The surprise project Chip and Joanna Gaines have been teasing was finally unveiled - and it's a big one. The enterprising couple just revealed that they're opening a second vacation rental! Their first bed-and-breakfast-style rental, Magnolia House, opened to guests in Spring of 2016. Their newest property, Hillcrest Estate, is a grand and historic Waco, TX, home that the Gaines have just finished renovating. It's has seven bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. There's even a full kitchen for guests who want to prep their own meals, free WiFi, and a washer and dryer. Basically, it's the perfect place to reunite with your besties or gather for a family reunion. Best of all, you can stay at the house almost immediately - booking opens Aug. 8 for reservations starting in September. We can't believe they were able to keep the project under the radar this long! Check out the property ahead, then set a reminder to reserve your rental.
