Issa Rae Is Royal Wakanda Realness With a Dash of Cleopatra at Black Panther Premiere

Her makeup artist, Joanna Simkin, brought it all the way down past the corner of her eye to give it that Cleopatra touch and finished it off with the Melting Pout Matte in All Nighter ($7).
