Making hospital food edible: Canadian chef-activist short-listed for presitgious culinary award
Ontario chef-activist Joshna Maharaj has been chosen as a finalist in the new Basque Culinary World Prize. Toronto-based Maharaj replaced "famously terrible" hospital food with healthy meals for patients.
