This Bride Wed in a Civil Ceremony, Then Took Our Breath Away in a Royal Wedding Gown
Prince Ernst of Hanover and designer Ekaterina Malysheva wed quietly in a civil ceremony on Thursday; but that was just the beginning. Following the City Hall wedding, the bride and groom celebrated with a royal wedding - and Ekaterina had the dress to prove it.
The Russian designer behind the label EKAT, gave us Kate Middleton vibes in a lace, long-sleeved gown with a mile-long train and embroidered veil. It's easy to see the similarities between Ekaterina's look and the duchess's dress silhouette; though there's one striking difference. Look closely at the dress and you'll notice pearl embellishments throughout, giving allover sparkle with breathtaking effects. The finishing touch on this royal wedding look? A shimmering tiara, naturally.
