You've Been Cutting Cakes Wrong, but We Can Teach You the Right Way
Chances are you've been cutting fondant cakes all wrong. Don't worry, we're here to set the record straight with science. When you cut a triangular piece out of a cake covered in fondant and then refrigerate it, it doesn't hold its freshness and instead dries out.
