» 1 Reason You Should Use Apple's New Recycling Program
During Apple's keynote event earlier this week, the company announced its new recycling program - and it's pretty neat. You should definitely use it if you plan on getting the new iPhone SE. To maximize the amount of reusable materials from your old hardware, Apple introduced Liam, a deconstructing robot. Liam rescues cobalt and lithium from your battery, the gold and copper from your camera, and the silver and platinum from the main logic board so that they can be reused in future devices.
Apple is showing its appreciation for anyone who recycles an old device by releasing free wallpapers designed by Anthony Burrill. We can't say no to free wallpapers, especially when they're inspired by sustainability!
