's the warm burn of a campfire, and I like that! Mathieu is a grown man pursuing Emily, he isn't her dirty little secret, and he's taking his time. He's whisking her away for a celebratory trip, not flipping cheater omelets in his apartment. I enjoy indulging in the grand, romantic, and dramatic love stories, but I also appreciate the love stories where people just appreciate learning one another and their troubles don't mean their relationship is toxic. And let's be honest, there will never be a point in time when Emily and Gabriel's relationship can get over how it started, which is while both of them were seeing other people.
Kelsie: Out of all the guys Emily dates in the first season, Mathieu is the most forgettable to me (I literally forgot his name when I was writing this). It's not that he's boring per se, but he and Emily just don't have any sparks. After all the bad guys she has dated, I get that he's the safer bet. He treats her well, he's successful and wants to whisk her off on romantic vacations at a moment's notice, but even Emily has her doubts. Are they compatible? Sure. But will they last in the long run? My guess is no. In the words of Blair Waldorf, "People don't write sonnets about being compatible, or novels about shared life goals and stimulating conversation. The great loves are the crazy ones."
Mekishana: I love the Queen B as much as everyone else, but I would never, ever, ever take relationship advice from her real or fictional!! Her most lasting relationship is the most toxic of them all and that quote was what she said to justify it. (Team Dair forever!) I'm woman enough to agree that Emily and Gabriel have great chemistry, but as soon as she finds out he's dating Camille, it becomes entangled in the forbidden nature of their relationship. Any romanticism gets sullied by how Emily not only kisses Gabriel again, but also how Gabriel seemingly doesn't care about how Camille would feel about him pursuing a friendship with a woman he desires. When Emily and Gabriel make love in the season finale, it's two people knowing they're doing something wrong, even with Gabriel and Camille being "over." Emily is still seeing Mathieu and is also friends with Camille, it's breaking all the rules of friendship there could ever be!
Kelsie: I get that the whole Gabriel-Camille-Emily love triangle is messy. Emily getting together with Camille's boyfriend is breaking some serious girl code. Honestly, I think what I hate most about the love triangle isn't that Gabriel and Emily can't be together, but that Gabriel pretty much led her on. Maybe he was just being nice to her in the beginning, but that doesn't mean he has to let her shower in his apartment? That being said, I also don't think Gabriel should stay with Camille if he honestly doesn't love her anymore. It's not fair for either of them. And if he and Emily think they have something real, they should let Camille know that as well. Maybe they should have waited to spend the night together until after they actually told her? But hey, this is TV and the writers had to leave room for another season.
"I want to see more of her wearing cute clothes, getting less ignorant of French culture, and basking in the joys of having a hot, rich, older boyfriend who treats her well without causing drama."
Mekishana: See, I don't even believe that Emily and Gabriel really have anything special. What do they even know about each other outside of the facts that they're attracted to one another and enjoy good food? Yes, Gabriel cares about Emily and they were good friends for a minute there, but if we're being honest, I think Emily would see the most growth in a relationship with Mathieu than Gabriel. And not just career-wise! Mathieu finds Emily charming, but he also challenges her while encouraging her to learn more about French culture (which she desperately needs to). The older man is steadfast and established, he doesn't need, he wants her - and he doesn't have baggage that will ruin her friendships! We romanticize dramatic relationships so much, we forget how exhausting they are. And Emily and Gabriel have all the ingredients to be super exhausting.
Kelsie: If we're being completely honest, maybe the best thing Emily needs to do is be single for a while and figure out what she truly wants. If the show does get renewed for a second season, I'd love to see her excel at work, have fun adventures with Mindy, and just enjoy Paris without all the romance drama. Maybe after a whole season of self-discovery she'll eventually find her way back to Gabriel? Isn't that the perfect romantic comedy ending anyways?
Mekishana: It depends on your perfect romantic comedy! When I imagine Emily's future seasons, I don't want to spend episodes watching the fallout of her sneaking around with Gabriel and attempting to get Camille to forgive her (you know that's where we're headed). I want to see more of her wearing cute clothes, getting less ignorant of French culture, and basking in the joys of having a hot, rich, older boyfriend who treats her well without causing drama. Her work life is dramatic enough! But either way, just like every other Darren Star creation, I'm going to tune in to see what happens next!
2 of Our Favorite Characters Came Back During That Shocking Walking Dead Finale
They say good things come to those who wait, and they were absolutely talking about Sunday night's season 10 finale of The Walking Dead. It's been months since the rest of the season aired, and when we last saw the community, Beta's horde was closing in on the Tower, leaving us wondering who would make it through the finale. While we had to say goodbye to a couple of characters, we finally learned the whereabouts of two fan-favorites, opening season 11 up for an overwhelming number of possibilities. If you're still reeling from that shocking, yet surprisingly hopeful finale, why not take a look back at some of its biggest moments?
The Empowering Speech in Lovecraft Country's Most Recent Episode Is Actually Pretty Significant
In Lovecraft Country episode eight, "Jig-a-Bobo," Diana Freeman's finest moment is backed by the empowering words of activist Naomi Wadler. Still trying to process the death of Emmett Till, who in the series is her best friend Bobo, Diana has a run-in with Captain Lancaster who places a curse on her. Because of the curse, she's stalked by demonic versions of Topsy from Uncle Tom's Cabin that only she can see.
Diana spends most of the episode worried that they're going to kill her but rather than giving into Lancaster's demands, she spits in his face and decides she can get rid of them herself. It's at this moment of bravery that Wadler's words, which were originally advocating against gun violence, are heard loud and clear. "For far too long, these black girls and women have been just numbers. I am here to say never again for those girls too. I am here to say everyone should value those girls too." You can watch Wadler's full speech below.

3 New TV Shows That Have Made Social Distancing a Part of the Concept
Before Fall TV returns with coronavirus storylines, a few new shows have popped up that incorporate COVID-19, Zoom, and social distancing into their very premises. Three very different shows, all airing in different places, have managed to film during quarantine and produce different takes on what life during the pandemic has been like for different people. For the most part, these shows have stuck to either virtual productions or, in some cases, having actors film with their own families while quarantining together to stay safe. Keep reading to learn more about each of these extremely 2020 shows!
The Craft Sequel Looks Like a Mix of Euphoria, CAOS, and Mean Girls in a Very Good Way
Just when I think I'm over reboots and sequels, someone's latest rendition pulls me back in! A continuation of the spooky '90s classic The Craft has long since been in the works, but it's finally scheduled to be released Oct. 28 on demand, and hot damn, I'm excited. The trailer for the upcoming film dropped on Sept. 29, and it was the first official look that anyone has gotten. Not only did the footage highlight how different the sequel is from the original, but it also hinted at several similarities - which includes the overall story.
The original film features Robin Tunney as a new high school transplant who quickly falls in with a coven of witches - played by Fairuza Balk, Rachel True, and Neve Campbell. The girls quickly fall into a deep hole of wreaking revenge on their high school bullies, and it takes a turn as they dabble deeper into dark magic. The Craft: Legacy follows a similar premise with a fresh coven getting up to trouble. Hannah (Cailee Spaeny) and her mom (Michelle Monaghan) move to a new town to live with the latter's new boyfriend (David Duchovny) and his three sons. When bullies at school send Hannah crying into a stall, three classmates (Lovie Simone, Gideon Adlon, and Zoey Luna) welcome her into their circle as their magical "fourth."
This is where the very Gen Z element of the show comes into play, and reader, it's so pretty. The magical effects, the makeup, the clothes, it's so visually pleasing that I almost don't even care about it being completely different from the original. It already looks different, and I'm suitably distracted by that! But there is one very big element that differs from the original that I think will make Legacy stand out from its predecessor: it looks hella scary! From the spooky background music to the flashes of the girls' power as they lash out in anger, it's shaking me a little more than the 1996 film (which I notably saw while I was still a child).
There are so many things I'm hoping to see in the film to differentiate it from the original, but I'm also excited to see the callbacks - like the new line reading of "We are the weirdos, mister." Keep scrolling for some things I'd love to see in the Oct. 28 on-demand release of The Craft: Legacy.

Quick 20-Minute Ab Workout Videos For Days When You Feel Super Unmotivated
Raise your hand if you've ever skipped a workout to sleep in. Or to drink wine. Or to go shopping, call your mom, or clean the house. Trust me, I have done all of those things, too. Sometimes, the energy to work out and then shower afterward is just too much to handle, but, of course, the benefits of exercise are numerous - even if you can only fit in a few minutes a day. For the days when I'm feeling extra unmotivated, I like to turn on a 20-minute ab workout video on YouTube. They're short and sweet, but will have you burning hundreds of active calories and working up your core strength in no time. It's not just about crunches - you'll be doing bicycles, planks, knee pulls, leg raises, and more moves that you will definitely feel the next day. Ahead, you'll find a selection of 20-minute ab workout videos to stream, so you can hit that snooze button and still fit in a little exercise before work.
After Struggling With Addiction, Getting Active and Eating Healthier Helped Erin Stay Sober
Prior to becoming sober in May 2018, Erin Laraia struggled with alcohol and drug abuse for years, since age 21 through 25. "In a weird way, I felt like I had control over something," Laraia explained, telling POPSUGAR that, when she got sober, she proceeded to feel many things in her life were out of her control, which was a "real hardship" for her. Her weight-loss journey that started that fall, though, grounded her in a different sense of control and gave her a specific goal to continue bettering herself as a person inside and out.
At the beginning of her sobriety, Laraia went to outpatient rehab and did continued care until February of 2019. In the past, she's tried many different methods of weight loss from WW (formerly Weight Watchers) to supplements such as Hydroxycut, which were not sustainable. "There really is no quick fix that will yield long-term results," she said. "It is truly a lifestyle change, and that means changing the way you think, talk to yourself, and your everyday routine."
Now 28, Laraia has lost 90 pounds in fewer than two years. Most importantly, though, "weight loss gave me something every day to work for," Laraia said. Ahead, check out more on how she stays active, nourishes her body, and balances her weight-loss and sobriety journeys, both of which she's seeing healthy results from.

Dentists Explain Exactly What Happens to Your Teeth When You Get Veneers
Here's what I do know about veneers - they're placed on top of your natural teeth and they tend to be very expensive. As far as how they're put on your smile, I'm lost, so I reached out to two dentists for the lowdown on exactly what getting veneers entails.
The Consultation
According to Dr. Sutera, DMD, FAGD, a board-certified dental anesthesiologist and aesthetic smile specialist, the consultation and planning period of getting veneers is the "most critical time."
It's a time where your dentist learns what you want for your smile and why you're considering the treatment. During the consultation, your dentist will share their professional suggestions - like if they recommend you even get the procedure done.
"During the consultation, the dentist determines if the patient is a good candidate for dental veneers and aligns the patient's expectations to an achievable result," Dr. Sutera says.
For example, Dr. Sutera explains that good candidates are adults with good oral health, have no issues of TMJ disorder, and aren't making the decision in haste. Your dentist can also help you determine if underlying issues can be addressed in order to make you a great candidate.
"From there, the dentist will create models or digital imaging to present a proposed result," Dr. Sutera says. "The proposal will be based on ideals of smile aesthetics and any special requests of the patient. When the proposal is reviewed with the patient, it allows for further discussion."
How many teeth get veneers placed on them really depends on the person, Dr. Marc Lowenberg, DDS, a cosmetic dentist at Lowenberg, Lituchy, and Kantor in New York City, says. While Dr. Lowenberg explains that many get their top 10 and eight bottom teeth, sometimes it's possible to do just two, four, or even six teeth to correct the issue. However, when you do less than 10 teeth, Dr. Lowenberg says you cannot change the color of your teeth "because there will be a differentiation between the veneer and the tooth color."
Getting veneers is also a pricey process - while cost might vary depending on your provider, Dr. Lowenberg says it typically ranges between $2,000-$2,800 per tooth.
The Procedure
So, after you've established a plan with your dentist, you head into your first appointment - yep, there's more than one session to complete your veneered smile.
"In the first visit, the teeth are reshaped and reduced," Dr. Sutera says. "The goal is to create space for the veneers to be placed over the teeth. This prevents the teeth from looking bulky. The secondary purpose is to adjust or reinforce any weak areas of the teeth by building up the substructure, if needed." This appointment takes about two to four hours.
Dr. Sutera explains that after the teeth are reshaped, impressions are taken, and temporary veneers are put on the teeth.
"The temporary veneers are more than they seem. They serve as a dress rehearsal for the permanent veneers. The temporaries are a similar shape and size to the proposed permanent veneers. If the patient is having cosmetic or functional concerns with the temporaries, it allows for working out those changes before finalizing the permanent veneers," Dr. Sutera says.
Your permanent veneers are then made in a custom dental lab - they're put on the teeth approximately two weeks later at what's called the delivery appointment, which takes about two hours.
"If the fit is acceptable and the cosmetics are approved, the veneers are cemented and become seamless with the teeth underneath," Dr. Sutera says.
These coverings are made of porcelain, and Dr. Lowenberg says that there are different types of porcelain can be used - some denser than others. "We use a translucent porcelain called feldspathic porcelain. This type of porcelain mimics the qualities of natural teeth and prevents them from looking 'fake.'"
The After Care
At Dr. Lowenberg's practice, once the permanent veneers are placed on the teeth, the patient comes back a week later to adjust the bite or occlusion of the new teeth.
According to Dr. Lowenberg, one misconception of veneers is that a great amount of the tooth structure is removed in this first step, but, in reality, it's typically less than 15 percent of the tooth structure that is removed. That being said, the change is permanent, meaning you can never go back to your original teeth. While they are a permanent procedure, Dr. Lowenberg says the veneer itself lasts for 10-20 years.
In terms of side effects, Dr. Sutera says the most common is sensitivity to cold, but it usually subsides in a few weeks. Hygiene is similar to that of natural teeth, too.
"The veneers are susceptible to decay and periodontal disease like that of natural teeth. It is recommended to brush at least twice per day with fluoride toothpaste, floss at least once per day, and see a dentist every six months for professional maintenance." That means don't skip your cleanings!
While this should get you up to speed on the process of veneers, it's important to speak openly with your own dentist about how they approach the procedure so you know exactly what to expect.

Megan Thee Stallion Calls Out Kentucky's Attorney General in Powerful SNL Performance
Megan Thee Stallion made her debut as Saturday Night Live's musical guest on Oct. 3 alongside host Chris Rock. The 25-year-old rapper - who previously made an appearance on the show when Chance the Rapper performed last year - helped kick off season 46 by performing "Savage (Remix)" and debuting her latest single, "Don't Stop," featuring Young Thug.
Megan used her performance to advocate for the protection of Black women and deliver a powerful message to Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron after he recently declined to press charges against any of the officers involved in the killing of Breonna Taylor. "We need to protect our Black women and love our Black women, 'cause at the end of the day, we need our Black women," she said in her impassioned speech. "We need to protect our Black men and stand up for our Black men, because at the end of the day, we're tired of seeing hashtags about Black men!" Watch Megan's performance above.
Kate McKinnon Pays Tribute to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on SNL: "Rest in Power"
- Saturday Night Live - SNL (@nbcsnl) October 4, 2020
Saturday Night Live returned to New York City's Studio 8H for the premiere of season 46 on Oct. 3, and the show made sure to pay tribute to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. At the end of Colin Jost and Michael Che's "Weekend Update," cameras panned to the audience and showed Kate McKinnon sitting in the front row dressed as Ginsburg, complete with her signature glasses and a black robe. McKinnon - who famously played Ginsburg on the show - put her right hand on her chest and bowed her head. A "rest in power" graphic then appeared on the screen. Ginsburg died at age 87 from pancreatic cancer on Sept. 18, but her memory will never be forgotten.

Ever since it was announced that Jim Carrey would be playing presidential nominee Joe Biden on season 46 of Saturday Night Live, we've been waiting anxiously, and the time has finally come. On Oct. 3, the comedian made his debut as Biden during the cold open, which parodied the first presidential debate between Biden and President Donald Trump on Sept. 29. Alec Baldwin and Maya Rudolph both reprised their roles as Trump and Kamala Harris, respectively, and of course, hilarity ensued as Carrey's Biden and Baldwin's Trump went head to head. The skit also included a surprise appearance from Harry Styles, who popped up as the voice of Biden's meditation tape.
We can't think of a better way to kick off the season and celebrate the show's return to Studio 8H. Watch the cold open now.

I Have to Say, Robert Pattinson's Role as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter Is Highly Underrated
Years before he literally dazzled us onscreen as Edward Cullen in Twilight and even before he took on the lead role in The Batman, Robert Pattinson was fighting crime and channeling his supernatural abilities as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. At just 17 years old, Cedric sacrificed himself to Voldemort to give Harry the chance to escape and warn the rest of Hogwarts of the Dark Lord's return, breaking the hearts of Harry Potter fans (myself included) around the world in 2005. Despite Cedric's notable influence in the fourth film, Pattinson's role is often overshadowed by the legacy of the sparkling stalker vampire he would later go on to play in 2008. Still, I think Pattinson's role as one of the most memorable wizards in Hufflepuff history deserves credit where credit is due.
If you've seen the movies, then you know Cedric doesn't have many lines. In fact, Pattinson only gets eight minutes of screen time throughout the entire 157-minute film, making it easy for some to overlook his character. But it's important to remember that Pattinson's character was a well-liked prefect, captain of the Hufflepuff quidditch team, and chosen as one of four Triwizard Cup champions. From this point, he went to take on the tournament's three deadly tasks alongside Harry, Beauxbatons's Fleur Delacour, and Durmstrang's Viktor Krum, proving himself to be more than just the popular kid or a handsome face.
Harry was deeply affected by his death, but it gave Harry and the rest of the wizarding world the incentive they needed all along to take Voldemort's return seriously and prepare for the impending war.
The first task of the tournament requires the competitors to face off with a dragon and retrieve a magical golden egg. Ahead of the task, Harry and the other champions, minus Cedric, are given intel to prepare them for the dragon duel. In order to keep the tournament fair, Harry tips Cedric off about the dragons, potentially saving his life. Before the second task, the champions are required to crack the secret hidden within the golden egg in the form of a merperson's song.
Harry is the last to figure out the riddle, and he only does so after Cedric gives him an obvious hint about opening the egg underwater in the prefect's bathroom. Here, Cedric had the option to keep the egg's secret hidden and give himself an advantage over Harry. But in giving Harry a clue, he repays the younger wizard for his initial kindness and better prepares him for saving Ron in the Black Lake. Seeing Cedric extend this gesture of kindness made me respect him as more than just a cute wizard or a Hufflepuff prefect because it proves he values fairness and generosity over success, which is something that still lingers in the back of my mind years later.
During the third task, the champions must make their way through an overgrown maze littered with magical obstacles. Each of them sets off on their own, but Harry encounters Cedric when he hears him being tortured by Viktor Krum, who Barty Crouch Jr. - disguised as Mad Eye Moody - is controlling with dark magic. Harry saves Cedric by stunning Viktor before moving forward to approach the Triwizard Cup at the same time as his opponent. But before Cedric, who is slightly in the lead, can reach the cup, he's attacked by an Acromantula. Together, Harry and Cedric defeat the giant spider, which serves as a testament to both Harry and Cedric's good nature and ability to work as a team to benefit each other.
Afterward, Cedric insists Harry deserves the Triwizard Cup for saving his life twice within the maze. At first, I wondered why Cedric wouldn't just take the cup for himself, since he clearly arrived first and could have earned himself the title of Triwizard Champion in a heartbeat. Now, I realize that Cedric was going against the grain of the popular jock stereotype by being a good friend and thanking Harry for his sacrifices, providing an inspiring display of his integrity and kindness.
Throughout these climactic moments, Pattinson's pained facial expressions and thoughtfully delivered lines add to the love we as viewers have for Cedric, making him feel as real in our minds as he is on the screen. Cedric's most memorable scene by far, though, occurs when he and Harry are teleported by the cup - which was a portkey in disguise placed there by Barty Crouch Jr. - to the graveyard in Little Hangleton, where Tom Riddle's family once lived. When they arrive, Peter Pettigrew immediately attacks them, killing Cedric instantly per the orders of a weakened Voldemort. Had Cedric taken the Triwizard Cup for himself, his body never would have been recovered from Little Hangleton, and Harry and Hogwarts would never have been warned about Voldemort's return.
If sweet, polite, Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory had been that boy next door to sweep me off my feet with his Nimbus 2000, I would have happily flown off into the sunset with him.
Following his death, Cedric is remembered as decent, kind, and good-hearted by all who knew him. More than that, Harry was deeply affected by his death, but it gave Harry and the rest of the wizarding world the incentive they needed all along to take Voldemort's return seriously and prepare for the impending war. In the end, Cedric's death was kind of the catalyst for Hogwarts's organized resistance against the Dark Lord, making his character more meaningful than most give him credit for.
As a kid, I used to desperately hope imagine what it'd be like if I somehow discovered I had magical powers all along, or what it'd be like if I encountered someone with secret supernatural abilities. If sweet, polite, Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory had been that boy next door to sweep me off my feet with his Nimbus 2000, I would have happily flown off into the sunset with him. I also would have happily partook in a spinoff series focused on Cedric and his life as a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts, but I digress. Pattinson's role as Cedric had a lasting impact on the Harry Potter series and fandom. He brought to the table everything readers of the books were hoping for when his character was introduced, and I raise my wand to him for making my childhood that much more magical.
