Melania Trump Paid Homage to Paris By Wearing This Red Suit
For her first visit to Paris as First Lady, Melania Trump chose a very special outfit: a bold red Christian Dior skirt and blazer set. Melania and her stylist, Hervé Pierre, specifically chose the designer to pay homage to the city and to celebrate Dior's 70th anniversary.
Pierre told WWD in an interview, "Dior is attached to France forever. It is a name that is part of the vocabulary." The tailored blazer of the wool suit cinched in Melania's waist perfectly while the midi skirt hit just below her knees.
