A Trainer Shares an Exclusive Core Workout to Help You Get Ripped Abs

Flat abs may sound like a fairy tale, but they're definitely not something out of your reach. We won't sugarcoat it, though. It does take hard work and dedication to get a strong, toned midsection. You need to be in a calorie deficit and working out regularly to increase your strength and muscle definition.
To help you reach your goals, Ridge Davis, a personal trainer in West Hollywood, CA, created an exclusive core workout for POPSUGAR. You don't need any equipment for this session! Just bring yourself, a good attitude, and a willingness to work. There are two circuits of this workout. Do three rounds of the first one and then five rounds of the second, with 30 seconds of rest in between each exercise.
