Netflix has released a first look at the upcoming Queer Eye reboot, and it's hard not to feel conflicted. Slated as one of the streaming giant's shiny new 2018 shows, the revival follows the same concept as the original: a group of gay men help one tragic heterosexual clean up every aspect of his life. The trailer is certainly laced with emotional moments that may make you well up in tears. At the same time, though, do we really need to watch footage of straight men asking, "Which one of you is the wife?," in 2018? I can't help but wonder if some aspects of the show - things that may have been daring and educational in 2003 - will come across as dated in the present day. But hey, guess we'll just have to wait and see. Queer Eye drops Feb. 7.
