Instead of worrying about all the things you should not be doing in your 30s, it's time to focus on what you should be doing. You have to take care of yourself before anyone else, and that sometimes means putting those chores, errands, and worries to the side. That's right - treat yourself. - Learn how to cook for yourself so you stop spending money eating out.
- Keep a gratitude journal.
- Find a healthy breakfast routine.
- Get facials regularly.
- Invest in something - go beyond just having a savings account.
- Figure out what clothes flatter you and your personal style.
- Never compare yourself to others.
- Make time for massages.
- Love yourself unconditionally.
