You Have Got to See How Easy This Alton Brown Recipe Is
Before you succumb to a dinner rut tonight, consider whipping up Alton Brown's chicken parmesan meatballs. These cheesy meatballs are pan-seared until golden brown, smothered in a tomato sauce, coated in shredded mozzarella, and baked until bubbly.
