Kate Middleton's Open Letter Serves as a Reminder to "Make the Most of Moments That Matter"

Just days after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding, the royal family has already returned to their royal duties. On Wednesday, Kate penned a letter to East Anglia's Children's Hospices in honor of Children's Hospice Week, a campaign that raises awareness and funds for kids in the UK living with life-limiting conditions. In the note, Kate encouraged people to "spread joy and positivity across the UK" and "make the most of the moments that matter."
The duchess also opened up about what she cherishes most about spending time with her three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. "Spending quality time together is such an important aspect of family life and for me, as a mother, it is the simple family moments like playing outside together that I cherish," Kate wrote. "Together we can champion the vital role that children's hospices play in helping seriously ill children and families to have more precious moments."
