How This Rutgers Student Used Social Media to Find a Lost Cat
Having a pet go missing is something no one ever wants to deal with. (Also, that's where microchips come in handy.) But sometimes even a microchip won't help and you need to lean on the people in your community. That's what one Rutgers University student did when a cat went missing - the student used Yik Yak to spread the word. After the initial post, more students spread the word about the missing cat, and before they knew it, cat and owner were reunited. Social media can be such a powerful thing!
