Michelle Obama joined Tracee Ellis Ross at the United State of Women Summit in Los Angeles where the powerful duo came together to have a conversation about empowering young leaders. Michelle's bright outfit - a crisp white wrap dress, matching ivory sandals, and bold chandelier earrings - clearly helped her own the spotlight.
