The death of inmate Poussey Washington is a huge turning point for the women of Litchfield, and it's a loss for the cast, as well. On Tuesday, Danielle Brooks tweeted a bittersweet picture of her "last moment" with Samira Wiley on the set of season four, and damn, it's emotional.
