It's a great idea to take advantage of farmers markets in the summertime, as the produce is fresh and packed with nutrients, showcasing what the season has to offer. Eating in season is not only great for your wallet (it's a lot cheaper to eat what's currently at its peak in ripeness and growth), but also for your health and taste buds.
