It's not very often that we get so excited over simple writing utensils, but these Frida Kahlo-inspired pens from one of our favorite coffee shops just totally changed that. Horchateria Rio Luna brought us drool-worthy churro ice cream sundaes and concha ice cream sandwiches, but now, it's the Los Angeles-based shop's handmade pens that have us hooked.

Adorned with drop earrings, a handmade flower hair accessory, and of course, Frida's signature unibrow, these $5 pens actually have us excited to get back to school and start using them. While we can't say the pen will give you artistic superpowers, you'll undoubtedly have the coolest school (or office) supplies!
